[Rohane Alista]

Rohane Alista, which previously worked on a fairly isolationist basis, has recently joined the world stage, and as such, is looking to increase the efficiency of diplomacy by allowing other nations to set up embassies in Calihain. Rohane Alista is a large nation, but generally peaceful, and has very little in the way of problems such as crime. As it is so sprawling, and the economy very biased towards tourism, Rohane Alista will also be accepting applications for consulates in the cities of Altisan, Berabil, Barhist, Jacobius, Morhale, and Trastinia.

A brief description of the eligible cities:

Calihain- The capital of Rohane Alista, located nearly perfectly in the center of the nation, it rests on the Orisal river. With a population of 27,688,965, it’s the nations largest city. Any amenities that could be needed should be findable in close distance to the government district. Calihain also has a thriving cultural scene, with many monuments, museums, concert halls, and two sports stadiums where local teams play.

Altisan- A minor city of 737,892 as of the last census, Altisan is the capital of the Rastin province, on the southern ocean front. It serves as a popular vacation spot for the well off.

Berabil- Berabil is Rohane Alista’s largest trading port, and the capital of the Servius province, located on the northern coast. A city of 5,823,900 people, it has the same general access to amenities as Calihain, but contains the nations largest duty free district, as well as a thriving shipping and fishing industry, as well as being the largest port of entry for immigrants.

Barhist- Barhist is the only major city in the Narist province, which is completely contained in the Narist Desert. Located on the largest oasis in the nation, it’s a fairly tropical city with a population of 597,824.

Jacobius- Named after one of the most famous emperors of Rohane Alista, this city is located in the Wearsch foothills of south east Rohane Alista. The city has a population of 2,359,174, and is a very popular destination for nature tourists.

Morhale- The northernmost major city in Rohane Alista proper, it has a population of 3,423,536. It receives heavy snow in the winter, and is heavily invested into winter sports. Even at its large size it’s managed to maintain some of the charm of a ski town, and hosts many sports competitions in the summer months.

Trastinia- The second largest city in Rohane Alista at a population of 13,657,894 citizens, Trastinia is where the entire eastern third of the country's economy is hubbed. It’s built in the massive Arasdal jungle and contains the headquarters of the nations top three mining corporations, top two logging companies, and the most prolific jeweler chain in Rohane Alista.

Extraterritoriality- All embassies in Calihain will be considered outside the jurisdiction of Rohane Alista for as long as they are in use. If an embassy is closed, the property will be repossessed by the federal government of Rohane Alista. This does not apply to consulates.

Diplomatic Immunity- All ambassadors will have full diplomatic immunity unless waived by their home nation. Diplomatic immunity for other embassy and consulate staff varies depending on job and nation of origin. Rohane Alista reserves the right to declare ambassadors and other diplomatic staff persona non grata and eject them on a permanent basis from the country.

Maximum Staff Permissible- Your nation may apply for relaxed limits depending on situation. An application for relaxed limits is not a guarantee they will be granted.
- 1 ambassador per mission.
- 15 security staff. Maximum armament is one (1) handgun per security staff, five (5) semi automatic rifles, one (1) knife or other close combat tool per security staff.
- 20 administrative assistants.
- 5 service staff on permanent call.
