Description: Lahore is the centre of Punjabi culture and tradition, the largest city in the Punjab state in unified India. After magic was revealed, Islamist groups began destroying much of Pakistan, which was only furthered after the Abrahamic War destroyed Islamabad quite utterly. Lahore, and the rest of Pakistan, was reabsorbed into India after the ISSR and India both intervened to rebuild the country. At the moment, this status is only temporary - but Lahore in particular has taken to it quite well, better than much of the former country. Punjabi is the main language of speech, though everyone can speak Urdu as a second language, and a large amount of people are capable of speaking English. Lahore was the main area where members of the Punjabi diaspora returned to - so there are many languages other than these three spoken. The return of the diaspora also helped increase educational facilities in the country and so on.

The city is still Muslim majority, but more diverse than it was in 2012. Not quite at the level of 1947 though. It is fairly conservative about non-humans, due to the large amount of destruction that was wreaked in the War.
