Weaknesses: Too much good for this sinful multiverse. Also, her cooking sucks. Incredibly so.
Personality: Valiant, kind, brave, knight-in-shining armor mindset, political ideas akin to your average Progressive Tory voter. She's pretty motherly and protective towards Gabriella, and pretty much everyone else. Except for Gabriel.

Decades of fighting the Fae and dealing with the hardships in Avalon have made Gwen a bit more cynical and bitter, but at heart, she still remains the most morally decent character to have ever graced the APS universe. And maybe the Elfen High one, too.
History: Gwendolyn Neverton was born in Wales, UK, APS universe. She grew up in an orphanage secretly managed by the Knights of The Round Table, a secret society of magical knights first established during Arthurian Time. After reaching adulthood, Gwen herself became a knight, and was bestowed with the magic, living sword Cortana.

Later, some Russian immortal named Rurik killed all the Knights to get the Holy Grail, their most prized possession. Well, everyone but Gwen: the Welsh knightess promptly fled to the USA, where she joined the American Paranormal Society, wanting to revenge her fellow knights and defeating Rurik once and for all.

Then a lot of things happened. Mostly zany encounters with fantastic and mythologic creatures, and duels with various gods and historical figures, culminating in a final battle, in which Gwen was bestowed with the famed sword Excalibur, and drank into the Fountain of Eternal Youth.

After all that stuff, Gwen discovered that she was a distant descendant of King Arthur, and that she was destined to become Queen of Britain. Which she did, a few years after.

After about 15 years in her reign, APS Earth was attacked by the Fae. Gwen swiftly ordered a mass exodus from the planet, using the starship Avalon. And now she is in the Elfen High universe, apparently.

Elections can be held earlier in exceptional constitutional circumstances: for example, were the Chancellor to lose a vote of confidence in the Bundestag, then, during a grace period before the Bundestag can vote in a replacement Chancellor, the Chancellor could request the Federal President to dissolve the Bundestag and hold elections. Should the Bundestag be dismissed before the four-year period has ended, elections must be held within 100 days. The exact date of the election is chosen by the President and must be a Sunday or public holiday.

I think this could work for making Hilde become Chancellor early.
