Yes, but he prefers to keep it a secret. One of his nations, maxtopia, is inactive.

The mods (at least are believed to) know what nation(s) he plays, however they do not reveal them.

Oh but that's the thing, isn't it? He IS interacting with other users. For all you know, that guy you did your last RP with was Max. Or someone in general who raised a good point.

If he doesn't want to reveal his nation and get flooded with thousands of TGs and treated differently because he's the owner, that's his own prerogative. But don't assume that means he's not interacting with other people.
