Opwanr Office of Foreign Affairs
On behalf of President Jacapij Norketena, and of the people of Opwanr, we are hereby opening our borders to those who wish to establish an embassy in our country.
In Compliance with WA resolution #22, diplomatic immunity will be granted to the Ambassador and his/her administrative and technical staff. All others in the embassy will be subject to Opwanr law.
If you do intend to open an embassy on our soil, please provide all information outlined in italics below.

We are currently enforcing several restrictions on firearms/vehicles.
All handguns/submachine guns must use .45 caliber or less. All Firearms larger than SMG classification must use .30-06 caliber or less.
No vehicles larger than a Hummer or Limousine will be permitted. No vehicle mounted weapons will be permitted, unless part of garrison.
A small garrison as well as security staff will be allowed.
