Administrative Zone One is a small city entirely dedicated to housing foreign dignitaries and seeing to their needs. It is located on an island a few miles off of Airstrip Sixteen's shores, for, as Director of John Smith puts it, "a feeling of security." There are restaurants, gymnasiums, brothels, gambling centers and cinemas along every street within the camp. Every road and alley feels somewhat like a rainbow, what with the multitude of fluttering national flags lining the sidewalks. The entire city has a cheery feel to it.
