Smoke a blunt with Hitler.

No, seriously. I would love to try it. (I'm blonde hair, blue eyes, and German. He'd love me)

I would just really want to see if he was REALLY... 'crazy' as they say, or the presses were just making that a lie about him, just like the one testicle thing. (The Soviets said that so that Hitler would be deemed sexually inefficient. It hurts a man's pride to be said, in these times)

Maybe... hang out with Julius Caesar some, pop some tags with him. Yes. Thrift shopping with the Emperor of Rome. As soon as he turns away, stab him in the back with a rubber knife. Hilarity ensues if Brutus was working there.

Ouch. Reagan and Kim (Impossible) in the same sentence.

King, Ronahld Raehghan, and a Dictator in one. Hmph.

Your nation is like a son. What it does right is your merit, as well as what it does wrong is your fault. When you praise it, be lucid and avoid exaggeration. Praising it too much can make it indolent. On the other hand, when you criticize it, be harsh, but do not ridicule it. Do your best to improve it, not through derision or disdain, but through good examples and dedication.

I judge them based on who would be fun to hang out with, even though all three would hate each other with a burning passion lol.

"Ja?"

BAHAHHA! SHHH! Okay... okay.. F-... BAHAHHA! Final Solution!

(What if it was really done like that? Hitler and Himmler decided the final solution to the Jews over a bet. Or over a blunt?)

I had this weird cheesy dream back when Kim was alive... I tried to assassinate him but then somehow I befriended him. It turned out all he need was a friend. I gave him a talk about democracy, and through the power of our friendship, the two Koreas were reunited at last.

George Washington....no need to bring him here, take me to him, I have some work to do while I am there anyways, and after that take me to Roosevelt, I may not be the most work duty man in American history, but I admire some of the stuff he has done, especially his accomplishments with his issues physically.

I expect the first dozen or so presidents of the US would be fun.
Clement Attlee.
Churchill.
FDR.

Vladimir Lenin, Leon Trotsky and Emma Goldman (she counts because 'anarchist world leader' is a paradox). Get a Russian-English translator and I could probably just sit back and watch one hell of an interesting debate on revolutionary politics.

Actually I got another idea.

I'll take Washington, Franklin, and Jefferson to the present day, so they can tell the Libertarian and Republican parties that they represent everything the Colonies rebelled against.

And then take Franklin to Nevada, so he can partake in his favorite pastime: Fucking prostitutes.
Only here when I'm VERY VERY VERY bored now.

Maybe the Duke of Wellington and Winston Churchill. I have favourite historical figures (I'm sure everyone does) but I don't necessarily feel like wanting to talk with them at any given moment. What would be interesting, though, would be to see what Cromwell and Charles I think of the present.

Adolf Hitler. He might have been one of the most homophobic people in history, but he probably would be a fun person to hang out with. Besides, I might be able to convince him that homosexuality ain't unnatural.

Besides him, I'd say Kaiser Wilhelm I, Frederick the Great, Augustus the Strong, or Ludwig II of Bavaria.

Oh, many. Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany, King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoinette of France, King Charles I of England, Scotland and Ireland, the 1st Duke of Wellington, Empress Dowager Cixi, the Guangxu Emperor, Baron Ungern von Sternberg, Napoleon II AKA Franz, Duke of Reichstadt, King George VI of the United Kingdom, Ramesses II, Thutmosis III, Cao Cao, Emperor Taizong of Tang, Khubilai Khan and above all, Confucius himself come to mind. These are all people I would love to be able to talk to in person.

Why do you think he would be a 'fun person to hang out with'? There isn't much in the way of historical evidence that he was in any way fun to be with.
