Character's Name: Adechi, Jane [AKA; Keres]
Gender: Female
Species: Lesser Spirit of Assassins, Murder[Assassins basically murder people for money], Night/Shadow[though the two different, they travel in the night and the shadow], & Conflict[Or at least Wealth During Conflict, which is why assassins exist... they murder because of conflict, even if it's just because of an argument between two A-Holes of noblemen]/Demigod, child of Goddess of Growth, Ascendence and Pantheons
Reason she's in school and not with mommy: Her powers are extremely latent, most of them are at lower levels of development or they do absolutely nothing at this point, which is why she's at Drakesing high. She wants to perfect herself, can't do that without having her abilities.
Skills/Powers:
Advanced Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Weapon Mastery, Grandmaster in multiple Martial Arts

Umbrakinesis

Night Inducement/ Currently at its lowest stage, shadow creation/inducement

Umbrakinetic Teleportation

Superhuman Condition

Reactive Adaption to evolve into a corrupted form of Evolution, called Amalgamation Syndrome which is where you absorb the organs, skin tissue, brain matter, limbs, et cetera, of other beings, no matter their species or type, simply to stay alive. If you don't, in seventy two hours you die. It's a curse placed on her by her mother for believing Chishiki's words. "I. [redacted], curse you, Keres, to forever walk this plane of existence and the next as a monster. And I, [redacted], curse myself to never again give birth to a child that is normal, for now I am like Echidna, Mother of All Monsters."/ Currently at it's lowest level, Muscle Mimicry

Shadow Magic

Growth - Though relatively weak at this point, with her abilities being low-tier, Keres has a great capability for growth.
Grade: 10th
Grade Average: 3.7 GPA

Look into the eyes of the Goddess of War, the Herald of Conflict, the Dragon Lady, the Fatale of the Trinity, the Waker of the Pantheon, look into the eyes of the very thing that will one day bring your destruction, Keres. Once happy, more charming than ever, even bubbly at times, a true child of the dragon's eyes, now Keres possesses something greater than before, she possesses confidence, rage, hatred, power. She has evolved yet she is but a shell of her former self. Even though the woman speaks her words with a silver tongue and moves like an angel would, with the grace to match any ballerina or even the best of shinobi, they do not reveal the true her. They don't reveal how she looks down upon the world, how she hates and lets herself become enraged during battle, abandoning her humanity for a simple taste of blood, that is why a scar runs down her right eye, a deep, ugly scar betraying her beauty, a jagged scar from a jagged blade runs down this right eye yet it is you who she can truly see, rage did this to her, and she loves rage.

Jane stands confidently, allowing her superiority to overcome all those who would oppose her and make them think twice before getting in the way of her gentle grace, her beautifully fair and tanned complexion masking what could be her true age, a factor that startles most once they find out that little, juicy tidbit of information about her. At five feet eight inches tall, she isn't the tallest person but she is one of the taller women you will meet in whatever journey you have decided to embark on during your life. At times, her eyes can give mercy, though only to those that deserve it, even her demeanor screams out the fact that, while not necessarily holding herself higher than others, that she sees people in different ways. Most of the time they are usually noted to be the eyes that give nothing to you, no emotions, no fear, no happiness or joy, nothing, they are hollow like her soul, though they have a glint of confidence in them. Even though her confidence is shown it would be wise, or even not wise, depending on the situation, to think her overly confident, she has an ego and that is the thing that makes her more dangerous as she grows, her ego propels her to do things most won't or can't. Laced with thin, lithe muscles that are well toned, she isn't overly bulky but instead looks a little larger than most woman though it would be an underestimation of her skill to think that she isn't fast enough to catch up with the best.

Intense, almond shaped eyes with a deep, green, or green-brown with hazel mixed in, color to them accentuate the rest of her form, when her rage is irritated to a great point, or even just in battle, something inside of her just clicks and her eyes become like a storm made specifically to strike you down with the lightning that dances inside, but they are beautiful, eerily so. This is due to a simple, or not so simple depending on how you look at it, mutation that changes their appearance. The eyes are quite literally dragon-like when in use and where the white would be there is a solid black that is seemingly coated in a thin layer of mist, or cloud. Blue twisting, turning and swirling pupils are seemingly made out of vibrantly colored lightning that has been captured in Keres' eyes, allowing her to send a shudder down anyone else's spines. At times the pupils turn into slits for a split second before resuming their chaotic journey around the iris of Keres' very own, vibrantly colored, eerily 'designed' eyes. The eyes, even when not in their rage, seem to be more draconic than most eyes, they possess a noticeable underline of scale-like flesh.

Silky, smooth and luxurious black hair is kept underneath her hood or laid down her back so that it may flow in whatever winds this maiden warrior has summoned up. At this time, though, her hair is cut short to allow for better movement and locks of combed hair rarely hang down to her eye due to the style of hair cut she wears. Her hair cut being a mixture of the unreasonable emo styled hair cut with the more popular, and overall better, pixie styled hair cut. The hair accentuates her eyes, seemingly making them pop out, adding to the curious intensity that they already carry as she totes around, preparing herself for her journey in life. It is trimmed weekly, every week she cuts it, trims the edges and gets locks of hair out of the way that look odd, allowing her to ever maintain a beautiful head of hair.

The woman's movements are ritualistic in style, even Keres's personality is evident in her movements as well as her training, effectively acting as a warning to those who would dare try and challenge this specific femme fatale. Her effectiveness in combat never being underestimated because of the utterly overpowering confidence and grace that her form seems to breathe as she moves. They are like liquid, her movements, and like liquid they flow with the water that she weaves.

Personality:

Let me set something straight in case you get confused in farther portions, sentences and paragraph of the great Lady Keres's extremely stunning and intricate personality, she is an assassin first and foremost so, obviously, if a contract was accepted she would do her best to fulfill it, even if that meant putting herself or others at risk. That is not to say that she is reckless, but to say she is extremely "inspired" to just do her best, she is obsessed with being the best of the best and believes herself to be among the best, in fact. Driven not only by loyalty but by the feeling of dishonoring her word and losing her pay check to finish any contract accepted, if it is accepted, Lady Keres is willing to go through extensive means to achieve her goals. That is to say, it is highly unlikely that you will survive the encounter with her and more than likely that your body will end up disappearing or, depending on the contract, be scrubbed clean of any trace of her and instead just left outside of whatever area specified to leave you outside. Part of her utterly ruthless, brutal and highly efficient skill, style and methods, "the assassin" is something that allows her to tactically navigate through most situations with ease. Essentially, her personality is one of an unforgiving, ambitious, extremely confident bitch that is willing to do anything to achieve her goals, well, almost anything, except for things that involve betraying close friends, though she will do that if necessary.

Unfortunately, for every target of hers, she has never, ever failed at achieving her means, except for once, and that was the only battle where she decided not to kill someone, that someone being [Redacted] at his start. For that contract and that contract only, she let them go, a feat that was only due to the honorable feeling acquired once she knew there was someone like her, as good as her out there, and she measured her skill against his. This extends into her obsession, her hobby, the hobby of perfecting herself, and being an assassin, being the assassin to hire, ensures that she is making progress in this area of her life, no matter the outcome which is almost always in her favor. This is essentially a little "quirk" in her personality that forces her to allow herself to kill, maim, torture, manipulate, etcetera, the very same quirk enabling her to allow [redacted] to live, though whatever means she uses to change her mindset this rapidly are unknown. Fortunately, for most targets that she is set out to kill, the Assassin in her ensures that their death is a quick one, unless they are supposed to be tortured and maimed before death, maybe they won't even be killed, maybe they will just get their asses handed to them and their bodies forever injured.

Whether there be torture, humiliation, mutilation or just outright killing you involved in her latest contract, mark my words, the Lady Keres will succeed for the Lady Keres never, ever fails in her goal of killing her next target. The assassin inside of her won't allow failure to happen and if she "fails" the contract, she will hunt you down anyways, returning your head and the head of anyone that got in her way to the person who hired her, free of charge, just to make the point that she is the best in the business. She is out there outgunning the likes of [redacted], out cutting the likes of [redacted] and performing acrobatic feats superior to that of the [redacted], Lady Keres is truly the best assassin on the planet, possibly the second best thief and one of, if not the, best martial artists ever to live. Once you are in the Lady Keres's unforgiving, penance giving glare, the sights of her blade and gun, you will die, for she never, ever fails, no, instead she succeeds at every goal given to her, faster and better than anyone else. A master in every single type of disarmament, well versed in the anatomy of humans and thousands of other creatures, knowledgeable in the psyche of even the most insane beings, the Lady Keres is one of the deadliest people you will ever encounter, so prepare to die.

Many do not understand Lady Keres's capabilities in the fields of martial arts and various other things, far fewer losing their understanding of that when they discover that she also has a spiritual side. Trained by her teacher in both the physical and spiritual side of Martial Arts, she engulfs herself not only in the studies of physical perfection but in the studies if spiritual perfection, following some kind of moral code that equates to honor, loyalty and other things. Lady Keres's code of honor and morals cannot be underestimated in any way whatsoever, for that would be a failure on your part, meaning that she is absolutely and utterly loyal to her contracts, and her allies, even old allies such as [redacted], until betrayed or the contract is called off. Being part of what makes her as dangerous as she is, her honor is a closely guarded secret kept hidden by another part of her emotional and psychological make-up, a mask that has the real Keres in it but is hiding another part of her. Many more people will not understand the spiritual side of Keres because it would catch them off guard, stunning them and ensuring that they don't really get her because of the utter and complete differences in what they heard about her and the real her.

Due to being as spiritual and honorable as she is, Lady Keres has done things that most would think her incapable of doing or completely and utterly unwilling to do, even if she was being controlled in some way most wouldn't believe she would do this. At one point in time, she has gone so far as arriving to aid the [redacted] via threatening someone who pushed the [redacted] around, trying to take up leadership of the [redacted], alongside every single being ever recruited into the [redacted]. Her honor has driven her to aid old allies, such as [redacted] when he was injured by [redacted], she aided him in regaining his skills, though it is unlikely that even old allies would avoid her death giving fists if she accepted a contract on them. Fortunatly, for her friends, it is unlikely that the Lady Keres would accept such a contract on an ally, even one she was slightly neutral about, due to her honor code, one that almost always ensures her loyalty, for all but [redacted], that is, she seems quite obsessed with him. Continuing on the last sentence, she has an obsession with testing her skills against [redacted] and the entire [redacted] Family, meaning she likes the feeling of defeating them, though it is almost always to test the development of their skills.

Keres also has the side of her that gives mercy, no matter how rarely this side shows itself it is quite evident that it is very powerful and influences Keres in nigh unnoticeable ways that even the best trained eyes on the planet can't see. Maybe even Keres herself is unable to see what this side of her that gives mercy to a select special few is doing to her, but it is almost certainly tied to the spiritual side of martial arts, enabling her to make choices that matter. Having gained the majority of her apprentices through a method of mercy, apprentices such as the [redacted], Keres's honorable and mercy giving personality may be more prevalent than last thought, though the activity of it has grown less and less noticeable over the years. Even some of her old masters had garnered so much interest that the choose to keep them alive, much like she choose to outright pull the [redacted] out of a river after stabbing him in the head.

Lady Keres's so-called hobby is more of an obsession that has, very much so, led her to develop into the cold hearted, effective, and, oddly, at certain times, merciless and honorable assassin she is today. Seeking to utterly perfect her own fighting style, Lady Keres's will comes from extensive training in dozens if not hundreds of martial arts in a period of time that was disturbingly short, allowing her to seek out more masters. These "Masters" of Keres's were the best in their chosen martial art, the highest order of grandmasters, and she manipulated them into teaching her what they knew, learning what she could, before killing them if they no longer gave interest to her or couldn't offer her anything else. Though merely human in both mind and body, many will argue that Lady Keres's skill in hand-to-hand combat is utterly unmatched, and it is the hope of many that, if encountered, she will spare them like she spared the [redacted], even training them, we will get into that later. Her obsession is also the Lady's weakness, proving to be an issue for others and making Lady Keres a danger to herself as she seeks out the best fighters, through contracts or otherwise, on the planet and attempting to kill them merely to test her skills.

Despite being a glaring weakness to the best trained eyes on the planet, such as those belonging to [redacted], Lady Keres's obsession, or hobby, is simply a strength as well in that it fuels her to be better, it fuels her to do what she does. Without this wrongfully named "weakness", she wouldn't be able to do what she does, she would be unable to control her emotions, she would lack the ability to literally control her blood flow and how much she bleeds, she would lack the capability to be immune to truth serums. That means that Lady Keres wouldn't be who she is today without this piece of her personality, this hobby, this obsession, this weakness, and this unforgiving strength that manages to put her in between a rock and a hard place while managing to get her out. Fortunately, she recognizes it as an obsession, unfortunately she doesn't recognize what it has done to her as bad, seeing it as something good, and that may be what it is, but it may be something entirely different as well. For those around her it is a giant, complex problem that most will not be able to comprehend, for those, well, some of those, working on the same intellectual level as her, it is a beautiful and complex painting that makes her who she is.

After recent run-ins with gadget users, Keres has begun to recognize the need for more than just her fists and feet, a development that some like her can't begin to understand. Proving to be adaptable, extremely intelligent and very capable, even more so before, she's customized her suit, taken up several oriental weapons, namely Katanas, kunai, shuriken and senbon, along with advancing to the "next stage". Lady Keres has officially recognized the need to evolve and adapt, despite her obsession, learning that hitting and kicking are not the only useful ways to use her body, ensuring that she has become deadlier as time passes over. Even though some would think of it as abandoning her former goal of perfecting herself, her natural body and her natural mind, Lady Keres recognizes that the technology and techniques with said technology she uses are the natural, and in fact many of these pieces of "technology" are part of several different martial combat styles. The Lady Keres you used to know is still here, just with a piece of her soul gained back, the piece of her soul that effectively utilizes weapons in a way that allows for her to merge them with her combat style, no matter how rarely they are used.

Short Backstory of Character:

The Lady Keres, who's true name no one knows, was born like everyone else, the only thing different being that she was born into the arms of a relatively well off family that would be capable of actually providing for her, which is nothing like the poor families others are born into. Her family's wealth did not get in the way of training, the way of learning or in the way of being a quickly sprouting social butterfly that fluttered from group to group, welcomed by all, even those that weren't as wealthy as her. Keres made friends, quickly, after she made her way to school, proceeding to gather up a large group of allies, protecting them as if they were her own brothers and sisters, pushing away those who would bully them. Everything was serene, her life was beautiful, happy, something just wasn't right about it, though, she could sense some oddity in the way her older brother and sister moved, the way her parents spoke to her, the way other relatives were teaching her odd lessons in even odder ways. Unfortunately, not even happiness and joy could save her from the secret that would be revealed, a secret that would change her view on the world and, indeed, change her view on her family and herself.

Because of who she was born to, she didn't suffer from starving when it was diner time, breakfast or time for a snack, the latter two being things most won't dare to dream of, but she also did not get spoiled. Her parents taught her well, as did her brothers and sisters, teaching her that with any amount of wealth comes a much, much larger responsibility that utterly dwarves what you have achieved in life, a lesson that came surprisingly easy for her. This helped mold her into who she is today, ensuring that she became a strong, powerful, independent woman capable of looking after her allies while maintaining posterity in the most difficult of situations. That fact, like many others, keeps her from breaking down to the point she can't get in in the not-so-far away future of her life, even if it seems like the time passes a bit too slowly at some points during her life. Keres recognizes this, or she will, one day, and she is thankful that she was able to understand that being wealthy isn't everything, this kept her from becoming a greedy, egomaniacal bitch and now she's just an honorable, loyal, amazing woman, though still a bitch.

In her village, there were the very, very poor and then the wealthy, a divide was placed between them, ensuring that they were almost always outcast by poorer people even when trying to help them. Of course, this made it difficult for Keres at school but she earned her nick name there, a fact most don't have the courtesy of knowing, so she was able to make friends among both crowds, enabling her to prosper socially. Then something happened, it changed her, to be quite frank, made her something she wasn't originally, she became less than happy, she became less than sad, she no longer felt, no, instead she was seemingly cursed to be a semi-monotonous machine. Her family revealed something to her, telling her things she could hardly believe, but things they easily could, and easily did, reveal to her, showing that the things told to her were, in fact, the truth and nothing but the truth. This is what changed her, moulding her, breaking her, yet she was still able to get up because she realized that not getting up would be the dishonorable thing to do and she needed to be loyal to her family history.

Her family is shrouded in a deep, deep fog of mystique, many mistruths float around and about regarding her families, far fewer truths float around and about, those that make their way out travel into the minds of others and cloud them, confusing them. Keres's family is a group of assassins, the wealthiest, best equipped, best trained branch of a massive, world spanning organization made specifically to control things from the shadows and at first Keres didn't know this, then it was revealed to her. That is what changed her to be who she wasn't, they trained her to restrict her emotions, trained her to control body language, they even trained her to control her body in ways most people would never dream of. She could flex and move like no one else did, breathe smaller amounts of air when oxygen was low, giving her an additional thirty minutes of air when she would only have had twenty through thirty minutes, she could move faster, hit harder. Keres was an expert in martial arts and though not the best, she would, in later years, become revered as an extremely, extremely talented practitioner of the martial arts, marking her as 'one of the best martial artists in the world', though this is just a silly title, for you can always learn something from someone else, and she has yet to achieve it.

After that revelation and her change, she set off to work harder and harder, taking all of her free time, the free time she originally used to be with friends, and teaching herself even after family-given and academy-provided lessons were acquired, molding her body into the perfect weapon. The Lady Keres had become a completely different person, fueled by honor, loyalty and the need to protect her family, this enabled her to do things most wouldn't, or can't, but it also took something away from her. It took away her humanity, this transformation Keres went through took away her emotions, even though they were just supposed to be suppressed, it took away things that made her, well, her and no one else. Eventually, she realized this and allowed her merciless, ruthless self to become slightly more human, so Keres, a brave, fearless and ambitious young woman, gave two acts of mercy, just two, to do the right thing two last times. Then, she went back to her old ways, but something was different, she could feel just a bit more, she felt that training was more important than before, that allies meant something, that, while she did things for herself, she could also do things for others, if they aligned with her goals.

In this sense, her morals and way of life was twisted and corrupted, but now she could feel again, she could feel amusement, she could be quippy and Keres lost her monotonous voice, Keres could laugh again, and then something else happened, shattering her once more, and, at the same time, gluing her together like a puzzle you could never put back together. An old friend died, then all the others died and she reverted back to her old, monotonous ways, seemingly unable to find any peace whatsoever when she tried to sleep at night, so Keres utilized sleep aids until she re-trained her body. The growing woman could still feel things, everything was just different, changed in some way, they didn't make her feel like she used to, for example, while Keres could be amused it was for all the wrong things, such as someone being wrong, someone crying for mercy that would never come, luckily, for her, the latter was just changed to indifference. The Lady Keres then decided that the perfection of herself was something that made her feel amazing, important, as if she achieved something, so she set out, ridding herself of frustration and stress via exercise, she never did notice that she was becoming inhuman, though.

2. Follow the Rules...all of them.
3. Do not insult anyone and do not get on my nerves.
4. No gods. I forgot to add into the rules that into the rule list. You may have some sort of alien or mythical creature but no gods.

1.

... Really?

I'll spoiler it or sum it up for you, but I don't want to lower it a lot :(
2. I know

3. Agreed... unless they insult me first, in which case it's an eye for an eye. Shit, I sound like a barbarian. IGNORE THIS PART!

4. No Gods, is it possible I could be a Demigod? Keres has to have some reason for feeling "superior". Actually, I'm just going to make her a Lesser Spirit of Assassins, and seeing how there is no one above her in the realm of assassins[I'll make them in later parts] she'll believe herself a god... it's the one thing that basically ensures you'll die young, actual Gods don't like Spirits that, just because they have no family tree that includes those like them, think they are gods.

She suffers from a bit of egomania, Chishiki corrupted her, manipulated her and overall was a total and complete bitch... like always.

Still don't trust 'em. ;-;

I've been tempted lately, would a vampire count? Not like a 30 Days of Night or a Blade vampire, like.. Rosario + Vampire is the closest I can think of.

I've been tempted lately, would a vampire count? Not like a 30 Days of Night or a Blade vampire, like.. Rosario + Vampire is the closest I can think of.

We have had vampires before but they are very accepted...we do joke that they twinkle though :P

Unless I'm hired to kill you, I won't pull any of the shit I pulled with Irisa... who was overpowered for someone who wasn't a Goddess[though as a Goddess she wouldn't be], even with the HUGE limitations I put on her. Arguably, she was the most powerful Cryokinetic Drakesing had ever seen.

Even if I wanted to kill you for no apparent reason other than a blatantly obvious case of sociopathy and egomania[ahem, Chishiki, ahem, Irisa, ahem, they are both total bitches who deserve to die! D:] I couldn't kill you in a way as horrific as I killed people with Irisa, I simply don't have the capability to do so.

My Shadow Magic is rudiamentry at best and my Mana Pool is so low that Keres will HAVE to focus on prowess, control and skill to gain more power rather than anything else[such as power spells] less she want to kill herself.

My abilities are low-tier, they will grow over time but at this point I don't pose much of a threat to anyone, unless they piss me off, I was paid to kill them and I got ahold of a new special poison... and they aren't more powerful than me. Keres won't accept contracts on people she thinks she won't be able to kill, that would just be dumb and Keres is anything but dumb, she may be a bitch but she's not dumb... and she's nicer than the bitches I make my a long shot, you can ACTUALLY be a friend to her, it'll take work but you can humanize her.

"Human traits are the most sought after in the multiverse, humanity is a race unlike any other, while odd they have the potential to evolve into a society so culturally in depth that even beings made up of pure knowledge and intellect will have difficulty grasping the entirety of the human legacy. The sad part is, they have the potential to be more prideful than Pride itself and Keres has fallen into this deep, dark hole which is why I have cursed her. She believes that when her powers awakened, her emotions were so great that they made her abilities uncontrollable and she is forever forced to not feel emotion. I have taken away her humanity, it is up to her to re-earn it, it is up to her to find out how to be herself again." - Keres' Mommy, who's name I can't decide on.

In Drakesing, I ensured that there were not only a single type of vampire but dozens and dozens of species and sub-species spread throughout the universe and multi-verse with one of my sciency characters who had a thing for creating freaks.

Of course, it was only during medieval times that all of them existed at the same time and many are extinct but these diseases, curses and blessing are reviving themselves and forging a new home... make humanity bow before you and show them your superiority.

But uhm, dude, please have some of the traditional weaknesses such as a weakness to silver or sunlight. Those make vampires less overpowered... there's a reason why, even though Dracula may not have been the first vampire in some universes, Dracula was arguably one of the most powerful.

Don't worry I was, I'd prefer the weaknesses be silver and fire rather than sunlight cause.. I'd have to be wearing some rather ridiculous clothing in order to go to school. :P

Or you could just wear my armor and be a total and complete badass :P

But, uhm, yeah, I get it!

Thanks for understanding.

AND SHORT POSTS ARE EVIL! I also don't like short posts, they take away quality. Quanity isn't better than quality, it may be easier but it isn't better.

Yes, I did.

>.<

There's not just one vampiric species, you know. This is Drakesing, you need to account for all the variants of vampires out there... I even created one that sparkles for fun.

Then I drove them into extinction.
