Embassy policy and guidelines:
All nations embassies that are accepted will be assigned an individual building in the Foreign Quarter of our Capital: New Geneva. Each embassy building will be the sovereign territory of their respective nation and therefore United Cantons of Europe law will not apply to whatever happens inside said building. Therefore the authorities of The United Cantons will require explicit permission from the ambassador of the respective nation to search or come into an embassy . The Ambassador and staff will be tried in their home countries courts if they are found in breach of serious violations (i.e. murder) of United Canton law, that doesn't effect their duty to perform as ambassador to The United Cantons. Normal diplomatic immunity to light laws that would interfere with their ability to do their job (i.e. littering), will be granted to the ambassadors and their staff. However any ambassador or staff member of an ambassador suspected of abusing said diplomatic immunity will have an official termination request sent to their respective nation.
