Nationstates Hetalia: Welcome Back Old Friend

After never finding out about that strange island in the sky, the personifications find themselves in some city, Moscow? New York City? Mexico City? Nope! It's good 'ole Irlicana, they find themselves seated in some meeting room, interesting yes? Even more interesting is that they find themselves as child-sized, just like old times, yes? very much indeed.
So anyways, after last time's failure, I've taken it upon myself to once again save this RP series from death, a year and a few months this has gone on, and so little main story has been put on other than the first one. This RP will start at Cold War Era technology with the option of a country being at a lower tech level if they want. Wars will be handled in this way: Both sides will OOCly agree to a war, NO GODMODDING (You know who you are), My Co-Ops and I will do our best to make sure you guys don't screw around too much. This is a casual RP but that doesn't mean that I will allow excessive one-liners, but I won't have a post limit, that kinda killed the last one. Lastly, I will try my best to be as impartial as possible, I will not let petty things take over my ability to be OP.
This RP: This thread is a continuation of all previous Nationstates Hetalia RPs, it is based on the Hetalia Anime. You are RPing as a personification of your nation.
Wars: Wars will be in a way like the actual Anime of Hetalia: The personification and a small army, I'm sorry if you liked the old way but if you get enough supporters, I might let it happen, but it seems people are dissatisfied with the old ways.

Map: If needed I will make the map, but just know that any sort of expansion will have to be approved by me and the same for wars of conquest, I don't want what happened before to happen again and so the map is more for symbolism and who's next to each other and such. No Germany in WWII, or Manifest Destinies here.

Nation's Name: The United socialist sauriticanite Republic AKA sauritican
Personification's Name: Don saur
National Background: Officially the United socialist sauriticanite Republic, sauritican is a democratic socialist country, populated mostly by Dinosaurs. The culture is largely Mexican-American with Russian influences, Three human languages and one dinosauric language reign supreme: English, spanish, Russian, and Modern Utahraptor. sauritican is very advanced in civil technology, saur's love of technology especially to show that his species is not at all inferior to Humanity
Personification's Bio: Born in 2002, saur was the Personification of the Dinosaurs that America cloned, very much like Jurassic Park, but successful in it's purpose. After the revolution of 2012 began, he truly began getting stronger especially as he gained the support of state after state after state. After Mexico joined, the war became too much for America, and by 2020, saur's and Mexico's troops, along with aid from Russia, marched into Washington DC, the Capitol was untouched as by that time America surrendered, given much of his land back, and saur became independent. Russia helped saur grow as a new nation, The dinosaur was one of the few who actually wanted to be with the huge man, saur grew to see Russia as his father-figure calling him, "Papa, Padre, Father, and отец

Most Memorable Trait: Dude's a Utahraptor, he's got awesome sharp teeth, carnivore Diet, and sharp toe claws. Also he's pretty sadistic, don't get tortured by him, he loves it.
