Aw man, that would be cool. Why didn't I think of that? :P

I'm happy with his powers, though :P

That would amazingly make up for his lack of speech.

Yeah, it would also take away the fun of the challenges of playing a mute character, too :P

And now you know why I have been not posting as often lately:

Name: Taylor Murphy (under alias of Taylor Knight)
Sex: female
Age: 16
Nationality: American
Height: 5'6 (at start of school-year)
Weight: 124 (at start of school-year)
Hair: long, red
Eyes: green
Costume (if any): (Currently) An outfit made of yellow cargo pants, olive drab jacket, grey bullet-proof vest, white helmet, and black gloves
Abilities:

Kryptonian Disguise: If Taylor wears eyewear of any-type or has the area surrounding her eyes covered, the only way recognition is possible by appearance is if the person has seen Taylor put on the disguise in the first place. Similar effects effects are had on her voice.

Here or Hair, Anywhere: hats, bandannas, helmets, and other headgear are subject to spacial impossibilities in regards to hair (read: she can keep long hair in a helmet without any difficulty)

"It's not magic!": Taylor is an arcane magic-user very reliant upon preparation, focus, and intellect. In order to use any magic in a day, she has to spend an hour's time in the morning studying from a spell-book or a similarly designated electronic device in preparation for the day. During this time, she plans out what spells she will have. These arcane powers can range in power, determining how many of what types of spells she may use. There are requirements for each spell's use, ranging from spoken words to materials that are to be expended by the spell. As she gets better at magic, she can learn how to use spells in unique ways, such as spells activated by e-mail, scribing spells summoning a familiar, castings indirectly via technology, brewing potions, and creating homonculi. These all are limited by her lack of knowledge, drawbacks inspired by the failure-of or creation of various arcane forces, time and material limitations (occasionally including her own blood), and inexperience.

Basic Knowledge Category:

Arcane Graffiti: Inscribes personal rune or short message on object or surface.
Daze: Subject becomes severely confused for 6 seconds, becoming incapable of doing anything due to that confusion.
Detect Magical Aura: Detects spells and magic items within 60 feet.
Haywire: Causes a single electrical or mechanical device to behave randomly and erratically as though somebody was manipulating the object at random.
Light: Object shines like a torch.
Mage Hand: 5-pound telekinesis.
Magic ID: Creates a false but visually accurate identification card.
Mending: Repairs small breaks or tears in objects.
Message: Allows the caster to whisper a conversation at distance.
Prestidigitation: Performs a very minor "magic trick" for one hour, such as warming a small object.
Read Magic: Read scrolls, spellbooks, and magical writing (the only spell which a mage does not need a spell-book to prepare).
Resistance: Probability, in addition to the subject's capabilities, is temporarily given a bit of a bias toward the subject in matters of that subject resisting damage, avoiding damage, or avoiding attempts to alter the mind.

Category One:

Burning Hands: Engorges the caster's fingers and thumbs in fire (without convection or the ability to burn self and in a specific shape where both thumbs have to be touching and all of the fingers outstretched) with the temperature of the fire increasing with general experience.
Cause Fear: One sapient agent flees if possible for an amount of time between six and twenty-four seconds, causing fear in the person at the cost to the person's abilities, though combat can be done should fleeing not be possible.
Change Self: Changes caster's visual appearance (including worn objects), though it is limited in that the caster cannot change height or diameter by more than one-foot and that only light is affected by the spell, with the texture and sounds of the object remaining the same.
Clean: Eliminates grime, dirt, and bacterial contaminants from the target, and renders target scentless.
Comprehend Languages: Understands all spoken and written languages with limitations in that physical contact needs to be made with the source of the language that is trying to be understood and only literal meaning being understood.
Dancing Lights: Creates up to four lights or a glowing, vaguely humanoid shape.
Degauss: Erase a single device that contains electronic data.
Feather Fall: Objects or creatures fall slowly.
Hold Portal: Holds door shut, necessitating either increased difficulty in physically breaking through the door or the spell to be dispelled.
Instant Identify: The caster understands all magic properties of a single magic item.
Jump: Subject is better at jumping.
Mage Armor: Gives subject an invisible force-field that acts as armor where there is none and increases the quality of extant armor if the person is wearing any.
Magic Missile: Temporarily creates a missile (or missiles if sufficiently experienced) that will attack the target(s) without missing with a limitation that the target has to not be inanimate.
Magic Weapon: A chosen weapon becomes somewhat easier with which to hit and somewhat more damaging.
Mask Metal: With a magnet, the caster renders a metal object no heavier than ten-pounds undetectable to metal detectors.
Obscuring Mist: Creates a cloud of vapor that obscures all sight, including darkvision (see category two), beyond 5 feet.
Power Device: Powers one inoperative electrical or mechanical device.
Ray of Fatigue: A ray that fatigues those that are within its path, causing the people affected to become much less physically capable and prevents anything faster than the effect persons walking to become way too difficult to do.
Shield: Creates a floating, invisible disc that provides some amount of extra protection to the subject and completely makes magic missiles useless.
Sleep: Puts between two to eight people within a fifteen-foot radius of the area it is cast (excluding caster) into a temporary comatose slumber.
Summon Vivilor(s): Summons a creature(s) (either in a shape that is humanoid, quadrupedal, or serpentine) from an unknown place that has certain qualities (such as bat-wings or tougher skin) and will obey the caster's while it is there for the time determined by the caster's understanding of magic (with Taylor's current understanding of magic, if she knew how to, she could summon one for six-seconds). This spell is unique in that it has five different incarnations, each better than the last, that allows for either summoning multiple weaker ones or one stronger one of varying ratios of power and numbers improve over time with her understanding of magic (this is noticeably more background for potential other characters since Taylor does not know of these abilities yet and she would honestly dislike the aesthetics of the creatures enough to not want to do so, making this more of an hypothetical ability meant for possibly a future antagonist to use).
Trace Purge: Removes physical traces of the subject’s presence or passage.
True Strike: Radically increases chances that the next attack will hit right where the strike was intended to hit.
Undetectable Magical Aura: Masks a magic item’s aura from detection.

Category 2:

Arcane Lock: Creates a magical lock for an object or door that can be ignored by the caster, requiring anyone else who wants to get past it to either magically dispel the arcane lock or to physically break the arcane lock.
Blur: Due to making the target less concretely visible, attacks will miss the subject 20% more than usual for the circumstances otherwise.
Burglar’s Buddy: Suppresses mechanic or electronic intrusion alarms and alarm sensors within a 15-foot radius.
Darkvision: Allows the caster to see sixty feet no matter how poor the conditions are for light.
Dataread: Taylor can access and read data stored in any machine-readable data source.
Enhance Ability: Subject suddenly has an aspect of himself radically enhanced, making the subject either of a much stronger force of will, physically stronger, physically tougher, physically more agile, smarter, or much more charismatic for one minute's time.
Glitterdust: Temporarily blinds those present within the area of which the glitterdust occurs, also temporarily outlining any invisible agent caught within the glitterdust.
Invisibility: The caster or subject is invisible for a period of time that is ten minutes (or longer with sufficient experience) or stops when the subject attacks.
Knock: Opens locked or magically sealed door.
Levitate: The subject moves up and down at the discretion of the caster.
Locate Object: Senses direction toward object (specific or type).
Machine Invisibility: One agent or object cannot be detected by machines.
Magic Message: Device delivers a message of 25 words or less when specific conditions are met.
Magic Mouth: Causes a mouth to appear next to the target and speaks a twenty-five word message when the conditions for activation are achieved (the mouth will promptly disappear for obvious reasons after the message is said).
Protection from Arrows/Bullets: Exactly what it says on the tin, increasing a subject's ability to withstand those projectiles (an ability which can be improved by experience) for either ten-minutes (which can lengthened as Taylor learns more) or until a damage threshold is reached.
Relay Text: The caster can transmit a message of up to 25 words via electronic device to someone the caster knows, not requiring any connection between the two objects to be made, and will be on the object until somebody has read it, disappearing without any trace of its existence when fully read.
Resist Energy: Improving as Taylor learns, this spell increases resistance to damage that can be caused by one of five types of sources (fire, extremely low pH objects, sound-based, extremely low temperatures, or electricity) for at least ten-minutes (time-span can be improved by experience).
See Invisibility: This spell reveals invisible creatures or objects.
Spider Climb: Grants ability to travel on walls and ceilings to the subject that the caster is physically contacting for ten minutes (which can be improved as Taylor's experience as a mage increases knowledge).
Web: Fills a 20-foot-radius spread with sticky spider webs so dense that people can become ensnared in them (a note is that spider webs are flammable, so please put out that smoke would you).

Third Category:

Dispel Magic: Cancels magical spells and effects (now you know what I mean by "dispel").
Displacement: Attacks miss subject an extra 50% of the time.
Electromagnetic Pulse: Ruins or scrambles electronic circuitry that was powered at the time of the spell's casting in a 20-foot-radius burst.
Fireball: Sends a fireball at a target, risking everything with a twenty-foot radius of wherever the fireball hits of suffering damage from the fires that emanate from the point of impact, with there being more fire released upon impact and those fires being of a higher temperature as Taylor's understanding of magic increases.
Flaming Projectiles: Gives ammunition, up to fifty of which that are physically connected at the time of the spells casting for at least ten minutes (longer if Taylor is experienced), some fire to it, allowing it to start fires on flammable objects and cause burns.
Gaseous Form: Turns subject and all of his clothing and equipment into translucent mist or wispy smoke, making the subject incapable of entering liquids or attacking or using magic but also making the person both significantly harder to hit and able to float through walls and small openings for a time.
Greater Magic Weapon: Makes a weapon more accurate in a scale that increases with Taylor's general knowledge of magic.
Halt Undead: Immobilizes undead (I.E., voodoo zombies, horror movie zombies, vampires, animated skeletons, etcetera) for a period of time of at least six seconds that can be improved with experience.
Haste: Makes the subject noticeably faster for a period of time that is at least six seconds or longer given Taylor's experience.
Hold Person: Holds one person helpless, preventing activities other than mental activities or general bodily functions (including breathing) for a period of time of at least six seconds (which can be increased as Taylor becomes better at magic).
Lockdown: Closes and locks all specifically targeted doors within range with the previously described arcane locks.
Invisibility Sphere: Makes everyone within 10 feet invisible for a period of at least one minute (duration increases as training continues).
Keen Edge: Doubles a normal weapon’s range.
Lightning Bolt: A bolt of electricity that is shot out of Taylor's hand, with an increasing range, area of effect, and voltage as Taylor improves.
Nondetection: Creature or object becomes difficult to detect by divination and detection spells.
Phantom Chopper: Conjures a quasi-real motorcycle that seats one person of the caster's choosing that can last for at least an hour (a time period which can be lengthened by, yada yada, training, yada yada, also includes speed); later on, arcane knowledge can give the bike improved handling in rough terrain, the ability to drive on water, and the ability to drive through air (limited to the horizontal plane it left on, meaning it is flight that is useful only in circumstances of hazardous mountain roads and broken bridges).
Secret Pocket: Creates extradimensional space within a pocket on a garment. At minimum requirements for the spell, this secret pocket lasts for one hour and can hold one pound of material (both matters improvable as Taylor's arcane abilities improve).
Shutdown: Electric devices in area cease to function for the duration of the spell in an area (improvable) of twenty-five feet for the duration of time (improvable) of one minute.
Slow: It slows down the target(s), an improvable ability.

4th Category Spells:

Animate Dead: Creates undead skeletons and zombies.
Arcane Eye: Invisible floating eye that moves 30 feet per second that Taylor can use as one would an extra eye (takes ten-minutes to actually cast), castable for at least one minute with room for improvement.
Bestow Curse: With this ability, Taylor can either significantly deprecate one of a person's qualities or make the person noticeably worse at combat, lasting until "Remove Curse" is cast on the person.
Clown Car: Creates temporary extradimensional space within an enclosed vehicle to accommodate more passengers, the amount of extradimensional space creatable being able to accomodate one passenger for one hour at the spell's most basic state.
Confusion: Makes subject behave oddly for at least six seconds (improving), causing the person to be so confused that the person either walks away for a minute, attacks without clarity, does nothing, or has a moment of clarity.
Detect Scrying: Our Caster, Taylor, is aware of any attempt to scry on her and can sense the presence of scrying devices.
Dimension Door: Teleports Taylor and an increasing amount of weight other than her own as she gets better.
It's a Trap!: When tripped on the object when opened (without prior disabling by either dispelling the spell or manual disabling of the trap by somebody other than the caster), a trap will be activated of one of the following improvable kinds that can harm people within 2.5 foot radius of the object including: a small incendiary explosion, a splash of a noticeably low acid, a zap of noticeably large amount of electricity, a particularly loud sound, or a noticeably large momentary drop in temperature.
Fear: Everybody within the facing of Taylor's hand can be terrified by this spell; so long as she maintains her hand's facing, anybody within a cone-shape emanating from the hand can be terrified for the duration of the spell (the spell's duration being one-minute at in its basic, unpracticed form).
Ice Storm: Hail happens, causing a twenty-feet tall and forty-feet wide cylinder to be bombarded by large and really cold hail, with all of the hail disappearing after six seconds of the spell's casting.
Magic Bullets: Enchants bullets with the power to make targets to either sleep or panic.
Minor Globe of Invulnerability: Prevents spells from the first, second, and third categories from having any effects.
Phantasmal Killer: An impossibly horrific illusion visible that can be only to the subject, requiring either noticing the illusion as it is formed so as to avoid surprise by the illusion or else risk a heart-attack when the illusion is noticed (for obvious reasons, this is, for Taylor, just background material since it can be quite easy for this spell to kill an inattentive person; also, I think the power is nightmarish enough that I would reserve this power only for villains).
Remove Curse: Frees object or person from curse.
Scrying: Spies on subject from a distance for an amount of time that can be improved (note: a person can notice the scrying and thus resist it), with it being easier to notice the less the subject knows the caster.
Shout: A sound-based attack that can cause severe damage directed in a general direction of the mouth, inspiring physical injury due to the loudness of the sound and deafening those caught within it.
Stoneskin: A spell that lasts for ten minutes (a time that can be incrementally lengthened) that prevents all physical damage until a threshold is reached, at which point the spell looses its effect.
Via Negativa: An electrical attack that causes anybody in physical contact with Taylor to suffer severe pain on the requirement that the way it is started is via a handshake with the person (very obviously, getting into such a scenario as a handshake in order for this to happen makes this a spell that a decidedly straight-laced Taylor would not use).
Wall of Fire: A wall of fire (of length that can be improved) that is either a straight wall or a circle, where one side of the walls will emanate fire for ten feet and convection damage for ten-more feet beyond that, an act which can only last for however long Taylor can concentrate with a maximum time of six seconds (a time which can be improved with Taylors general knowledge).
Wall of Ice: Creates a wall of ice of varying thickness and length (which can be improved by training) anchored to a stable surface or an encasement that can trap people, the duration of this spell being a minute at default and longer with practice.
Wire Walk: Subjects teleport instantly to the location of a telephone called by the caster.

One More Category to Go! This one being #5:

Cloudkill: A toxic yellow cloud emanates from a central point, limiting visibility within to five-feet even with dark vision. Emanating from the center at ten-feet a second, the toxin is heavy, meaning that it will not rise. The toxin is really corrosive, able to kill a small animal near instantly and cause lethal damage to a 6'0 humanoid within less than ten seconds of contact. With a gust between 11-20 mph, the gas can be dispersed to a point of harmlessness within twenty-four seconds; winds above 20 mph managing to make the toxin divide into harmless quantities. The gas cannot move through water. Without the intervention of a particularly fast gust of wind, with the minimal knowledge of arcane matters required for this spell, the gas will last for a minute's time. (For obvious reasons of being a billowing cloud of ridiculously toxic and corrosive gases, this is not a power that she plans to use)
Cone of Cold: In a cone-shape emanating from her hand, air will, for a brief instance, be of a sufficiently low temperature as to likely cause injury. With an increasing knowledge of arcane matters, the spell can get a much lower temperature.
Hold Monster: As hold person, but any creature.
Instant Connectivity: Instantly transport one or more creatures through the Internet using instant-message software.
Passwall: Disregarding walls made of metal, a wall will have a hole made within it. At the minimum of arcane knowledge necessary to cast the spell, it can create a hole in a one-foot wall for one hour.
Phantom Limousine: Conjures a quasi-real limousine that seats eight Medium creatures. The Phantom Limousine, by default, is an opulent yet slow limousine that exists for an hour, carries a large amount of food and drink, and can travel at 10 feet a second (read: 6.81 mph); speed and duration of its existence can be increased by experience and the limosuine can gain the ability to drive over rough terrain and water without impediment and drive on a horizontal plane in air (movement is purely horizontal in air, not vertical) and the ability to act as a submersible (traveling at 0.6 feet a second by default, a speed that can be increased with experience)
Phantom Projectiles: Makes up to fifty projectiles that are in contact have the ability to pass through non-arcane projectiles, including armor and cover; a note is that the projectiles will disappear within a minute of firing. The spell can last for an hour with minimum training.
Phantom Watchdog: This specific spells summons a phantom watchdog to guard a radius of thirty-feet from where the phantom guard-dog was ordered to guard for an hour (potentially more time given training) or until Taylor gets more than one-hundred feet from the dog. The phantom guard-dog is an invisible being whose presence is still very much notable since the phantom watchdog-dog will bark at intruders into the thirty-foot radius which is under its protection. The phantom watchdog is immune to illusions, and will attack once the intrusion gets within five-feet of its location, at that point attacking with a powerful and sharp bite unless the intruder retreats from five-foot space, and will continue attacking if effort is made to kill it within the thirty-foot radius. The phantom watchdog can be dispelled via magic and, given sufficient damage, can be forced to fight no more.
Secret Vault: Creates extradimensional space in which to hide a container with a miniature replica of the container, which can be retrieved at will within sixty days of the spell's casting. The material cost of this spell is unusually high. At least one-cubic foot of material can be stored within it (an improvable amount with experience).
Seeming: Changes the appearance of people, such as the caster and other people. The number of people whose appearance can be changed increases with time. Once cast, assuming the spell is not dispelled, lasts for twelve hours.
Telekinesis: With this spell, objects can be moved at distance. This spell is capable of either one of two actions: telekinetically moving one object/person at a speed that cannot exceed 10/3 feet a second, or throw a certain amount of objects by weight within ten-feet of each other at a target within range of them. For the first, the spell is sustained by concentration and can last at least six seconds, potentially more given training. The weight can be increased as Taylor becomes more experienced.
Wall of Force: Creates an invisible wall or half-sphere, that is impermeable to damage. The length of the wall, by default, is ten feet (a length which can be improved). The radius of the half-sphere is one-foot without extra training. The time that this spell lasts is one-minute and can be increased with experience.
Wall of Iron: Summons an iron wall, either free-standing or anchored to the ground, into existence. At default, it's length is five-feet and width is one-inch (both qualities improvable with practice). The materials required for this spell are rather expensive, making this a spell that requires plenty of prior planning. Due to cosmological forces that hate loophole abuse, it cannot be summoned in the same space as anything other than portions of the building's support.
Wall of Stone: A stone wall (or an arched and buttressed stone bridge) is summoned by the caster. The stone wall can be shaped any-way so long as there is nothing occupying the space and the wall connects two stone surfaces. At most basic, the stone wall can be five-feet long (length can be improved)

Now, I know what you are thinking. "Damn, this character is OP." Before you make that judgement, however, I would like to bring up what she actually knows currently:

Spells that she currently can prepare two of per day:

Spells she can currently prepare one of per day:

Change Self: Changes caster's visual appearance (including worn objects), though it is limited in that the caster cannot change height or diameter by more than one-foot and that only light is affected by the spell, with the texture and sounds of the object remaining the same.
Instant Identify: The caster understands all magic properties of a single magic item.
Mage Armor: Gives subject an invisible force-field that acts as armor where there is none and increases the quality of extant armor if the person is wearing any.

There are many limitations to these abilities, such as her concentration, knowledge, time, general intelligence, resources, how many spells of the various types she can actually prepare and many more problems. In addition to limits on her abilities, many of these spells can be dodged or mentally resisted mentally resisted via perceptiveness or damage can be diminished by things such as armor, so, despite the lack of mention above wording, all offensive spells are resistible. All of the spells that can mess with people's minds are resistible either due to mental fortitude or perceptiveness, even if the spell is not explicitly offensive.

Dorm: Hero
Brief Bio:
Born into a lower-middle class Irish-American family, Taylor 's life started normally. At best, Taylor was a self-centered nerd with standards and select things she cared about deeply. At her worst, she was greedy, insensitive, and almost anti-social. The vampire war separated her from humanity in general, trapped within areas where there were no people actively fighting vampires. As she tried to move through the wilderness in just avoiding the vampires, she encountered an oddity--a large expressionist building in the middle of a forest with no road or path leading to it. With an open window, she broke into the property.

As she descended into the building, the house's facade disappeared as it became apparent that the building was of impossible proportions. Made of constantly changing architectural styles, the location's color-schemes and lighting were her only way to orient her location, the building got her lost within it. High on false-hopes, she ventured onward throughout the building with no sense of time until she reached a library. Within the library were books with illegible text written on them for pages upon pages. The confusion continued when she encountered a book that seemed to be an explanation of the illegible text but used enough words that seemed to be substitutions for other words in the English language, namely nouns and some verbs. With the book as an unclear key, she was left confused, leaving both that book and another.

As she searched the unclear building of unremarkable geometries for an exit, she encountered an armory with some basic equipment that she considered of potential use for when she got-out of the place. Eventually, she heard sounds that were not her own--several pairs of footsteps. In a split-second call, she tried to surrender to the source of the sound due in part to hunger and a simple want to get-out of the building. This idea went downhill with the sources of the sounds who were three humans in distinctly robes and the same equipment, faces unrecognizable with glasses, books similar to those in the library with the distinct lack of apparent markers on their person and one with a phone in instead of a book. They promptly sent fire her way after a brief confusion, both figuratively from rifles and literally from their hands forcing her to flee through the place as they ordered her to halt. The only savior of her was the fire-proof walls, the extra weight of their weapons, and the odd geometries' prevention of long lines of sight. Without orientation, it was a happy accident that she ran into the library again. Without understanding, she took both the "key" and one of the books that had little writing as she fled with many a taunt made at the people.

The idea turned out to not be especially good when she stumbled upon into a room lighted blue and filled with sapphires and lights that were proximity sensitive. That was all that she gathered in the dead-end room before a voice appeared that told them to halt firing on her invite her to a dining hall. Without respite, she accepted the invitation and was brought to the hall. A similarly blue-lighted hall with a fireplaces that exuded blue flames, the room exuded an unusual contrast of heat despite the cool surroundings. There was an insignia on the wall that was silver chalice with a silver crown on an alternating blue and white crest. At the table was a blue dragon of noticeable size eating a camel. The dragon and one of the guards spoke in an unintelligible language before she was invited to the table that had a plethora of dishes available that was not a whole camel carcass. The dragon then spoke English, telling a fake-tale about similar dragons ruling the world, oppressing Irishmen and their ancestors for fun, and explaining that Taylor was either going to play a part in her society that had "order and class" or be the butt of particularly cruel jokes as it became apparent that the food that Taylor engorged was just sand.

Rather angry about the deception of her stomach, she did not consider the moral ramifications of the deal and called the dragon a "British Brute" for the Received Pronunciation and the trick played on her senses. which promptly got her tossed across the room, the books taken from her, and escorted away and locked in a room that was dry and cold.

This was momentarily interrupted an hour later a person wearing robes, with a face engorged in shadow, left a plate with sandwiches, a key to escape her cell, and a small, crudely drawn map. Before leaving, the robbed entity said "Wait ten minutes, then run along that path," before leaving, a snap of the fingers made as the door closed. Exactly as stated, she ran after ten minutes, seen by no-one, and saw a window.

With an open window that had a landscape in sight, she quickly made her way to window and jumped-out without looking in hopes of escape. With thud on the ground twenty-feet below her, the landscape was dissimilar to that of New England, instead being trapped on the side of a mountain at night filled with snow and the outlines of coniferous trees. The window that she jumped out of was gone, her confusion left even more as she encountered. Without recourse, she waited for her eyes to adjust before she tried to slowly work her way down, trying to find the best paths down possible, taking almost six hours to do so. Eventually, she reached a small path, getting down at a much faster time, managing to encounter a hotel-styled building with people who spoke a Germanic language that was definitely not English.

As night turned into day and a police translator was given, it became apparent that she was in Finkenstein am Faaker See, a market town in Austria. With the in credulousness of her story and the attitude partially inspired by hunger and partially innate in addition to the general problems of the US Embassy in Austria and Massachusetts being in a less than organized state and the severe lack of air-travel outside of military purposes, she was put into a mental hospital on the suspicion that she was a delusional youth until nearly a month later when the American Embassy got necessary records from the state of Massachusetts to verify her identity, which promptly lead to her being arrested for vagrancy as an undesirable alien before her deportation another month later when emergency evacuation of North Americans from Austria began.

Due to the generally bad experience, she grew a distaste of Central Europe. During the unpleasant time spent there, she had plenty of time to try to understand the key and then the book. Back home and in the clean-up from the Vampire War, she eventually learned some procedures for the texts. After one hour's studying, she had such difficulty that she had to resort to an experiment, hoping that she found the key within the book that would allow her to read that odd text. After an hour of studying and with the materials collected for what she thought were the requirements of it, she put in the effort to activate the key. For ten minutes, the text was legible, revealing itself to be a book of various spells. With that one success, she gained an understanding of what she encountered.

I'm not sure about this character honestly. You've obviously put a lot of effort into it, but I'm honestly rather trying to steer the RP more towards sci-fi than magic.

I would refer to Clarke's Third Law. Even so, there is a reason why I used the "It's not magic!" term. Considering who told her it was magic was a superhuman that likes messing with people's heads considering that the same just tried to convince her that dragons rule the world when she is really just a human with a superpower that is capable of being transferred via environmental factors of the womb that makes them, for a lack of better term, have the capability to look like dragons (the "dragon" is actually more of a Lawful Evil superhuman that likes playing mean tricks on people than actually killing people).

Then again, that is more of a matter for if I get around to making applications for plot-villains.

To give my justification for the "magic", it is actually just an advanced technological creation by Leonardo Da Vinci (yes, very creative).

I'll give the character the benefit of the doubt and accept it. Just keep it reasonable.

-Energy Propulsion: She can't use this very well for maneuvering lower atmosphere because it takes a little buildup to get moving, however as long as she continuously builds up in momentum in one direction she can get going really fast.(in space and under water this works much easier as off there is buoyancy in water and no gravity in space)

Dorm: Villein, she isn't a nice person unless you are her friend.
Brief Bio: Grew up in tech-crazy Japan where she learned how to operate just about any thing that is high end computer science, and also took some martial arts classes. When the vampires attacked he ended up braking a few ribs after one of his friends had been attacked which pissed him off.He also found out about his ability to walk upon any solid surface, and he knew all along just how flexibly he was, he hadn't discovered the transformation yet though. A while after the invasion the house had been arsoned while he was at a party, with nowhere else to go he decided to go to the orbital spacebase.

Pretty sure the power limit is 2-3 powers. Of course I can't say for sure that your powers are a problem.

There was a reason why I was keeping them low leveled, I can shave off some of them if required though.

The first character seems rather alright. Atmokinesis is essentially that she can move air around, right?

The second character would be acceptable if you dropped his ability to manipulate metal in his metal form.

The superpower wiki said that it was all atmospheric things, if I was talking about air I would have specified Aerokinetic.
As for the second guy I'll do that once I get on a computer (pain and a half on the phone).

User can sense, create, shape and manipulate weather, ie. the meteorological patterns, creating rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog and temperature changes. This includes the ability to generate various natural phenomena or control the intensity of the weather in highly concentrated (inside room) or vastly extended (continental) areas.

basically this, I'll do a redux on the size so she isn't flooding whole continents but more closer to a (large) city and the countryside around it.

I was mistaken about what the power was then. I'm afraid that something like that would be a tad overpowered, especially when combined with everything else she can do.
