This year, Jichang will host an international meeting of communist parties of around the world, where parties can gather to share their experiences and issue a joint declaration.
IMoCP stands for International Meeting of Communist Parties.
Any communist party is invited to join the conference.
The conference will be held at the Political Meeting Building near the center of Xi'san, Jichang's capital city.

Principles:

Economic Communism: Promethean is a communist ideology, based off the economics of Marx & Peter Kropotkin. Prometheanism supports a free-market-socialist economy as a temporary measure & transitional stage towards communism. Unlike most communist experiments, Prometheanism places emphasis on the individual (rather than the community) as the cornerstone of communism. This has led Prometheanism to be viewed as one of the most successful communist experiments of all time, as it has rejuvenated the economy that was barely able to hold itself up before the Promethean Revolution.

Atheistic Satanism: Prometheanism has a strong religious aspect, based off the works of Anton LaVey. Unlike LaVey, who promoted secularism, Prometheanism sees all non-atheist & non-pagan religions as a threat. To this end, Theophanes Drakon unleashed a French Revolution style terror that killed almost 600,000 Abrahamics. Because Prometheanism is a religious ideology based off of an atheist religion, so it has been described as state atheism. Although Promethean-Satanism predates LaVey, it is similar in theory & became a much larger part of Prometheanism after the release of LaVey's Satanic Bible.

Cultural Conservatism: Not to be confused with social conservatism, which Prometheanism opposes, cultural conservatism is protecting your culture from reactionary foreign influences, while still allowing it to grow, develop & progress. To this end the Promethean Party strongly opposes multiculturalism, which it considers an Islamic Trojan horse. A particular target of Prometheanism is Islam, which it considers a vastly inferior culture. Prometheanism is staunchly opposed to "cultural relativism", although it promotes moral relativism. Promethean cultural conservatism is also highly imperialist & wishes to spread what it considers its superior culture to other countries & blot out Islam.

Political Libertarianism: As a form of libertarian socialism, Prometheanism wishes to bring about a libertarian social order. It defends the liberties of free speech & press freedom, even during times of terror. It is also highly opposed to social conservatism & political correctness. Open government is encouraged & the democratic process is kept as open as possible. The government keeps only the most important of secrets from the populace.

Agressive Internationalism: Prometheanism takes communist-internationalism to the extreme. It does not recognize the right to self determination & calls for one world culture & the destruction of all cultures deemed inferior. It rejects all nationalism & considers the nation to be weak & worthy of destruction. Prometheanism follows a highly aggressive & interventionist foreign policy. It calls for cultural imperialism & forces its culture on all conquered nations. It justifies this as "liberation" & is not afraid of international law getting in the way. Prometheanism considers Islam & Christianity its enemies & something to be destroyed. In this way Prometheanism is highly militaristic.

Social Elitism & Eugenics: Prometheanism strongly rejects the idea that all men are born equal, instead opting to create a society of improved & superior people. It uses eugenics to breed a better, more individualistic person to populate communist society. It promotes sterilization of those deemed inferior & promotes the breeding of more beautiful people with intelligent people. It is also highly elitist & rejects liberal legal egalitarianism. Only people of above average intelligence can vote in SSS. It is highly influenced by Plato's idea of the Philosopher King & only those who are Philosophers may hold public office.

Violent Proletarian Revolution: Although a elitist ideology, Prometheanism relies on the working class to bring about the necessary change for a Promethean society. It also rejects pacifism & favor bloody & violent revolution. Prometheanism promotes the use of French Revolution style Terror to suppress counterrevolution & bring society into a new era. Although Prometheanism has been described as bloodthirsty for this reason, it calls for the protection of freedom of speech & the press during a terror. It also believes terror is a merely temporary measure, & SSS's terror ended long ago (& the death penalty has been abolished).

Universal Aristocracy: Universal Aristocracy is when everyone is "one of the best". This is the ideal Promethean society & a goal pursued through the use of eugenics. Prometheanism holds that communism must be achieved after universal aristocracy. This is a fundamental principle of Prometheanism.

Ethical Egoism: Prometheanism believes that all people should pursue their own goal & shuns ethical altruism. Prometheanism is a form of egoist communism & is a highly individualistic ideology. It even takes influence from philosophers who would be opposed to it; like Ayn Rand. It also promotes libertinism & all forms of sexual identity rights.This was first formulated by Theophanes Drakon & has become an important element of SSS culture.

Tovarish Stalin follows a basic Stalanist ideaology believing no person is above the party, and that economic success must be mandated through strict regulation and mandatory purchase requirements.

In 1994, CPE was renamed the Communist Party, United Republic of Emmeria (CPURE) and adopted an entirely different mindset.
