As you are no doubt aware, the People and Senate of the Most Serene Republic of Atruria have begun to take on a larger and more involved role in affairs beyond our borders. As the foreign policy of the Most Serene Republic morphs and our level of involvement within the international community expands, it is becoming more and more clear that the Most Serene Republic must begin to build new relationships with fellow nations and expand upon those existing bilateral ties.
To that end, we would like to invite your nation to participate in the Most Serene Republic’s new diplomatic initiative, the Atrurian Embassy Exchange Program. In the past few months, the construction and furnishing of an entirely new district of our capital city, the Legation Quarter, has taken place. Conveniently located halfway between the Senate Building, the center of political and governmental activity within the Federated States, and the New Docklands, with easy access to international transport, the Legation Quarter is intended to serve as Atruria’s new hub of diplomatic activity*. The Senate and People of the Most Serene Republic of Atruria cordially and formally invites your nation to fill out the attached form, establishing an embassy in the Legation Quarter. Upon our acceptance of your form, you will be immediately granted an embassy at your desired address. In return, the Most Serene Republic will establish its own embassy in your capital city and dispatch our own ambassadorial mission to your nation.
*We have taken the liberty of aiding older diplomatic missions within Atruria from other areas within the city in relocating to this area
