Sicarius- We've got a place for everyone!
Whether you're a GPer or an RPer, here at Sicarius we've got a place for you! With a nonsensical no-rules RMB, you can pretend to be a hyper-intelligent shade of blue, a three-legged walrus, or your own nation! Conduct trade and ally with others, possibly end up waging war and turning our lovely region into a thermonuclear pit of hopelessness and despair! Doesn't that sound like fun? Of course, if things get that bad, our residentDeus ex Machinaintelligently crafted plot device will simply transport us all to a new planet! Ain't that just nifty?!
Military is jointly run by all of the Dominus Sicarii, and we accept our primarily Raider background and complete inexperience with defending (but hey, nobody's competent with defending anymore), but that doesn't stop us from claiming we'll try to defend treatied allies and their protectorates!
Our nonsensical RMB also welcomes those who want intelligent chit-chat about the deeper things in life, and will constantly switch back and forth between Roleplay and comprehensive conversation about why Sanic is bester than Merio, or whatever whenever!

Sicarius Gameplay- A little bit of Everything!
In Sicarius, we have a very dynamic military, for we are proficient at all aspects of Gameplay. In a month of founding Sicarius was able to refound 1 region, infiltrate 3, and tag 30 regions. Our military prides ourselves in having a balance between stealth, precision, and power. Sicarius operations are wide and plentiful. We partake in long term operations, stealth raids, tag raids, and even the occasional liberation!
The Dominus Sicarii also serve as mentors for the new raiders, due to their competence of Gameplay. They can take you on weekly training sessions or even personally mentor you in the art or raiding.
Raiding not your thing? No big deal! Our resident and self-declared 'Issues Expert' would be willing to sift through all the things that went wrong with your nation and help you through every step of it, occasionally offering advice if you ask politely enough and offer him cookies. If the WA is more your shtick, then I'm confident that we have a guy for that as well! Ask around for help in your latest proposal and we'll offer it. When in doubt, lurk moar.
Our government is decently unique by stating that there simply are hardly any rules in the fantastic organized mess that it is, simply creating your own bloc of nations to be ratified by the Dominus Sicarii allows one to get seats in the Legislature based on how many people are actually working there. Then people run for all sorts of elections and stay away from the Dominus Order, which is a council that votes in new members based on merit/whoever we like. That's it! Political backstabbing and maneuvering is not necessary, but is recommended for maximum enjoyment.

Sicarius RolePlay- Stupidity with a side of Finesse
Unlike most role plays we don't have very many rules. As long as you don't godmod you're good! It doesn't matter how articulate or eloquent you are, you can still participate!
Sicarius role plays are completely free! You don't have to go on raids to participate, hell, you don't even need your main nation, just drop in a puppet!
Our roleplays do not have to be in any certain time or era. If you like, you could introduce aliens or demons from Hell and angels from Heaven declaring war on the Greek gods to our jousting roleplays, because, why not?
