And the fact that this flavor comes from an individual respected in the ice cream business means something to our company; it is likely that this flavor has already been tested to some extent on the open market. This, of course is a blessing and a curse. On the one hand it gives a great testimony to its feasibility as a flavor and removing some of the investment risk; on the other hand we would like to establish our company as doing different things than other ice cream manufacturers already are. It is, unfortunately, a double edged sword.
