Uh, I would assume since NS was associated from the beginning with Jennifer Government that Max spoke with his lawyers and registered some sort of tm on the name? I don't know much of the legalese around things like this, but it seems a good slap in the mouth from Max's lawyers, in the form of a cease and desist letter, would see Jolt's whoremongering come to a stop where his interests are concerned...

Yeah, I paid the money. And actually I paid happily, thinking I had NS1 for free for so long, I felt Max Berry deserved my money. I did not know he was being Jolted.

Is this sort of guilt-tripping from the Moderators something I can come to expect going forward, as long as I continue to say that I prefer the Jolt forums over the new one? You're the second Moderator I've caught this crap from.
