"Farzst du Milch" literally translates to "Fart you milk". In German, interrogatives (such as "do", "does", "are", etc.) don't exist, and you just make questions by switching the subject and verb.
So "Fart you milk" actually translates to "Do you fart milk?". Which he has not answered.

There is in German

Example:
"Herr Verdum Milch-farzt ist gleike um die Ecke."

In English, that means:
"Mr. Verdum's milk-farts are just around the corner."

From my experience with Spanish it literally means something more along the lines of '[I] feel it,' but can be more easily translate as 'I'm sorry,' because that's how it's used.
