The HTH/AM-203 is a mobile mortar platform that uses the Riysian built NJM Salamah as a chassis. The HTH/AM-203 can deliver devastating salvos that are the equivalent to a full artillery battery in action. Like the AMOS Patria, it is an indispensable part of mechanized land warfare and key support to major ground operations. It uses Schwyz DS targeting, communications and electronic systems. It is now available for export and you will find it for sale at Riysian High Command (QAR-ISA).

AIRCRAFT

Postby Neu Engollon » Mon Nov 11, 2013 10:18 am

The RCC Project was commissioned by the NEDF (Neu Engollon Defense Forces). It was undertaken in order to replace the aging Boeing RC-135 (Rivet Joint) they had relied on. Rather than having to beg and cajole for parts from their unreliable North American military supplier, the NEDF wanted a reliable domestic aircraft from the renowned Neu Engollian defense supplier. The Neu Engollon Government decided to turn to Schwyz Defense Systems, in conjunction with other companies closer to home, to deliver a quality aircraft that could be the linchpin to a strong air defense.

The RCC Aircraft is a Reconnaissance, Command and Control aircraft that can act as an air mobile command center and electronic warfare platform. The planes can perform AWACs, electronic intelligence on-scene collection, analysis and dissemination duties, as well as electronic warfare/jamming on several frequency and bandwidth spectra. With the ability to monitor countless thousands of units, both in the air, at sea, and on the ground, of both friendly and enemy origin, the aircraft is a command post that is able to control a situation with the rapidity and flexibility that is needed in modern warfare.
The RCC series houses electronic equipment and sensor suites manufactured, encrypted and configured by Schwyz Defense Systems, but utilizes the airframe, engines and avionics of Genesis Aerosystems' GA9 Moirai or the GA72 Mystic II. This unique partnership between these two companies ensures the high quality, endurance and power of the specialized aircraft and the multiple functions it must perform.

The Sensor Suites enable the crew of the RCC to single out, target and lock on to signals occurring across the electromagnetic, broadband, and hi and low frequency radio spectra. From there, the mission crew can pass along this information through a full range of options to all battlefield and rear commanders needing to be kept in the loop. Strike aircraft can be vectored on to the sources from the RCC, all while data is constantly fed via satellite transmission to homeland bases. Many of these functions are performed by the 1200 FETR Sorvach suite, in conjunction with other on board systems. The main sensor spectra used by the 1200 FETR Sorvach are IR, ultrasonic, microwave and tomographic motion.

The Electronic Warfare Suites give the crew a fierce weapon that can be wielded to jam up, hinder and scramble enemy communications and electronic operations to complete breakdown. In conjunction with ground ELINT warfare elements, UAVs and naval operations across a wide front, this can give the operators of the RCC the ability to disrupt the enemy chain of command without their side actually firing an armament or missile. Spot, sweep, barrage, pulse, base and DRFM jamming are all possible with the vast array of systems on the Baron. The General is capable of performing sweep, pulse and DRFM jamming only, lacking the power of the Baron to effectively execute spot, barrage and base jamming. Unknown hostile transmissions, bandwiths and radar signals are recorded for later countermeasure adaptation. Much of this is accomplished by the 1690 ELWD Elektguer Suite, a very complex system that works well with the other Schwyz systems on board in order to counter, target and disrupt hostile electronic and cyber emissions. Depending on the proximity of targeted systems, the suites on board the RCC aircraft have the ability to craft viral coding on the spot, sent through various spectra and bandwidths, that can defeat most countermeasures and send false or junk data to the systems in order to overload them. Systems that are nearer in proximity to the RCC aircraft can possibly be rendered completely and permanently inoperable, wherein operators would be unable to complete a successful reboot process to get the systems operable again. Systems that are farther in proximity, to a range of several hundred kilometers, are still very likely to suffer some temporary, if not permanently damaging, disruptions. Contrary to popular belief, this is not done through a blind blanket EMP burst, but targeted, varied, faster than light cyber attacks.

Communication and Control Suites enable the RCC aircraft to receive and relay encrypted signals and burst transmissions at a rapid pace. Satellite access considerably speeds up this process for beyond horizon communication. Command from the sky is easy as the computer systems are able to keep detailed track of most all of the thousands of units in a theater or battlefield environment with the vast spectrum of sensor arrays on board. Networking with the bulk of friendly and allied units on the ground, at sea and in the air offers the ability to quickly vector units to hot spots utilizing constantly fed data and intelligence collection.
This coordination is performed with the 1200 FETR Sorvach, RLWR 490 Pulswon Radar, OBZT 450 FeumKon Target Tracking System and KOMVR 390 Komverkrit (Encrypted Communications) System, which is able to integrate all the on board systems, as well as external links to allied and friendly units and systems.

The final key is a well trained and authoritative crew. Schwyz Defense Systems is more than willing to send training crews and conduct classes for a moderate additional fee to bring your RCC crews up to speed. These teams usually consist of a mixed group of company technicians, NEDAF advisers and a Genesis Aerosystems engineer or two.

Protection of the RCC is provided by armoring that, while not able to deflect a direct missile hit, can withstand close proximity explosions to a high degree. There is a full complement of chaff and flare defense with the MTPC 215 Metal Power Chaff System and the STPF 275 Star Power Flare System. Also, the LKRH 410 Leurkodrich is a decoy launching mechanism with two missile attracting decoys pre-loaded available. More decoys for the LKRH 410 are available upon request, for an additional fee.
Shielding from EMP effects is five times what is normally afforded to commercial aircraft, enabling it to weather a close proximity, high kiloton nuclear blast or even a short duration, focused beam of EMP pulsed energy.

RAM, or Radar Absorbent Material, is used on much of the body. While the RCC planes are too slow moving and large to accomplish being stealth, they do not put out a proper radar signature that accurately reflects their identity. Their signature in fact, bounces back an aircraft approximately 1/4 of the actual mass present, confusing ground and airborne operators as to the true nature and identity of the aircraft.

As well as being able to generate confusing and even system-frying electronic jamming waves upon opponents, the RCC has adequate encryption and shielding to ward off most equally hostile attempts to shut down its sensitive electronics apparatus and avionics. Main countermeasures utilized are frequency randomization and alternation, burst transmission and cloaking. The quantum radar suite, the 1200 FETR Sorvach, is also able to instantly detect most jammer sources, and in coordination with the 1690 ELWD, to counter it and in cases of close proximity, shut it down and destroy the electronic memory and diagnostics, rendering it permanently inoperable.

Despite all these defense measures, with the high cost and strategic importance of the aircraft, it is recommended that a fighter escort is always detailed to the RCC while it is aloft. The RCC, due to its command functions and ELINT warfare capability, is liable to become a key target for your opponents.

Models

Image

The GA9 RCC Baron uses the GA9 Moirai frame made by Genesis Aerosystems.
It can be aloft for several days at a time with inflight refueling, and the accommodations of the crew bring this to reality. A small galley, restrooms, food storage and stacked bunks in sleeping quarters for half the crew, ensure a full, fresh rotation of active crew while the other shifts take much needed rest. The command center, consoles, quarters and living space are all on the upper deck of the aircraft, while the bottom deck is taken up by the apparatus, servers and housing needed for all the equipment. What is traditionally known as the cargo area carries additional fuel tanks.

Crew: 5 Aviation crew, 26 RCC crew
Range of jamming/el. warfare suites: 25,000 sq km
Range of sensors/detection: 55,000 sq km
Cost: NSD $ 720,000,000
Cost of LKRH 410 Leurkodrich Decoy Launching Package (w/ 2 decoys): NSD $ 6,000,000
Cost of 2 Extra decoys: NSD $ 3,500,000
* For other avionic specifications, please see the Genesis site:
GA9 RCC Baron Avionics

Image

The GA72 RCC General is the smaller cousin to the RCC Baron with only one deck to house both crew and several of the sensor and electronic systems. With limited capacity for both equipment and crew, the General doesn't have quite the range of the Baron, but still packs quite a punch and is more than capable of commanding a flexible air defense. Living quarters can accommodate about a third of the crew. With inflight refueling, it is possible to keep the General aloft for 2-3 days at a stretch, but it is not recommended to extend that operating cycle. The General uses the GA72 Mystic II air frame. The price, in comparison to the Baron, makes the General a more affordable choice for smaller and less industrialized nations to be able to have air command center capability in the realm of current day ELINT warfare and defense.

Crew: 3 Aviation crew, 16 RCC crew
Range of jamming/el. warfare suites: 12,000 sq km
Range of sensors/detection: 35,000 sq km
Cost: NSD $ 440,000,000
Cost of LKRH 410 Leurkodrich Decoy Launching Package (w/ 2 decoys): NSD $ 6,000,000
Cost of 2 Extra decoys: NSD $ 3,500,000 (Cannot be stowed on aircraft due to capacity constraints.)
* For other avionic specifications, please see the Genesis site:
GA72 RCC General Avionics

Successful Trials and Applications
The RCC aircraft were put through rigorous trials and maneuvers with the NEDAF, for all its possible functions. Both models performed well beyond expectations for their AWACs, reconnaissance and command and control capabilities. When it came to the RCC electronic warfare capabilities, tests were done on aging NEDM (Neu Engollon Defense Militia) equipment that were reprogrammed to give hostile emissions. The aircraft aggressively targeted these sites and vehicles at varied distances with an overall average success rate of 87%. The NEDM equipment was rendered so inoperable that they were then scrapped for metal, wires and spare parts to serve out their last utility.

Actual battlefield success rate has also measured up to the mock trials, as many clients have used the aircraft with almost universal positive attainment of goals. Notably, the Macedonian Grand Empire, Terre Des Gaules, Hutanjia, Aquitayne and the peacekeeping forces of Neu Engollon have been able to use the RCC aircraft with great effect during campaigns against equally technologically adept hostile forces. Loss of RCC aircraft has been reported in battle, not due to malfunction or enemy countermeasures, but in every instance due to conventional attack and lack of adequate protection assigned to the expensive, delicate aircraft or not flying within discretionary distances to avoid enemy ground or air defenses.

The LIRCAS (Light Recon/Close Air Support Aircraft) SERGEANT
is, as the moniker suggests, a forward air control, recon and observation aircraft, or a close air support light fighter, depending on the mission. LIRCAS is equipped with light sensor and passive electronic wavelength monitoring equipment, as well as high resolution cameras that work over several spectrums, including infrared, thermal imaging and can operate day or night. Data is transmitted almost instantly in constant digital encrypted bursts to command and/or control centers far removed from hazard. It flies faster and higher than helicopters in use for similar missions and it is more fuel efficient and easier to maintain than jet aircraft.

Primary Mission
The Sergeant provides beyond-line-of-sight situational surveillance reports that are invaluable to military operations of both an offensive or defensive nature. With the compact, passive surveillance suites aboard and precision data imaging cameras, it can pass along crucial data for battlefield commanders to integrate with other information which they can base strategic decisions upon.

Secondary Missions
The Sergeant is a versatile, multi-role aircraft that can also serve as a communication relay and support craft for ground missions of special operations forces. Time has proven the value of having such a plane for aiding in a variety of missions that might confront a nation's special operations forces.
As well, The Sergeant is very successful in the initiation of interdiction operations against narcotics trafficking or insurgents. For use in COIN and CAS operations, additional rocket pods and HMG pods can be ordered to replace the electronic sensor pods, or to be used interchangeably, with variable set-ups. The cameras are built into the body belly and not in removable pods.

Optical Equipment
The first specialized system is the 720 TOPT Sorvach (Surveillance) Suite; which consists of three broad-spectrum, gyro-stabilized optical devices (cameras), pioneered and refined by Schwyz Defense Systems to operate in a multitude of environments, both night and day, and records several levels of light emissions including visual and thermal. They are calibrated to a high digital resolution, with a constant automatic recalibration during transition of environment and light, or when a sudden event is detected that may jar the equipment. The cameras are hardened and also provided with filters that can protect from blinding defensive lasers emitted from target areas. They have overlapping fields in order to provide a full panoramic picture.

Electronic Sensor Suites
The other important system is the the 880 FETR Sorvach (FLIR/EMP/Thermal/Sig/Radar Surveillance) Suite pod. This is probably the singular most crucial, technical and expensive piece of equipment on the LIRCAS. The vast spectrum that this suite can operate on ensures that it can detect most every type of object, emission and motion possible. Many surveillance satellites are lacking in what this package provides. Due to the sensitive, highly classified nature, more operative detail cannot be elaborated upon.
Suffice to say, the 880 FETR systems can target and lock on to signals and emissions occurring across broad electromagnetic and bandwidth spectrums. Along with constant visual data imaging input from the 720 TOPT, this data is recorded and either automatically disseminated through micro-burst transmissions, or saved for later download when jamming measures, or other interference inhibits transmission. A forced data dump is possible. As well, a self destruct mechanism is built in to deny the 880 FETR fall intact into potentially hostile hands should the worst occur.

Why choose a manned reconnaissance aircraft over the popular UAV option?
There are several reasons why a military (national or private) might choose to still outfit their forces with the more traditional human piloted observational/recon aircraft versus unmanned aerial vehicles:

* Quicker reaction times and more flexible mission parameters are possible with a trained, versatile pilot.

* UAV's systems susceptible to hostile jamming/electronic warfare environment. The Sergeant LIRCAS's simplified mechanical avionics are not slaved to the electronics systems and cannot be shut down remotely from hostile cyber or electronic attack.

* In such a jamming environment, data can be recorded and retrieved later at a forward command center, if not able to be instantly transmitted (ie signals blocked), while the pilot is performing other tasks.

* A human pilot present in the cockpit is more versatile when using the Sergeant in a CAS mode, as well as evasion when under attack.

* Should disaster be imminent, the pilot can do a data dump at the flick of a switch, or this can be done remotely from the forward or rear command center. Subsequently, they can initiate a self destruct of the 880 FETR pod. This control overlap doubly insures against a loss of valuable data and loss of sensitive electronics into hostile hands.

By all means, a modern air force and military would still have use for UAVs, which are most likely to be the preferred method of aerial reconnaissance, but it would also be prudent to still complement them with manned recon aircraft for the above stated reasons, in order to be prepared for any eventuality and expand mission flexibility parameters. This is why the Sergeant is a great addition to a recon/observation arm of an air force that already utilizes UAVs, and larger reconnaissance aircraft to expand the versatility of information gathering capability for intelligence and military use. The RCC Baron and General (other Schwyz Defense Systems recon aircraft) are perfect for large scale battlefield coordination and data tracking while the LIRCAS Sergeant is a better small, focused mission aircraft, as well as a great multi-role aircraft for close air support and special operations.

Protection
of the Sergeant aircraft is provided by MTPC 215 Metal Power Chaff System & STPF 275 Star Power Flare System. It also utilizes RAM, or Radar Absorbent Material, MASE (Modular Aircraft Survivability Equipment) and it's high maneuverability and low radar profile. It is obviously not stealth capable, but it is the military equivalent of a light civilian model aircraft and therefore will not put out the radar signature of a fast moving, aggressive, fighter aircraft that SAMs might target prioritize.

Training and Technical Support is available from Schwyz Defense Systems. We can train competent pilots, technical and maintenance crews on a tight program within a matter of weeks on how to operate and maintain the aircraft as well as how to set the equipment to gather the maximum amount of data and how to digest that information once retrieved. We can also work with military officers on how best to utilize the Sergeant's capabilities to their specific needs.

Any unauthorized accessing or tampering with Schwyz DS electronic systems (possibly for reverse engineering) will trigger an anti-tampering device in all Schwyz systems. Besides cooking the circuits, it may cause small fires and possible injury or death to individual(s) tampering with the wiring, optics or electronics. Also, there is a possibility of releasing toxic fumes from melted wire casings and components in such an event.

REPAIR, MAINTENANCE and PARTS REPLACEMENT: Technicians can be sent out for any maintenance or re-configuring of systems necessary. In certain special instances, maintenance input codes can be given out in lieu of on-site technician teams being sent.

IC letters with a named contact and purchase request are REQUIRED. It's intentional that there is not an application because it is too easy to copy and paste an application or purchase form without any thought to IC RP.

Regarding RCC Planes: Small orders only please - Ridiculous quantity requests will be rejected. The aircraft cost close to a billion NSD or more and manufacturing time is not quick. (Genesis Aerosystems out of Aurora Confederacy, make the GA72 and GA9 airframes and gives RL projected completion times.) So, please be realistic. Keep in mind that very few nations could afford and have the military infrastructure to operate more than a handful of RCC aircraft.

SYSTEMS, SUITES, MODULAR PODS AND PERSONAL DEVICES

All modular electronic and sensor systems available can be adapted and used with most any aircraft or vessel. It is recommended that they are mobile for greatest effectiveness, or mounted at high altitudes. Ideally, they would be used aerially, and they are also quite effective as part of the systems of capital ships. As well, special conditioning can prepare them for use in the outer atmosphere/space. The images shown below are generally of the external pod variety, but most all of the modular system components can be configured in a disk or squared modular rigging, as well as internally installed in a facility, aircraft or naval vessel with limited external components. Kits can be provided, and crews can be dispatched for custom fitting and mounting to the variety of platforms a corporation or military might utilize.
Cost is per pod or singular system installment and may not include kit or custom installment fees.

* Combination pod that can passively conduct surveillance utilizing a fast-scan, phased array system monitoring a wide spectrum of multiple bandwidths, light and signal patterns. This is a more compact version than the previous smallest FETR suite, the 880. It is ideal for customizing to fit in the frames of smaller fixed wing and rotor aircraft, as well as highly mobile ground vehicles. The range is only slightly less than the FETR 880.
Used in combination with other FETR pods, its effectiveness exponentially increases.

  • Range of sensors/elect. suites: 500 sq km effective to 940 sq km max
  • Cost: $9,750,000

FETR 1200 (Sorvach)
FLIR/EMP/Signals/Radar Surveillance Suite pod
A combination pod that can passively conduct surveillance across an even wider spectrum and greater number of bandwidths, signals and wavelengths than the 880 FETR, with its fast-scan, phased array system.
In combination with other 1200 FETR pods, set to scan seperate wavelengths, the simultaneous coverage is incredibly complex. When set to scan patterns that have little overlap with sister units, the mathematical permutations are at extreme limits. For example, three 1200 FETRs are used on board the RCC Baron aircraft.

  • Range of sensors/detection: 1,500 sq km effective to 3,500 sq km max
  • Cost: $19,620,000

ELWD 1690 (Elektguer)
Electronic Warfare/Defense Suite
Unlike many other electronic suites offered by Schwyz Defense Systems, the 1690 ELWD is not merely a passive surveillance or reconnaissance tool. It is quite an effective offensive weapon and when used efficiently and accurately, can permanently render systems inoperable far in advance of an aerial attack or ground offensive, as well as scrambling and tying up communications and shutting down enemy chains of command by crossing their signals. This is the piece de resistance of the RCC planes, that make them much more than an air mobile command center.

All known radar wavelengths and electronic bandwidths can be jammed and 'fried' or temporarily shut down or blocked, depending, on targeting distance. At closer distances, electronic systems are infected with multiple viruses, worms and other cyber infiltrations and put into endless booting loops that are almost impossible to break. After going through several of these unbootable loops, if not shut down, the targeted system is liable to overheat, causing permanent and catastrophic damage. Hence, they are 'fried'.

Likewise, the ELWD 1690 is very adept at holding off similar attacks from hostiles that might attempt to attack friendly forces, in the ground, at sea, or in the air. It can extend a virtual shield around friendly and allied sensitive electronic components within its range, rerouting, scrambling, bending and defeating electronic and electromagnetic jamming across several spectrums.

  • Range of effective electronic systems destruction or permanent shut down: 750 sq km
  • Range of jamming/counter-jamming and scrambling modes: 1,000 sq km effective to 2,200 sq km max
  • Cost: $25,650,000

Any unauthorized accessing or tampering with Schwyz DS electronic systems (possibly for reverse engineering) will trigger an anti-tampering device in all Schwyz systems. Besides cooking the circuits, it may cause small fires and possible injury or death to individual(s) tampering with the wiring, optics or electronics. Also, there is a possibility of releasing toxic fumes from melted wire casings in such an event.

REPAIR, MAINTENANCE and PARTS REPLACEMENT: Technicians can be sent out for any maintenance or re-configuring of systems necessary. In certain special instances, maintenance input codes can be given out in lieu of on-site technician teams being sent.

PERSONAL DEVICES

SL GXP Encrypted satellite phone

Image

The Schwyz GXP
was a product developed for the NEDF (Neu Engollon Defense Forces), NESA (Neu Engollon Security Agency), and Pine Park (National Gendarme - Criminal Investigative Division) for issue to undercover operatives and field agents to maintain cover and communication with their Control and with assets they would be coordinating with in the field. While seeming to be an ordinary cell phone, the GXP is actually a satellite direct communication able, encrypted device that allows the user to pass along or receive vital, sensitive information without detection. While normal cellular phones can perform some such functions and be encrypted, the amount of filters and encryption layers of the Schwyz GXP far outclass any mere civilian shelf model.

  • The satellite technology is able to seek out any of hundreds of known satellite networks, without having to rely on the local cell providers in the area which may be spotty at best. Additional satellite networks can be programmed into the phone. The file based encryption filters and second layer of hardware filters built in allow for a high comfort level of security. The GXP is able to mask the receiver and sender, as well as the data, whether it be sound or actual information bytes with a special scrambler-descrambler code which only the receiver and sender possess. Upon entering the complex code at the receipt of data, that data will become unscrambled.
  • All of this is code activated at every use. Should a user not have the code, or outside sources be able to hack in to the phone, it will operate and present itself only as a normal smart phone device. The sensitive data will remain inert and scrambled.
  • In addition, there is a 45 Megapixel (f/1.7) camera built into the phone for detailed, close-in surveillance work. This detail level is beyond most top shelf professional digital cameras, most of which average around 20 megapixels. While data is able to be stored and encrypted on the GXP, it is recommended for best security protocol that it is transmitted and then wiped as soon as possible.
  • The phone's normal communication surface layer is programmable for all the major networks in the Multiverse such as Universal Telecom, Kingston Wireless, and Talk & Walk!
  • Up until now, Schwyz Defense Systems has only made the GXP available to the military, security and intelligence fields, as well as some corporate clients worried about economic espionage, within the Confederacy of Neu Engollon. Now, after government approval, they are making it available to the general market in the global community. Price per device is NSD $980. (Each sale is pending government oversight committee approval).

NESA CLEARANCE LEVEL ONE-THREE CLASSIFIED DOCUMENT

CONF DOC#: 1-3-NEDF765418Y

Excerpts from: THE ROLE OF NETWORK CENTRIC WARFARE, ELECTRONIC WARFARE AND INFORMATION DISSEMINATION IN TODAY'S NEU ENGOLLON DEFENSE FORCES

By General Konrad Schendlhoff, NEDAF and Major Gen. Marcel Denard, NEDM, Central MDCG

As is common definition today, Network Centric Warfare is basically information dissemination all the way down the chain of command through either cyber, cellular or radio wave-type means. Information Technology is the main basis to create this network. Through IT, all NEDF units would be able to stay linked and make informed decisions considering their role in current operations. This moves the decision making from the central core, or 'brain', to the several nerve centers. For instance, This makes for less of a hierarchical decision process and more room for instant rapid response by all battlefield commanders down to the lowest level. Credit for the name of this battle theory goes to US Admiral William Owens, who first coined the term in a treatise published for US Military think tanks.

Through recent meetings of the top officers of the NEDF, a more clear cut policy was put into place regarding this battle theory and strategy and its utility in the defense of the Confederacy. It is the opinion of the authors that some of the implemented policy is in line with what is needed, while some implemented or projected policy is lacking in specificity towards the Defense Forces mission.

The NEDM utilizes this 21st century style of military operations depending on the situation at hand. For special operations and smaller unit operations, like those that the NEDM-DGC or Special Ops Battalions train for, they must rely on constant communication and an updated situation of all factors at all times. In practical form, this translates to use of earbud comms or helmet comm devices with all the commandos operating in such situations.

For more traditional infantry operations, squads and platoons don't necessarily need the bigger picture and information overload might not be helpful towards the mission objectives of the individual soldier or squad leader. So, in that case, platoon leaders are sufficient to have the info available, say through a battle hardened tablet device, if they need it, but not constantly bombarded by info that doesn't pertain to them or help their mission. The ability to filter out higher level comms from the lowest level is left to the platoon leader.

For the NEDAF and NEDN, similar instances can be pointed out. Aircraft and ships need to constantly communicate with each other, but do they need to know what every other military unit is up to across a wide front? Not really. Not always. They can have that access if needed, but again, discretion is left up the flight or squadron leader. A ship's commander, as well, has access to the full spectrum of information, but may choose to cut out much of the clutter that doesn't pertain to his/her seaborne operations, both from himself and his battle sections on board.

For many of these situations when networking was helpful or even crucial, reliance was on the RC-135 Rivet Joint aircraft in employ of the NEDAF. With the aging of these craft and the difficulty of obtaining certain specialized electronic parts, the Defense Forces turned to domestic production to replace and even improve upon the mission parameters initially fulfilled by the RC-135 Rivet Joint.

That is why the RCC Baron and General were created, for that information dissemination and as an air mobile control center. The added bonus that the RCC is also an electronic warfare platform and airborne warning aircraft among many other tasks it can perform, just enriches the value of such an aircraft beyond a mere communications enabler to a key part of battle strategy.

The lack of a current space program in the Confederacy precludes the ability to use battle integration satellites, such as the ones in use by our friends in the Gaul Republic's military. Another reason why we can and should rely on the RCC planes. Satellites can be vulnerable to attack and hacking, also, whereas the RCC crew can respond on the spot to any hostile cyber or jamming attacks by cutting out effected systems, while counterhackers go to work. Due to our unique use of satellites (See CONF DOC#: 1-1-NESA78511B) only in a passive information gathering role, we look to the RCC planes to fulfill a more offensive electronic role, as well as being the far reaching ears and eyes of the NEDF.

On the subject of counter-hacking, the NEDM employs the 117th and 119th Cyber Warfare Battalions in order to coordinate an electronic warfare front. On a constant basis, the soldiers of the CWB are fighting off daily attacks from hostile outside forces that try to chip away at the NEDF network. They are the only soldiers who are in combat within our armed forces, as our regular forces haven't fired a shot in almost a hundred years. Yet, the CWB soldiers sit down to their console stations to fend off countless attacks over the cyber waves each day with very little fan fare or acknowledgement. It is suspected that they, along with their programs, successfully neutralize 112,000 cyber attacks a day. Most of these come from the Yellow Star Republic, but others are suspected to be Austrakian, Falkasian, Gragastavian and even QLA or GLO in origin, plus many more from outside the region. Another document focuses on this issue, so the authors will not cover that topic in redundancy.

The need for an integrated, networked battlefront is the key to victory or defeat on the battlefield of tomorrow, and the difference between dealing with all challengers and being a defeated puppet like in the days of the Gaul occupation. We have faith that the Confederacy's leaders will continue to make the right decisions in this regard.

Subject: Ordering

To whom it may concern,

I am writting you this letter on behalf of the Royal Airforce and Air Defence of the United Orthodox Kingdom of Nikolia. The technology is advancing every day, and the Royal Airforce and Air Defence tend to catch up with advancing technology. Therefore, we would like to order five (5) GA9 RCC Baron aerocrafts to revitalize and to implement our new electronic warfare system called "Eagle eye", which will every soldier carry on field computer attached to a helmet. That system will allow soldier to know exactly where he , his teammates and enemies are by satelite image, to search for artillery or air strike on target, and for HQ to have live link to the battlefield throught installed camera. Your aircrafts are crucial for this project to work, therefore we picked exactly your company.

Sincerely,

Confederate Department of the Air Force

To: Schwyz Logiztek
Subject: Aircraft Procurement
Encryption: High
From:Gaius Whiteboot

To Whom It May Concern,

The Confederate government has recently been undergoing a series of studies with regards to modernizing its current air fleet to better match the requirements of todays ever changing and evolving world. As such, we have come tot he conclusion that the GA9 RCC Baron should have a prime place in the future of the Confederate Air Force. We would like to make a formal request for fifteen of these aircraft, and we have procured the necessary funds required to pay for them. We eagerly await your response.

Sincerely,

Gaius White

To: Gaius White, Commander, Confederate Air Forces, Blackhelm Confederacy
From: Selma Kanderschmidt, Director of Sales, Schwyz Logiztek

Commander White,

We thank you for contacting us and also for your confidence in us and our partners. After review from the Company Board and the NEDF Oversight Committee, we have decided to ACCEPT your order. Due to the size of the order, we will be dividing it up into two batches. The first batch consisting of 6 Barons will be delivered after completion within three years. The subsequent remaining aircraft will be delivered over the next following 4 years, with completion of the entire order projected for Summer of 2021. Another joint Genesis Aerosystems/Schwyz Logiztek factory is under construction near Schwartzgarten and more are planned around Neu Engollon and other parts of Astyria. Once online, these factories should shorten the projected completion time considerably. Thank you for your patience and understanding. You may deposit the initial fees with our account at EngolBanc.

Sincerely,

Sales Director Selma Kanderschmidt

Normally, due to OP rules, I would deny this order as the Blackhelm Confederacy has a shoddy civil rights record and a history of rampant imperialism. But, as BC is a friend and region mate and giving me a good bump up, the order is accepted. IC, the NEDF and NESA oversight personnel goofed and misread the papers as Aurora Confederacy instead of Blackhelm when they signed off on them.

Ms. Kanderschmidt,

We are very interested in acquiring some of your aircraft for the Forces Aériennes des Gaules as they are reputed to be the top technological craft of their particular field. We would be interested in purchasing 2 Barons and 2 Generals for the Air Force. As well, being neighbors in Astyria and having longstanding good relations with the Confederacy, we feel that we are good candidates to be able to utilize this technology. We will be forwarding the funds from our account with Banque Nationale de la Gaule. Thank you for your attention to this matter and we hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,

Minister Alain Melarde,
Ministry of Defense,
Terre Des Gaules
This nation has many touch points with our RL dimension's France, including several historical events and characters such as Napoleon Bonaparte (Michel Ney becomes Emperor) and Marshal Foch. Gaulic French is the official national language.

Dear Selma Kanderschmidt,

A great nation as ours, constantly invests in technologies to defend our civilians the best we can. Recently we are renewing our defense system with more modern aircrafts. We are looking for reliable partners to supply us with those products. Since we have collaborated at the
Alpen View Beer Festival, which Kruetnisch couldn’t attend to the last time, and resulted in a great partnership, we are willing to do so again.

We’d like to implement 10 GA9 RCC Baron’s, 3 of them equipped with the Decoy Launching Package. We are currently working on a new way to get in-depth information from the battlefield without having the risk of messages being intercepted. Advanced drones have been assisting us greatly on that objective but with these aircrafts we can ensure a better and more efficient manner of working.

Also we would like for Shwyz Logiztek to send us a highly skilled training crew to assist us in training our crews the best they can.

Awaiting your answer.

Sincerely,

Minister Gen. Adelbrecht Götze

Minister General Götze,

We thank you for contacting us and also for your confidence in us and our partners. After review from the Company Board and the NEDF Oversight Committee, and considering the already great bond you have with the Confederacy, we have decided to ACCEPT your order. Due to the size of the order, we will be dividing it up into two batches. The first batch consisting of 5 Barons, including the three with the extra decoy packages, will be delivered after completion within a span of two years. The subsequent remaining aircraft, the other 5 Barons, will be delivered over the next following 3 years, with completion of the entire order projected for Summer of 2019. With another joint Genesis Aerosystems/Schwyz Logiztek factory just coming online near Schwartzgarten and more that are planned around Neu Engollon and other parts of Astyria, we hope to cut down on production time considerably. Thank you for your patience and understanding. You may deposit the initial fees with our account at EngolBanc.
