Istamarian Embassy Program
As the world expands, many nations need alliances to continue peacefully coexistance, to this end Nations across the world form alliances and hold programs within Nations as a form of communications of the fastest level. Therefore as Secretary of State, I Irving Dean have brought the prospect to Congress. Congress agreed to such a proposition and therefore We have opened an Embassy Programe in Istamar.
