Character Weaknesses/Flaws: Extra arms have their middle fingers, ring fingers, and pinkie fingers fused together. Are also slightly weaker than her normal arms. They are also not present 24/7 and take time to form out of her back.
Character Background/Biography: Not much is known about Lieutenant Varona, but that's because of her line of work. She is enlisted as the leader of Anvil Squad of the Froxian Military, which is a burnt, covert operations squad that specializes in dirty work. Wetwork, black bag jobs, tying up loose ends, they do it all. The reason they can is because they technically and officially don't exist anywhere in Froxian Military records. They answer only to the Field Marshal. As such, recently, the Guardian of the Zone had birthed a child into the world. Fearing that the Zone would take her and that she would not be able to hold her own promise of watching over Stalkers and raising the child at the same time. Through a wish to the Field Marshal, Lt. Varona was tasked with raising the child.
Varona would've protested against such a task, had she not understood the severity of what was to take place. The child would take on the role of the Guardian when the current one passed, and as such she needed to be raised well. Lt. Varona would take on the duty of teaching the child to survive, and to keep her safe, but raising her would be a challenge worthy of such a character like her. She resolves not to let up and to accomplish her mission. And so the Guardian and Field Marshal thought what better place to raise the child than in an enriching environment like the apartment?

Character Weaknesses/Flaws: Just a child. Very naive. Control over anomalies is minuscule at best on a regular basis. The only time it actually becomes a threat is when she is put under induced stress and/or is in immediate and obvious danger. Using her powers to that extent during that time will, however, drain her stamina and make her weak for a period of time and could even render her unconscious.
Character Background/Biography: Sinyaya Ptitsa was the child born of the Guardian of the Zone. When she was able to walk and talk, she became quite a handful for the Guardian to keep looking after and also keep up with her other duties. Lacking anywhere in particular to place her, the Guardian went to the Field Marshal for advice. They both agreed to have the child be watched over by someone who could be freely detached from the country and also have the skills to protect her. She grew to the age of 9 under Lt. Varona's care until the three realized that such a country wasn't fit to raise the next Guardian.
So with that in mind, the consensus came to send her with the Lieutenant off to the apartment in Bielefeld. They figured that it would be able to provide a much better upbringing than one in a world filled with death and danger. They wanted Sinyaya to have a memorable childhood as well, with a lot more happiness and joy than she would get out of being confined to the underground or wandering around the Zone would entail. They know of her powers and also believe that she will be with good company with those at the apartment. Sadly, the Lieutenant is very over-protective at times.

She's full of boundless curiosity and seeks out the new and exciting (which can be even the simplest things) much to her guardian's discontent. She hasn't been in a life or death situation yet, so there's that. She holds control over some of the Zone's anomalies, but only to a miniature extent. The most she's done was make a small fire in the palms of her hands. She enjoys most anything and is excited to be seeing a new place filled with new things and people.
