Think of it like ethnic or Nationality diversity in society .

You don't want one person who dose not have a good skill set but possibly more than one and maybe get some more people to join the work force and give skills to help society grow .

Slavery was not my point .

THe issue is that it encourages the slave industry to buy slaves, even if you later buy their freedom.

Well here it was buy there freedom or they die of S.T.D.S.

And the order thing is up to you I just think the gun looks cool and it would be nice to have something to show my status as the head of state .

Besides that I need military support to stop a cross border insurrection to the north that has been destroying mass stocks of food , razing whole villages, killing multiple border guards, and Massacring, Lynching and Burying alive hundreds of civilians
