The History Of Oxygen
Oxygen Eateries was originally an independent company founded amongst the wharves and quays of Woodstead, and specialised in elite and fine dining. Popular amongst the boardroom staff of local companies, it began to grow, and soon it expanded into all areas of the country, including the domesticity of the suburbs and villages. It became so popular that, in the late eighties, Oxygen Eateries became one of the trinity of restaurant groups owned by the late Winston J Gallagher in his conglomerate of the Rio Restaurants Group. The Rio Restaurants Group were in turn owned by Arena.
After Gallagher's sad passing in 1998, the companies were left to a board of directors, who began to expand, not only in Woodstead, but gradually worldwide as well. By 2013, they were operating in twenty-two countries worldwide, an impressive feat, but with the Arena Conglomerate taking the honourable decision to downsize, the Rio Restaurants Group was disbanded. Oxygen Eateries and Kobe Sushi Bars were to be sold off to the highest bidder, and the trinity was ended.
Forsyth Incorporated, a fellow Astyrian Conglomerate with many interests in the world of restaurants due to their ownership of Attico's Drinkeries, would come out on top, ahead of two other respected restaurant groups, paying an estimated 5.1 Billion NS Dollars. Rick Harris, an esteemed manager noted for his skills in the international expansion of Attico's, was appointed chief of the Oxygen Brand, a step up in the business. His first act was to introduce Oxygen Eateries to its 23rd country, Nouvel Ecosse, opening fifty restaurants immediately nation-wide, including a valuable and prestigious spot on the Lakkvarv Promenade in Hannibal.
Not long after this acquisition Forsyth Investments merged much of its portfolio into the Astyria Corporation.
Oxygen is an opulently decorated establishment with fine food and amiable staff; our award-winning dishes, outstanding hygiene ratings, and a reputation to come with it, requires only the best for diners at Oxygen.
A Note On the New Ownership
Hello there Valued Customer,
My Name is Rick Harris. I was formally the International manager of Attico's Drinkeries, a position I worked hard for and that I believe and have been told that I succeeded in. I spoke on behalf of Attico's at the AstyrEcon Meeting, and I oversaw the entire International expansion of the company. When my boss, Duncan Forsyth, acquired the Internationally successful and established Brand that you today visit, he told me that he wanted to give me a "promotion".
Oxygen has so much room to grow, and under our leadership we will be the best we can be. So, come. Enjoy a Breath of Fresh Air.
Yours,
Rick Harris
