Dear Nations,
By the power that vested by Prime Minister of Rarungan upon Ministry of Foreign Affair, we hereby decided to open a diplomatic exchange program in which to improve inter-nation relationship.
Rarungan is an islands country lies on tropical climate. We are a mixed culture country with Hindu dominated citizens. Our country lies on mixed economy with tourism, textile and marine industry as our prime. We adopt an open foreign policy and always choose neutrality at most. War is always the end solution for us where diplomatic solution is always on our first list.
On this program, we offer every nation to establish an embassy and/or consulate-general in our country. We hope that from this diplomatic exchange program, we will improve our relation tremendously.

PS: Some restriction are as follow:
- Only light weapons are allowed for embassy security, any other kind of weapons especially medium or heavy weaponry are banned
- Armored car are prohibited
Below are the list of location available for Embassy in our capital, Bhagawanta;
- Government Park, Ashrampuri District
The Government Park lies in the heart of Bhagawanta, Rarungani Capital City on Ashrampuri District. It is a complex of government buildings with a number of embassies surrounded it. Puri Wiyaka, Rarungan Royal Palace, lies just north of the complex while Balai Patemon, Rarungan Parliament Building lies on the western side. The area can be considered secluded from Bhagawanta economic activities with all the tree surrounded the area although Ashrampuri main economic center lies southeast of the complex.- Selasih Beach, Teluk Kaleran District
Selasih Beach is a pristine beach and well known tourism destination in Bhagawanta. A white sandy beach with tropical climate that indulge every tourist from abroad. Part of Selasih Beach have been revamped for governmental purpose.- Bulungan Bay, Daja Puri District
Bulungan Bay lies in the eastern part of Daja Puri District which is the only district in Bhagawanta that facing the sea. The name of "Bulungan" comes from local language "Bulung" which means seaweed. The bay is very quite that it was acquired by the government to build a governmental buildings away from the bustling Ashrampuri District or western Daja Puri.- Embassy Complex, Lod Puri District
This complex is made in 2009 to cover any governmental purpose especially for ambassadorial buildings. The complex adopted a gated system community which makes the area more secure. The complex lies in the edge of Kaleran Peninsula with nice white beach surrounded it.
Besides an embassy, Rarungan Department of Foreign Affair also open its door for every nation which wants to establish a Consulate-General or Honorary Consulate in some of Rarungan big cities. Below are list of cities where nations could establish a Consulate-General and/or Honorary Consulate;
- Senadwipa, Genitri Province
It is the largest city and former capital of Rarungan. Senadwipa also entitled as economic center of Rarungan. The name means "Sena's Country" which is also the name of Rarungan first King, Senadwipa Prajadala. The city has the biggest port in Rarungan, Mertasari Port.- Tejapura, Genitri Province
It is the capital city of Genitri Province. Tejapura is known for it black sandy beach and a windy weather. The name itself means "Sun City" because the position of the city is facing east.- Bhuanaraya, Arumdhani Province
Known as the south capital of Arumdhani, Bhuanaraya is the largest city in Arumdhani Province. It has the third largest port in Rarungan, Bhuana Kerthi Port. The name of the city means "Big World". Bhuanaraya is the economic center of Arumdhani Province with tourism as its biggest industry.- Giriasih, Arumdhani Province
Is the capital of Arumdhani Province. It is lies in northern part of Arumdhani Island on the estuary of Gumitir River.- Labuanjaya, Priyaka Province
The city is the capital of Priyaka Province and the second largest city in Rarungan. Labuan Port is the second largest port in Rarungan. Labuanjaya also become the headquarter of Rarungan biggest mining and agriculture company, Alam Jaya Group.- Margopuro, Tawan Karang Overseas Territory
Lies in the only part of Rarungan that on mainland, Margopuro is capital of Tawan Karang Overseas Territory. The name it self means "City of Way" because of its position as the way for Rarungan into the mainland. The city also the economic center of Tawan Karang.
