Version 2.1.6
  • Regional Delegates & Founders can establish a regional map
  • Users can see unread forum posts (can be disabled in settings)
  • Users can set issues to auto-dismiss always
  • Fixed various minor bugs
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Does this mean that if we set it to auto-dismiss, then forget about that nation, it will never CTE?

Would it be possible for you to make NS++ hide the "mark topics read" button that appears on the forum index page and on each subforum page? It's extremely irritating to accidentally click on that and then lose track of where I'm at in all the threads that I follow.
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

you want to know what would be cool? a way for nations to submit a request for a spot on the map directly through a button under the map link at the region, and then they could type a request, which could then be sent via telegram to someone selected by the founder/delegate.

That is kinda what the map discussion link is for, so you can have users click to get more information...

I'm having an issue with the maps. No matter how many times I put in and check the imgur link, it always just shows that "This image is no longer here" imgur message.

Looking at the HTML, it appears that the preview points at a completely different link than the one I specified. This is the link I'm using.

I actually posted this on technical but it'll be great too if this'll be implemented in NS++.

The option to ignore people or to hide posts of specific a nation in the Regional Message Boards. You can ignore people on the foRums, why not on the RMBs?

You switched regions. So part of your old influence is decaying due to your absence, and your influence in Vertusian Federation is growing. Basically my growth formula assumes your SPDR is from one region. There is no way to determine what each regions contribution is . Once your other regions influence reaches zero growth will follow the formula.

Define not working? What do you expect to see, and what do you actually see. Also list browser, OS, etc.

Did you install the addon? Go to Firefox -> Addons, and flip to the "Extensions" submenu. You should see NationStates++ 2.1.6.3 installed. Screenshot this page.

Looks right. What version of Firefox?

My first suggestion is to uncheck all the addons except NS++ and see if it works. If it does, enable addons until you find one that breaks it. If the NS++ addon does not work even with all others unchecked, let me know.

Alright, and to confirm, you are going to www.nationstates.net, not dark.nationstates.net, liberal.nationstates.net or some other subdomain?

Ok, no luck I take it. Keep the addon enabled, and go to http://www.nationstates.net . Open your browser console (Firefox -> Web Developer) and copy all of the text and paste it into http://pastie.org/ and telegram me the link to the pastie you create. I will attempt to determine from the logs why it isn't loading...
