Please note that Commonwealth Capital is classed as Systematically Important to the Ausitorian economy. Foreign depositors choosing to pay Ausitorian taxes (7% of profits) are therefore covered.

Please also note that by choice and by law we will not trade with parties actively negating human rights or carrying out unsustainable practices.

We have Money. Can you spend it for us?
Around the world, there are people with too much money to know what to do. And around the world, there are nations and companies coming up with clever new schemes to make money that need investment. This bank is here to match them together on a large scale and manage all the risks associated so that investors can get secure interest and inventors can get secure financing.

Apply for a loan!

Perhaps you need money to finance a new airport. Perhaps you want to buy another company. Perhaps you want to diversify your portfolio. Perhaps you want to make a long-term investment in the healthcare of your nation. Or perhaps a long-term education investment. Or energy investment. Perhaps you need to develop some oil fields. The possibilities are simply endless. If you need money, apply forthwith:

Standard Investment Options:
Please note that there are two standard types of bonds we issue: guaranteed 'account' type investment with lower returns, and more variable 'share' type investments with higher average returns:
1. 'Account' Bonds with 6% AER after tax with interest payable monthly with absolutely no risk associated insofar as we can guarantee that. If you choose fixed-term bonds, we will be happy to offer marginally higher interest up to 7%.
2. 'Profit Share' Bonds with interest paid (or charged) according to our percentage profit (or loss) per month minus a commission of 10% of profit for a non-fixed investment, falling to 5% for fixed term bonds. Ausitorian tax applies at 7% for foreign non-sovereign holders of these bonds to cover international police, diplomatic, and military support required to recover investments.

Mixtures are encouraged and we are also quite happy to negotiate other investment terms.

Commonwealth Capital would like to announce its successful acquisition of SeaScape International of Nouvel Ecosse, a successful maritime transportation company; for the price of $20 billion. We have renamed the company SeaScape (Shipping); to differentiate from SeaScape Energy, which we have acquired from the Dresden Group, Eemeria, along with $20 billion and guarantee to underwrite 80% of all investment in the company that we deem necessary in exchange for a 30% share. This has roughly tripled the market value of the company to approximately $70 billion.

Potential investors are hereby notified that macro-financial matters regarding the company shall be administered by Commonwealth Capital. We intend to formally list the company shortly.

we would like to purchase a 15% share in the in exchange of opening a Ruffnekian Subsidiary company which would give Seascape International the access of 35 mega ports owned by TCG solely and 123 other national ports. The business would be operated by us for domestic operations and Seascape International would have access to all port for international business.

the subsidiary would have our shipping assets merged into it giving it a $35 billion in value and $9.8 billion in annual profits with 80% of the profits sent to the parent company and 10% as bonus to staff and the last 10% to Tamaria Capital Group.

we hope you consider our offer as all investment into the company will be from TCG

Dear Chris Hoffmann,

SeaScape's shareholders naturally insist upon us maintaining our rigorous standards. We would estimate that 35 mega ports (unless labour-intensive) would be overkill to serve anything less that 3 billion people and an economy of less than 50 trillion without chronic overcapacity, but we suppose that you may have access to this; and given that shipping and related business typically accounts for 5% of GDP, assuming a 10% market share and a 5% return, you could conceivably receive roughly your supposed profits; and with rights on other national ports we would suppose it possible such such a low number of assets might allow such a profit. Therefore a working relationship is possible, with a few guarantees:

If you are to have a 15% share from SeaScape, SeaScape would have to insist upon the following final conditions:
1. Tamaria Capital Group to guarantee an inflation-index linked reserve value of $35 billion to SeaScape for the subsidiary should SeaScape wish to sell it on.
2. Tamaria Capital Group to guarantee an inflation-index linked reserve post-tax profit of $9.5 billion by the subsidiary per year.
3. Tamaria Capital Group to transfer the subsidiary to the ownership of SeaScape upon the following conditions:
a) 10% of post-tax profits shall go to Tamaria Capital Group
b) 10% of post-tax profits shall go to staff as decided by the operators
c) The remainder shall go to SeaScape payable at least every year
d) Tamaria Capital Group shall operate the domestic business of the subsidiary and provide access to the facilities to SeaScape as SeaScape deems it necessary.
4. Any disputes over the application of this agreement shall be settled as per Ausitorian and WA law.

For those guarantees SeaScape is prepared to pay you the immediate sum of $5 billion. We do hope this meets with your agreement.

Yours sincerely,
Sir Charles Cecil Oates,
Chief Executor of the Commonwealth Capital Investment Bank on behalf of SeaScape (Shipping Co.),

My Lord,

Thank you very much for your interest. For your Lordship's request - low risk investment with good returns - we can offer you any sort of mixture you desire of the following two investments:

1. 6% annualized returns after tax with interest payable monthly with absolutely no risk associated insofar as we can guarantee that. The rate would be increased by 0.1% for every year you would fix your investment for up to a maximum of 0.5%.

2. Interest paid (or charged) according to our percentage profit (or loss) per month minus a commission of 10% of profit (minus 1% per year you would fix your investment for up to a maximum of 5%). Our profit is expected to come to 7-9% (before tax, which is 5% for non-domestic interest earned for non-domestic persons) assuming that no parts of our portfolio collapse (which we consider unlikely, although we are continuing to diversify our holdings).

We do hope these options interest you. We would be perfectly happy if you were to divide your money between both options. For instance if you were to go for a mixture of two parts first and one part second we would expect you to enjoy approximately c. 6.1-6.8% returns without any fixed term investment, allowing you to withdraw your investment instantly.

Please note neither of these options include any adjustment for higher-or-lower than expected inflation hedging: if you desire such services we would be happy to make you an additional offer to cover such movements.

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your interest. For your request - medium risk investment - we can offer you any sort of mixture you desire of the following two investments:

1. 6.5% annualized returns after tax with interest payable monthly with absolutely no risk associated insofar as we can guarantee that.

2. Interest paid (or charged) according to our percentage profit (or loss) per month minus a commission of 5% of profit. Our profit is expected to come to 7-9% (before tax, which is 5% for non-domestic interest earned for non-domestic persons) assuming that no parts of our portfolio collapse (which we consider unlikely, although we are continuing to diversify our holdings).

Dear Sirs/Madams,

We can offer you any sort of mixture you desire of the following two investments:

1. 6.0% annualized returns after tax with interest payable monthly with absolutely no risk associated insofar as we can guarantee that.

2. Interest paid (or charged) according to our percentage profit (or loss) per month minus a commission of 10% of profit. Profit is expected to come to 7-9% (not subject to tax) assuming that no parts of our portfolio collapse (which we consider unlikely, although we are continuing to diversify our holdings).

We do hope these options interest you. We would be perfectly happy if you were to divide your money between both options. For instance if you were to go for a mixture of one part first and two parts second we would expect you to enjoy approximately c. 6.1-7.2% returns. You would be able to withdraw your investment at any point. (If you wish to make a fixed term investment, we will be able to offer higher rates of return, but from our experience Reserve Banks often need to be able to call upon their money quickly to calm the markets).

Please note neither of these options include any adjustment for higher-or-lower than expected inflation hedging: if you desire such services we would be happy to make you an additional offer to cover such movements.

Sir Charles,

Firstly I want to thank you for your prompt reply and for your investment options. I am quite happy with your estimate of 6.1%-6.8% return and the division of the capital between the two options you gave me.
For me it is very important to trust with whom I work with and you are making me feel safe already.
I do hope this will be the start of a fruitful relationship.

Your friend,
Joao Mansur

Dear Sirs/Madams,

Before we decide upon an appropriate interest rate for you, we must ask you whether you can offer any collateral: factories? land? Credit-default swaps from respected institutions? shares? Otherwise your monthly rate would be 0.85%.

Yours sincerely,
Sir Charles Cecil Oates,

To: Commonwealth Capital Management
From: Ilius Financial Board of Directors

Good day,

Good day. It is our esteemed pleasure to be contacting you today with a very profitable and lucrative offer for a partnership between our two excellent companies. Ilius Financial serves almost exclusively as a credit card retailer, and as such does not have a more suitable banking operation in place other than the accounts for our cardholders. That being said, we realize that companies across the world would like the cards to be connected to other international banks, so that ease of use may be acquired more readily.

This is why we are contacting you today. It is our belief that a partnership between our companies, one where all Commonwealth Capital account holders would receive an Ilius Financial credit card of their choosing (or a Commonwealth Capital Exclusive Card may be manufactured), granting all of the customers the same rewards that all other Ilius customers receive for using their cards (see: Rewards). That being said, Commonwealth Capital is more than welcome to add any additional rewards you may so desire.

Furthermore, we believe that this partnership will not only allow Commonwealth Capital the opportunity to expand its reaches even further into international markets, but it will do the same for us. We, as a card company, explicitly demand the utmost security for our customers. If you would look at this real-world reference (see: Credit Card Data for Dresden Financial Employees), we have 200 unique credit card numbers, CVN numbers, and expiration dates. If you may, open the tab and use the combination - ctrl+f to bring up a search box in your browser, and type in the digits of the first card number to the right. Initially, many likewise numbers appear - but, as you continue going along that specific card number, within 5 digits it will become completely unique.

Additionally, below, we have attached a list of 250 unused credit card numbers as another reference as to our security capabilities and devotion to our work.

We believe that these attributes give us the best advantage in our field, and seeing as our field is relatively small - we are without a doubt the best at what we do. We hope that this proposal greets you well, and we look forward to a response.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

Good day,

Dear Sirs/Madams,

We would like to apologize for our delay in replying. We do not currently possess 'accounts' in the normal sense of the word, our business being entirely based on variable-term variable-rewards bonds and shares to allow us to better spread risk. Hence we have spent some time considering whether moving into accounts would be profitable, and having decided in favour; we accept your offer.

If you are seriously interested in pursuing large scale inter-operability with other banks, we would also suggest you take a look at our subsidiary, Commonwealth Connect, which gives you access to all national banks from 6 countries, and the expansion of which is considered a cornerstone of our nations' foreign policy.

Yours sincerely,
Sir Charles Cecil Oates,
Chief Executor of the Commonwealth Capital Investment Bank,
Alexandria,

Dear Sirs/Madams,

We have decided to accept your request and intend to initially open a head office in your capital to further gauge your market and first serve those located there. We have considered the layout of the city and designed a tower and supporting infrastructure, all in accordance with Ausitorian building standards. It is deisgned to serve as our embassy and provide us with office and residential space. While it is being constructed we can use a novelty airship to entertain potential customers. We hope you will provide us with planning permission:
