Creation of the Empire - March 13th 2010.

The Empire was created after the collapse of The Republic of Revert Romance and after a 4 year bloody civil war led by General Neighoff. Neighoff saw the old Republic Guards to victory at a horrible cost to the countryside, the war had devastated everything. But with a true sense of nationalism finally emerging from the empire and abundant and vast resources the potential for the small empire is vast. With the war over the question over leadership left General Neighoff with one choice to see that his men's sacrifices did not go in vain only to see another civil war break out within the empires borders. He crowned himself Emperor in the capital on March 13, 2010 and made the government authoritarian in nature to see that the empire stops trying to tear itself apart further and finally moves forward as a country.

And so with that done the Empire was officially created and named into being on this, the 13th of March 2010.

With the war over and the goverment...governing, Emperor Neighoff signed into decree the immediate rebuilding of all ports and road and rail infrastructure to restore trade and movement of refugees back into the country (an estimated 700,000). All this is to be done post haste with the "full support of the government and people", giant labor teams formed of criminals (in the rehibilations programs) have been drawn up to do the labor with supplys being drawn from the national boundarys. The work is expected to be done (a week rl time) quickly. Mainwhile the engineers from the Old Republic Gaurds will continue the demining operations around the eastern forests and finish (again one week rl time) before moving north. Public sectors of industry are expected to begin rebuilding of bombed out factory (1 week rl time), Agriculture is to be back to the ability to supplying the country with food (in 1 week rl time) and hopefully to the levels of exporting (2 weeks rl time). Every available person over 15 (for benzei so he can get a job finally) will be used in helping to rebuild the country (unpaid), the capeighn slogan of The Empire rebuilding The Empire is being chanted throughout the streets and nationalism seems to be over bearing the moaning and griping of workers working "as slaves" on this matter

With 800,000 refugees repatriated to The Empire, and a 26,000,000,000$ gdp increase, the modest 260,000,000$ increase in defense spending has been spent already, under directive 2 of the emperor.

260,000,000$ is to be used in the construction of The Empire of Neighoff Royal Military Academy, which is too be completed construction wise in (2 rl days) good order.

The Marble facade and marble beams reminiscent of the congress building in washington dc will give the new building a sense of heritage and history claims the designer.

Student capacity is set for 2,000 students to commissioned into the military in there respective field of study after 4 years classical and military study is complete.

Costs of students will be covered by the student paying for his own education, or his family paying most likely.

Costs of the university's facilitys and operation will also be covered in those tuition fees payed.

Current professors are made up the few remaining officers in the Old Republic Guard thus purging the army of most senior leadership for the meanwhile, which required promoting of junior officers into higher positions.

One day after the Emergence of The Empire the neighboring kingdom of Belinni led a revolt and coup backed by the army killing the "mevolent dictator" and his cabinet, hanging them in the streets from the capital building.

The kingdom of Belinni was in better shape then the other breakaway state of Revert Romance being on the fringes of the Republic, The Empire acted as a nation buffer between the pro republic forces and the pro imperial forces.

Winning sovereignty a full year before the Empire it was considerably well more built up and industrial at this point, although the same size in population and smaller in land mast then the Empire.

By popular majority the kingdom asked for admission into the Empire becoming a Kingdom the same day. This is was a act most people believed should of happened from the start of the revolution 4 years ago, the split up originally occurred as army commanders fought over objectives and ways of raging the war, Neighoff and Belinni never got along, and neither did there armys. Belinni officially called for a armistice with Revert Romance and choose to remain neutral in exchange for not supporting The Empire in any way. Revert Romance was so deep in war it had no choice but to oblige. Neighoff was at his end as well and had no choice but to let Belinni break off, he only had enough troops for a one front war, and a limited one front war.

This addition adds considerably to the economic, industrial, and military strength especially as 50,000 Belinni Royal Guards went with the new goverment.

The addition also has immediate funding for its own social programs something the Empire is just trying to develop so this should hopefully speed the process.

The Kingdom of Neighof, has started supplying the Empire with bulk material for the reconstruction effort, while over 500,000 criminals are organized and put into work groups and sent by rail to the eastern city of Camberlin to start the reconstruction of the city

All Material is cleared from the city, and in giant holding yards outside the city, a large foundry was built to convert the old twisted metal into new beams for the rebuilding, likewise the other cities throughout the Empire have gotten to the point of rebuilding and should be done within 5 rl days to pre war levels

With the opening of The Royal Military Academy and the budget allocations for education arriving in the empire's capital, the question of how to spend finally came before the emperor, which him making his 6th decree to create The Empire of Neighoff Public School System, starting in the major cityies first, with a combine education budget of 7.9B$, the first priority will be the construction of facitilties.

To accomadate the total 2.7 million people who would fall under government provided education the total cost would be 30B$, well outside the allotable levels. However i can provide quality education for 702000 students based on the above figures, not a bad start, or 88 (8000 student capacity) school districts all falling under one government agency (The Educational Advisory Board to the Emperor)

So with the 6th decree, all major cities including the capitals will receive 10 districts allowing for student capacity of 80,000 per city initially

Consturction costs of 81M$ per district can be alloted this year, funds for completion of the project will be drawn from next years fund, and from next next years fund with construction cost per district estimated at over 240M$ each

Construction of the entire project is estimated to take (5 rl days, 1 to prepare material, work forces, hire contractors, all while Old Republic Engineers design the complexs, 4 to build)

Funding is to take 3 days to aquire available funds

The 7th Decree of the Emperor is to clear a huge portion of the southern sector of the Western Forest to create a giant Uranium Mining facility and also mines and refineries in the surrounding area following discoveries of abundant metals and coal in the area, 5,000 people have migrated to the growing camp in the middle of the forest looking for jobs already, in clearing the woods and the federally owned mining company. Material is getting there slowly however due to lack of roads and rail in this deep forest

To address the Health care situation throught out the Empire, the Emperor's 8th decree, thus creating the Empire's Healthcare System, is enacted.

Useing funds entirely from the Kingdom of Neighof, the Emperor, allotted for 32, 350 bed facilities. Giving a total system wide bed count of 11,200. Of course numerous others can seek out-patient procedures, and citizens throughout the empire are able to use these government provided facilities.

They are to be built throughout the Empire, with construction beginning in (1 rl day) to take another (5 rl days).

Hospitals are to be built 3 to every city throughout the Empire excluding Angel Heights, which will receive 2.

Thus all cities minus Angel Heights will have a total in-patient capability of 1050, with Angel Heights in-patient capability of 700.

Operational Costs will be 4.2B/year with construction costs of the facilities at 250M a facility. Thus a total construction cost of 8B is 2 be paid over the next (2rl days)

1st Army Grouppe deploys en masse to the region of Transilvania

Large military growth is expected, civil projects remain the enlargement of public and governemental services capacity (schools, healthcare, etc ill go into detail later)

Lately the Navy has recieved negative international reviews on the sinking of a refugee barge off the coast. However the Emperor stands by the decision of the captain to use lethal force on the refugees after every attempt was made to make them stop. Refugees of Muslimstan are NOT welcome in the Empire and will not be accepted, force will be used if these refugee vessels continue to try to run the naval screen.

Major Construction Efforts are being put forward to provide quality Education and Healthcare to all citizens of the empire, expected to be completed in "1 week rl time"

The Empire's Armor Force is being created with the introduction of tanks resembling in shape, firepower, and defensive capabilities of the M1A1 Abrams Tank, an unknown number of tanks is to be created after the tank corp itself is created and the tank designs are finished (1 week rl time) (im in no hurry)

After an failed political assassination on the Emperor by the rouge border nation known as Blackacre, the Empire has gone to war!

The assassination was taken as an act of war and a quick retaliation of 4 Divisions of the Old Republic Guards were sent to crush (and i do mean crush) Blackacre. The population are to be killed and the memory of Blackacre is to be forgotten. The language of Blackacre is never to be muttered, the libraries of Blackacre are to be burned, and the culture of Blackacre to be forgotten. The Empire will make it so as Blackacre never existed, however brutal it must be to achieve the desired affect. It wouldn't want other rouge border states to think it can bully the mighty empire. Upon completion of the milatary conquest and "cleaning" of Blackacre lands (2 days rl) the rouge state will be annexed by the empire

After the operation in Blackacre finished, all lands were annexed by the empire and formed into Kingdom of The Eastern Woods under the Empire.

The Conquest of Blackacre was about to begin, it was 2 am on the eastern border of the empire. Emperor Neighoff was about to personally lead 4 Guard divisions across the border and on an war of annihilation for the assassination attempt on his life. He would see that no rouge state would ever even get ideas of trying such a stunt again.

At 2 am, with a steady wave of his hand, 75,000 infantrymen supported by 20,000 engineers, and 1000 artillery pieces (all m777 155mm howitzers) stormed across the border on all sectors. The first prize of the war, the border town of Reublica was laid to waste as every inhabitant was killed, and every cultural symbol of Blackacre was burned, the local libraries were burned to the ground, the churches were burned to the ground, the city hall was demolished. The vircious nature of the attack wasnt necessarily the method the Emperor would of liked to take, but war is war.

Within (1 rl day) the entire country had fallen to the Empire (most inhabitants of Blackacre ran for there lives to neighboring border states, or fled to the docks to board boats to leave the continent entirely) Everything that was Blackacre was destroyed promptly, and all Blackacre citizens were killed. The lands were thus cleared, and readied for annexation by the empire. The Kingdom of The Eastern Woods was created (the massive eastern woods that border the empires eastern edge) is a sprawling deep forest, which besides 3 big cities (Republica in the East, Rasmussen in the Center, and Tomlinson in the south on the sea) doesnt hold much. Although it is vast with resources there isnt the means to get to most of them yet. The infrastructure simply isnt there. Rebuilding programs aimed at giving the new kingdom the culture of the empire and all the while emphasizing the destruction of Blackacre and that is to be forgotten have been put underway by the 25,000 strong Old Republic Engineers.

This crushing victory in the name of the Empire have done much to increase nationlism and pride in the empire by its citizens. The Empires dead are taken back to be buried, over 5,000 soldiers lost their life sadly, but killed over 1,000,000 "personnel" in Blackacre. The only unit that Blackacre was fielding, the Blackacre Rifles was over 25,000 strong, gave up under the strain of the initial assault and ferocious nature of the attack. They surrendered, and were slaughtered outside the city of Republica. This nature of complete annihilation was an hallmark of the campaign, with no line drawn between civilian and military, they are all one common enemy.

And so on this day April 7, 2010 The Kingdom of The Eastern Woods has been annexed by the Empire

The reconstruction in The Kingdom of The Eastern Woods within the Empire of Neighoff's borders was completed today, thanks in part to KingIssacs generous offer of 2 billion USD. The country is back to prewar figures in terms of industrial capabilities and infrastructure. The cities are under intense building programs to add an imperialist yet romantic nature to the cities, grand art works and statues to the empire have been ordered to be created. (3 days rl)

The Country is a vast lust forest, 750 miles wide by 560 miles thick, with the Northern Mountains to the north, The Empire to its west, the ocean to its south and east

Emperor Neighoff to the Empire, the RFN, and the world!

The empire is moving towards a democratic form of government! I have finally given up full power to a cabinet of my former advisers and my best friend Governor-General Norris has assumed the position of Prime Minister. I will remain in politics and the military as a figurehead only.

I look forward to this grand step the empire is taking, and look forward to progress to come. The political oppression that has come out of my sole leadership, although in the beginning necessary due to a power vacuum following the break up of the old republic, is now needless. The people of the empire are able to govern themselves and wish to govern themselves and I will allow this.

Steps have already been taken in the Kingdom of Neighof which has adopted semi-autnomy to spread out the central government to better accommodate the people. The size of government has also been of concern, with it recently ballooning from what started as, and i wished i could of kept as, a small body of officials speaking for the better interests of the people. It has become a mammoth behemoth in terms of what I wanted for it, and administration costs have to be cut. With my last imperial decree I create -

After massive increases in the empire's defense budget and little increase in troop size and equipment used, a massive military build up plan has finally passed legislation and the buildup has begun -

ooc - i made a long ass rp on how one of my cruisers was attacked by a groups of pirates and nearly sank the ship only to have my computer restart as i went to hit send..........there was 2 hours WASTED, fml, and never posted it to the international forums

The Imperial Navy finishes Operation Seawatch, and returns to normal sea-lane and coastal patrols.

The first Apollo Class Super-battleship (BB-1 Apollo) rolled off the dry-dock today and slipped into the harbor of Norris. Its enormous hull taking almost a minute to finally slip entirely into the water. The Emperor and top military officials were at the christening of the ship, and The Emperor himself smashed a bottle of rum (he's a heavy drinker) off the bow. The ship's soon to be crew were relieved when it broke properly on the bow. With the massive hull and superstructure in the water only final touch-up work needs to be completed and the Apollo will set out for sea trials, set to last 6 weeks. The other 9 ships of the class are soon to be launched as well, including Imperial Naval Commander, Admiral Nelson's flagship. His ship is the largest (although the same size of the other ships, his weighs slightly more) moving object the empire has ever built. Years of design and construction work, and billions of federation credits, accumulated into these ships. The pride of the imperial navy, sitting in Norris harbor, with the mid-morning sun glistening off the towering superstructure was an impressive sight to behold.
