Does anyone know the times when NS updates (EST, CST, PST, etc.)

United States (Eastern Standard Time, Central Standard Time, Pacific Standard Time)

It is around 12 am EDT - different times for different regions.

I've updated the FAQ for the new update time. If anybody knows when the new minor update time is, that would be cool.

It is 12 hours after the last update time: 12 noon EDT

yeah. it starts at 9 PDT (12 EDT) and runs for one hour.

So all regions will have updated by 10 PDT (1 EDT)
