A quick question (about scripts)

I'm currently working on a script that'll pull some data from the nation feeds. It'll pull six pages in quick succession, but it'll cache them and only pull it once per hour. Is this considered too much too often?

EDIT: Oh yeah, and it got stuck in an infinite loop around 30 minutes ago. Sorry about that.
