We in RETCON are interested in transferring our expertise to countries in need at a reasonable cost using our brand-new Renewable Energy Assist Program. TG us to discuss the terms of the agreement and costs. RETCON was a consortium belong to Moorburgh containing multiple companies producing renewable energy technologies.

The twin Circulating fluidized bed boilers have been extensively modified and upgraded by the operating company. Knightcardine River has a 30yr Power purchase agreement (PPA) with Moorburgh Central Energy Ltd that ends in Feb 2022.

RETCON Hydro Electric Project in United States Of Devonta

Kota Bahru Renewable Complex

The Kota Bahru Renewable Complex Facility began commercial operation in January 2013. This Energy-from-Waste facility, operating as Lofrett Corporation - Kota Bahru RenewCo, processes 800 tons per day of solid waste, which generates up to 22.5 megawatts of renewable energy that is sold to the Tenaga Nasional Malaya, Moorburgh Malaya. The facility is a zero water discharge plant which means that all waste water generated on-site is treated and reused in the process. The facility is located in the eastcoast corner of the county in the community of Kota Bahru, about 250 miles from Kuala Lumpur, capital city of Moorburgh Malaya.

  • Site: 16.5 acres
  • Commercial Operation:January 2013
  • Energy-from-Waste System: Two 400 ton-per-day waterwall furnaces with Morkieen & Saltmill reverse-reciprocating grates and ash handling system
  • Boiler Design: 865 pounds per square inch gauge/830°F superheater outlet conditions
  • Air Pollution Control Equipment:Semi-dry flue gas scrubbers injecting lime, fabric filter baghouses, nitrogen oxide control system, mercury control system, and continuous emissions monitoring (CEM) system
  • Rated Refuse Capacity:800 tons per day
  • Energy Generation at Rated Capacity:Up to 22.5 megawatts from one condensing steam turbine generator
  • Sold to:Tenaga Nasional Malaya
