All embassies are assumed to be mutual, nations which have not yet occupied their embassy lot are permitted to do so at anytime. Embassies may only be abandoned via a written letter (telegram).

- Medium size private parking facility for up to a dozen automobiles.
- Emergency solar and gas operated generators.
- Flood walls and room for emergency food and water storage.
- Advanced biometric security measures.
- Wireless internet ready, cable and phone landlines as well as satellite ready communication facility.
- Open floorspace for offices.
- Large and luxurious atrium/entrance.
- Modern and clean restroom and shower facilities.
- Thick and secure concrete walls surrounding the facility.
- Emergency underground bunker with room for five persons, specifically the ambassador and his immediate staff.
