To whom it may concern
Firstly, May I introduce myself, I am Jason Hall of Space Night Transportation systems, based in Lake Hai'lu'kai, I do hereby approach your business in order to seek a contract to handle your international air cargo that you are carrying to the Aurora Confederacy via Lake Hai'lu'kai International Airport. Space Night prides itself on its high quality service we give to our customers and we believe that such a partnership between Skyway Airlines and Space Night will be a fruitful and profitable one for both parties involved.

Being a government approved [TIR] haulier, Space Night Transportation offers a rapid warehouse to customer service throughout the Aurora Confederacy, thereby allowing loads to be picked up directly from the warehouse the moment it has landed and then having it on the road bound for its customer within 6 hours of it landing, bypassing the customs because of the carnet placed upon the paperwork.

If you are interested in our services, please contact us by means of the link enclosed within this correspondence.

Thank you for your generous proposal.

Your proposal cannot come in a more timely manner. We have recently been receiving complaints of damaged cargo which resulted in some of our contracts being lost. Your services have impressed us and we are confident that a partnership with your company in transporting our cargo will help repair the damage done to our reputation. With this in mind, we have unanimously decided to accept your proposal for a business partnership.

We hope that this will become a lasting partnership between our companies and are looking forward to working with you.

Thank you for your business proposal.

Though we will not be able to introduce your products on our flights as of the moment, we will be able to introduce them to a selected few of our airline lounges. They will go through an evaluation period of two months in which we will ask our guests to write their opinions and give ratings regarding your products. If the overall response is positive, we will consider keeping them as permanent menu choices for all our lounges and may introduce some of them on flights.

Your products may be delivered directly to Helsingberg International Airport at a date and time specified by you. This will mark the beginning of the evaluation period.

If you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact me via telegram.

South Seas Soda Company would like to extend a public 'thank you' to Skyway Airlines for their continued business serving our beverages aboard their flights.. We have heard many great remarks from customers pleased with Skyway's in-flight beverage lineup including our traditional and tropical sodas. Skyway was an early believer in the delightful flavors produced within our portfolio, and it is support such as this that has helped propel us to global recognition within the beverage industry.

Again, we thank you for your support, and we are certain that your customers appreciate the options to take a soda holiday to the South Seas!

With cheer,
Allistair Houghton, President, South Seas Soda Company
