Dear Mr. Toft, I would firstly like to thank you for contacting Millennium Airways, as my colleague passed your message along. Burgunden Breuerie is a big hit in Woodstead, as I'm sure you can tell from your finances and marketing departments. Even here in the national home-brewing capital, you can see people enjoying their Neu Engoleen brew. I myself am a fan, too. Furthermore, on our Astyrian flights especially, we do get bombarded with requests which ask after you. Therefore, given that you have taken your time to approach us, it really is a no-brainer for the board. It will set us above the rest, and we feel that it will also be a great sign of the truth- that Millennium Airways loves pan-Astyrian culture and products. Within the next few hours, my team and I will be having a search through your extensive catalogue in the hope of securing a standard, regular order. It really has been a pleasure to write to you, though I do apologise for the rather slow response- we will be working on that. Sincerely, Chiltern Alderman Director of Partnerships and Promotions, Millennium Airways |
Dear Mr. Hillroy, It is always encouraging to see a ViZionarian- always so keen to work with us. I would like to firstly thank you for coming to us; we can confirm that Jory Jory drinks are still enjoyed by Woodsteasians. I remember my first Jory Spice one summer when I went with my school to visit Vitalita. I guess it is like a rite of passage for many of us older Astyrians, and now our younger ones take it for granted. I guess that is what puts it on the up- people buy more for themselves, share it, and you do not have to go to ViZion or the Mederano Peninsula any more. It is therefore that I am delighted to say that I will be visiting, along with my team, your full product catalogue, as we are intrigued by the offer, and we feel that having more world-renowned Astyrian products on board would set the sky as the limit. As an airline, we are here to fly Woodstead's flag, and that responsibility also means backing up the Astyrian community and our products. The pleasure has been mine to write to you, and I apologise for the rather slow response- something to add to the list of improvements. Sincerely, Chiltern Alderman Director of Partnerships and Promotions, Millennium Airways |
Dear Ms. Post, Thank you for writing to us. Unfortunately, although we admire your line of products, we are going to have to decline politely until further notice. We do like the range, however it is not financially efficient and not really viable as we have a substantial order coming in through the next three years from a rival. However, this is an indefinite period, and it gets financially better everyday as we grow. We will be keeping you on our contact list (this has meaning, as not every response it met by entry on this serious list). For now it will be a no. Do look out for Millennium Airways- it could be sooner than you might have imagined. Apologies for the delay and thank you for your time. Sincerely, Pixie England Director of Procurement, Millennium Airways |

Mr. Piltric, Thank you for expressing your interest in Millennium Airways. In the next few hours, I will be passing a discussion on to my colleagues over your airport. We will convey our formal response via the page if you are successful. Once again, thank you for the time you have taken to choose Millennium Airways as a potential airline at your hub. Sincerely, (Mr.) Mackenzie Draude Director of Operations, Millennium Airways |
Ms. Stanilas, Millennium Airways will formally accept your offer now on the terms, amended. These changes will be listed in the next 24 hours on our hub, here, and will be transferred to Oppidum Airport- which is where Millennium Airways will fly to. Thank you for your time and for choosing Millennium Airways. Sincerely, (Mr.) Mackenzie Draude Director of Operations, Millennium Airways |
Mr. Houghton, I would like to personally thank you for an intriguing pitch. As you have acknowledged, we have been in the process of signing a large contractual agreement with Jory Jory- as well as with Burgunden Breuerie. Therefore, there is some trace of debate that we may not need to extend our range for the fact that providing too much choice can lead to waste and extra weight on the plane. However, we wouldn't want to give an outright declination to someone of South Seas Soda tier, and we must stress that this is not a personal issue. My colleagues and I, when given enough time, will be forming a response. This will either be conveyed negatively by telegram, or accepted by order form and possibly with amendment to the conditions. If you find yourself waiting a response from us, we would like to stress that it is not case of forgetting, but for making sure we make a clear and coherent decision. We do hope we can say yes. Thank you for the time you have taken to serve Millennium Airways- the national carrier. Sincerely, (Mr.) Chiltern Alderman Director of Partnerships and Promotions, Millennium Airways |

To whom it may concern,
Millennium Airways is known for delivering quality service to its passengers. As part of that reputation, Millennium Airways is also known for an excellent safety record, and we at Spirit Avionics understand the need to put safety first. Because of your company's excellent record of service and your ambition to put safety first, Spirit Avionics is excited to introduce to you our Integrated Avionics System, or IAS. Our own research as well as the research of many other agencies in the past 20 years have resulted in the culmination of an avionics system that is better able to handle the growing demands of cockpit electronics during this ever-evolving age in aviation. Along with standard autopilot and autothrottle systems, our IAS has improved many subsystems used within the cockpit, as well as introduced entirely new subsystems that provide a greater level of safety to passengers and the flight crew:Through these improvements, we hope to make flying safer for passengers and more efficient for airlines and aerospace manufacturers such as yourself. For these reasons, we wish to include our IAS aboard the aircraft in Millennium Airways' fleet. We are willing to provide a hefty discount off of the standard retail price of $82,400 should you choose to do so. Exact pricing and details can be negotiated on this storefront, if you wish, or you can always negotiate on our storefront or privately through telegram.
- The ACARS (Aircraft Communications, Addressing, and Reporting System) is better integrated into the rest of the flight system: it now provides a secondary source of location data, weather information, and the position of nearby aircraft that may be outside of the standard range detectable by other warning systems.
- The ACARS datalink is now completely encrypted in multiple AES-256 channels spread over a broad spectrum of frequencies for redundancy and security. Our ACARS system also uses digital protocols for communications, while older systems still use unreliable analog protocols.
- The ACARS also transmits a spare copy of all of the flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder contents during flight to a satellite or ground station, where they can then be stored securely and analyzed in the case of an accident in which the physical data recorders are inaccessible.
- Our EGPWS (Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System) works primarily with the radio altimeter, but also factors in location data and a terrain map provided via the ACARS as redundancy.
- The MAIS (Meterological and Atmospheric Information System), a subsystem of our own design, combines forward-pointing weather radar with radar data provided via ACARS to determine if flying conditions are poor. Also, the aircraft transmits surrounding weather conditions back to the substation, where it is then crowdsourced and broadcasted to other aircraft.
- The PACS (Propulsion-controlled Aircraft System) is the crowning jewel of the IAS: in the case that the primary flight controls (flaps, ailerons, rudder, etc.) fail due to loss of hydraulic power, the PACS allows for pilot input to be carried out by altering the thrust differentials of the engines. For example, to turn or to recover from a severe bank angle, the PACS would apply more thrust to one side in order to cause the plane to turn or to level off. There have been many cases in aviation where a rupture in the airframe, whether due to poor maintenance, pilot error, or terrorist acts in which the loss of primary controls has led to a loss in control of the entire aircraft and leading to the complete loss of the aircraft as well as everyone on board. The PACS is our solution to the problem, by providing a secondary means of controlling the aircraft.
We hope to have you join us as we enter the new era of flying!
Best regards,
Vincent Merrick

Greetings Mr. Alderman!
My name is Idalis Adler, the Chief of Marketing & Sales here at The Grove™ Premium Breweries. I am contacting you today with an offer of a business partnership. The Grove is the largest collection of breweries in the region of Pardes, bringing together the drinks of countries from Estovakiva to Emmeria to Alleghania. Millennium Airlines has served with distinction, and is in my opinion one of the finest in the world. The Grove would like to add to the experience of Millennium Airlines. As we represent dozens of breweries from around the region, our company has unprecedented amounts of variety. If you should chose us to be a partner of Millennium, your passengers will have an infinite selection of drinks to chose from, whether they fancy a Chardonnay, a stout, mead, vodka, or even green tea.
The Grove offers a wide variety of spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. We plan to have an additional five beverages to be rolled our in the following week alone, allowing you to expand your reserves to suite the preferences of all your passengers. If we should become partners, Millennium Airways will receive a 20% discount on all drinks (even lower than the wholesale price) and will receive a space on the partners section of our front.
I sincerely hope you answer in the affirmative, and that we can jump start commercial ties between not just our companies, but our two great nations. If you should accept our offer, we will make sure to get a shipment to one of your airline's primary locations immediately, and inform our sales department and all of our subsidiaries of our new relationship.
Cheers!

Dear Mr. Lefèvre, Firstly, let me start by apologising sincerely for my late response. Thank you for contacting Millennium Airways with regard to your proposal. Your request comes at a well-timed moment where the flights from Oppidum Airport to Bonn and St. Louis are exceedingly popular. This comes as a great welcome for Millennium to secure the next link between Oppidum and Saint-Étienne; I feel that this will push out competition between the other two popular hubs in Mizialand and would like to accept your request. As part of your request, I personally off-loaded the details about the arrangement as I understand that this is crucial to communication and commencement. Finally, I wish you and your airport the best; we really hope that this will be a momentous and fruitful movement. Changes have been listed where appropriate. Sincerely, Mackenzie Draude Director of Operations, Millennium Airways |

Dear Ms. Adler, Firstly, let me start by apologising sincerely for my late response. I would personally be very interested in working out some arrangements; currently we have a few drink contenders, but I am very confident that The Grove will provide Millennium Airways with a touch of exciting, slightly wild taste- not to mention the slight buzz of the alcohol. The Woodsteasians and some Astyrians in general are accustomed to a culture around alcohol- there is a saying in Woodstead- "you can measure a [person's] greatness when you observe his bar". As a result, I have personally viewed your great selection and I am honestly pleased by the diversity, the attention to detail, and image of your products, which make such a difference to a customer. There are a few products we will be starting on provisionally. We are sure they will be a right hit with our passengers. Although I personally would love to bless my kitchen with all of the products you have presented, Millennium Airways needs to trial the order, as we do with everyone. If it proves to be successful, we will extend a regular agreement with open arms. The attachment shows an order made for a sample flying across the region of Astyria this next month- 360 pints of IPL, 240 bottles of green tea, and 1,200 bottles of cider- tempting for us, so we can safely assume the same for our customers.
