Honestly I don't have a problem with the stupid ones, though I think there should be some recourse for delegates who just blindly approve them. Then the World Assembly is responsible of giving those 10,000 dollars to every citizen in poverty.

Strongly recommends countries to issue passports or other identification documents to it's citizens;

Defines visitation as a stay of 30 days or fewer;

Grants the right of adult citizens of the world, "adult" being an age defined by their home country, to travel between countries for visitation periods if the destination country accepts them;

Resolves that citizens are able to change nationality only with the permission of the original home nation and the destination country;

Further resolves that if a person stays within a nation for a time exceeding 30 days they must follow that country's procedures for gaining appropriate visas and documents and if they don't they should be deported;

Grants the right of World Assembly Nations to humanly deport any illegal immigrants back to their country of origin;

and

Remains seized of the matter.

This is also a redundant proposal as the resolution Right to Emigration does the same thing.

No it doesn't, emigration is the right to leave a country, immigration is the right to enter a country.

They assume an average, properly maintained vehicle on the road in May 2009, operating on typical gasoline on a warm summer day (72-96 degrees F). Emissions may be higher in very hot (especially HC) or very cold (especially CO) weather.

The calculations for Total Annual Pollution Emitted and Fuel Consumed are based on an average annual passenger car mileage of 12,500 miles and an average annual light truck mileage of 14,000 miles. Fuel consumption is based on fleetwide average in-use fuel economy of 21.5 miles per gallon (mpg) for passenger cars and 17.2 mpg for light trucks.
