The President of Cabickstan Stepped on to the podium with people Clapping in the Auidence.The President Put his arms up to signal the Audience to be Quiet he began to speak."It is time that we put an end to slavery on the Planet once and for all I propose that we send Slave Raiding to stop slaving ships"."Crews on the Slaving Ships will not be Harmed in any way but slaves will be boarded off ships and onto large Trading Ships back to Cabickstan where the Slaves will make their lives in Cabickstan".The Crowd roared again and the President Put his arms up again."I wish for the Senate to pass this War and Ships will be Boarded out into Waters."Also if any Ships are Blown up or any Crew Members are Killed or Mortally wounded from the Slaving Ships is an Automatic Declaration of War on any nation".


The President Left the Podium surrounded by Security Guards in Black suits the President stepped into his Limo with the Guards behind.The President was on his Way to the Senate House For the War to be Passed.The Limo slowly Parked in the Private Parking Garage in the House the Security guards got out opening the door for the President the President slowly walked to the House door Swiping his key and the Door Opened automatically.The President slowly walked in passing guards with large Rifles.He came to another Large door he swiped his card once again and the door opened and the President was greeted by Guards.

My professional and personal salutations!

The Front Range Republic stands in respect of Cabickstan's new action to fight the slaver's scourge. The Front Range Navy has taken a broadly similar policy to the one you now seem to be outlining for all of our existence, and perhaps you can benefit from our experience. It seems to me perhaps inadvisable to send out unarmed ships to raid slave ships, for what if they come across armed slavers who are willing to fight? Will your volunteers abandon their task or will they simply be killed in large numbers trying to accomplish their mission? I recommend you use naval vessels for this task. Small ones can catch any slave transport, while still carrying enough firepower to make any thought of resistance from such a ship fly away.

How do you propose to identify slave ships? Not all advertise their occupation, and it is a difficult task to discern them. Surely you are not willing to suffer the international backlash of boarding every ship you come across, just in case it is such a vessel. Our experience suggests the most effective method is following the money trail to identify specific ships carrying slaves, then intercepting at sea.

Finally, and I'm sure this is what you intended even if you inadvertently omitted from your policy speech, the slaves should not be forced to go to Cabickstan permanently but to a destination of their own choosing.

They were to be instructed to have no insignia, make use of the old Treemou encryption and the vessels themselves were selected from stock acquired from the Pudite storefront. Untraceable to any reasonable extent.

While the Adrian Empire does not completely condemn or condone slavery, utilizing it where it is the lesser of evils (as opposed to genocide in a specific case) and condemning on sentient species aside from indentured servitude, however we do have a large and illegitimate slave market in the fringe colonies, these slave ships are not tied to the Imperial Government in anyway, however they are well-armed against anti-slavers, should you interfere with their slave shipments, we cannot take responsibility for these criminal element's actions and ask that you do not take action against us for their actions. We also ask that their slaves and the slavers would be returned to us, not taken to your land, as sentients will similarly be freed in Imperial Space and the slavers face punishment.

but how would you wanna proceed on that front? Assuming you have naval escorts, some of the submarine captains could get a bit cocky/excited and bite more than they can chew. Then while hunting the wolfpack, perhaps one of the subs suffers a mutiny when the crew rebels to overpower the comm-station to send a desperate cry for aid to my country.
