1. A citizen doesn't pay their taxes. No economical taxes, there is however a "warring tax", that require the citizen fighting in our borders from time to time, not doing that will result in a bounty being placed on his head.
2. A citizen can't pay off their debts. It's up to the lender's ability to punish him
3. A citizen robs something. No regulation
4. A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex. No regulation
5. A citizen is a prostitute. No regulation, all kids generated will however be coerced to go to the despot's army
6. A citizen does marijuana. No regulation
7. A citizen does cocaine. No regulation
8. A citizen does any other form of drug. No regulation
9. A citizen burns the flag of your nation. No official regulation, but he will probably get lynched by our citizens, soldiers and despot.
10. A citizen melts one of your nations coins to sell the materials it is made out of. Not worth the time since the local population don't care much about silver and gold.

1. A citizen doesn't pay their taxes.
Crime(y/n): YES
Punishment(If Any): Depends on the amount withed. Can be anything from fines to prison time.

2. A citizen can't pay off their debts.
Crime(y/n): YES
Punishment(If Any): The only legal money lending institution in Purpelia is our state owned national bank. So that is the only legal lender one can be indebted to. Being state owned it tends to be generous with renegotiation but ultimately they can and will sue you and take your stuff to pay the debt off.

3. A citizen robs something.
Crime(y/n): YES
Punishment(If Any): Depends on the amount stolen. Can be anything from fines to prison time.

4. A citizen segregates someone based on their skin color/sex.
Crime(y/n): Not really. There are very few laws regarding this on account of the fact that Purpelia is largely ethnically homogenous (and we want to keep it that way) and that our culture is generally not of a sexist nature.

5. A citizen is a prostitute.
Crime(y/n): Completely legal

6. A citizen does marijuana.
7. A citizen does cocaine.
8. A citizen does any other form of drug.
Crime(y/n): Completely legal as long as he or she purchases it from a state owned vendor.

9. A citizen burns the flag of your nation.
Crime(y/n): No, but it is considered highly disrespectful and can get you beaten up by fellow citizens whilst the police looks the other way.

10. A citizen melts one of your nations coins to sell the materials it is made out of.
Crime(y/n): YES
Punishment(If Any): The citizen has to pay the state back in full for the amount of coinage removed from circulation and all proceeds of the criminal act are confiscated as well. Cases beyond a certain value are further prosecuted under the same laws as falsifying bills.
Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. I just like playing with the idea of a country of madmen utterly convinced that everyone else are the barbarians. So play along or not but don't ever think it's for real.

The above post contains hyperbole, metaphoric language, embellishment and exaggeration. It may also include badly translated figures of speech and misused idioms. Analyze accordingly.
