No that is not what I said just read his post on the federation's civil headquaters.

I wish to propose three new organizations that have flourished in my nation that will hopefully make the future TCoNS Defense Force. They are called, TransWorld Organization or TWO, The 40th Day Organization or FDO, and the Security and Strategy Corporation or SSC. All these are ex-VS military personnel who wish to continue fighting in battle for our nation, but they will also serve this Coalition. The FDO forces wear red and black, the reason they are called the 40th Day is because they are given forty days to prepare for war. The SSC wear the same clothes as TWO (OOC which if you played Army of TWO you would know.)

The Grand Duchy of Hardenburgh , the Leader of the Grand Hardenburghan Federation expresses its distaste at the reemergence of the New Coalition of Nation States. Although currently , the Federation maintains good bilateral relations with the leader of this new coalition the North African Empire , however if this new alliance continues the two previous alliances attitude and policy towards the Federation , a new approach will have to be taken , which will be decidedly more aggressive regardless of Foreign political relations. The Federation sees it appropriate to warn the Coalition of Nation States and all its members , that the actions it has carried out against the CoNS before can and will be repeated again. We consider the CoNS an organization , so choked with bureaucracy that , for the efficient execution of international diplomacy , it must not exist. Although as of now , we are not requesting the disbanding of this organization , and we do in turn hope that we can reach an era of peaceful coexistence based on the ideology of detent, we war the Coaltion of Nation states that the Federation is more powerful than can be imagined , and if the organization does not adhere to further Federal demands , more audacious action will be take. To express its distaste the Federation will , as a precautionary move reenact its Nuclear bomber patrols into Coaltion airspace , return its Nuclear weapons to New Hardenburgh considering the treaty signed with the New Coalition is now void. Furthermore , the Federation announces its intention to bring forward Naval Exercises Pacific , and Operation Able Archer the annual rehearsal of its Nuclear forces forward by a two month period in recognition of this new emergence. The Federal government hopes that some kind of detent and peaceful coexistence can be reached , however until two party talks begin to take place the Federation will maintain its aggressive policy against the Coalition as always
