New Aksarben wrote:"Nor really." Sterling said with a shrug, levitating his book out of his saddlebag and beginning to read again. "But I can answer any questions about Equestria and my world that you have, Gio. I know quite a lot about it, and may be able to tell you things about it that you haven't already been told. And asking questions might help make the time pass as you're cleaning the dishes for us. Thank you for that by the way. Really nice of you to make us waffles and cleaning up after us!" Sterling nodded happily and gave Gio a happy smile. Then he thought of something.

"Has Willow told you very much about our homeland? I can answer any questions about it that you have, but I'd like to know how much you know already first, so I don't tell you something you already know.'

"Only a little bit here and there," said Giovenith dried the dishes she had washed and put them away. Most of what Willow had 'explained' to her had been composed of exclamations of culture shock, and tid-bits of questions and comparison from when she had been explaining some of her own things to him. "I remember the part about the weather in your world, and Willow explained a bit about your princesses, whom I must say, you all seem to quite hold an above average reverence for."

She had mainly guessed this from both the attributes that these princesses had been given (controlling the sun and moon, according to Willow), and when Willow had sworn out like a rabid sailor in the name of someone called 'Celestia' when she had accidentally dropped the Spectrum 498 on him.

"Clothes? I should be good as long as I can shower in the morning, and then I can wash my own clothes." Drova said. She was taught to wash clothes without needing some heavy old appliances. "It's not a problem for that, but I think we could use some candy or something, you got any, or know where we could get some?

Now finished with making embarrassing comments (Or so she hoped, Drova seemed more relaxed, and giggled just a tiny bit whenever Octavian's tail brushed her. It did tickle though, so it was a valid excuse.

"hmm.... Interesting. Do you want me to tell you more about our home? I can answer any questions you have about it." Sterling nodded, reaffirming what he said. "Its only fair seeing as you've answered any questions I've had. I can excen explain a bit more about the Princesses. Who are the rulers of Equestria, and have been for over a thousand years. They are quite important to us ponies, as Willow was implying earlier. They're awesome, and very kind. I have never met either in person, but I've heard many stories about Celestia's kindness. But seeing as they are the rulers of Equestria, they are still stern when they need to be." Sterling nodded again, sitting down on the floor to watch Gio clean the dishes, and to possibly answer any questions the godling had.

"Well, if you can wash those, I'm sure you'll be fine. Even if those don't fit quite right given they were made for when you were a guy." Octavian responded, wondering why she was suddenly giggling whenever his tail brushed against her. It wasn't like he couldn't tell that was happening, but he didn't see a reason why she should be giggling every time. His tail was still a bit poofy though, which would likely make it tickle more than it usually would have.

"And candy? Why do we need candy? there might be some over in the kitchenette, but I have no idea. I do not eat candy very often." Octavian shrugged, and continued his channel surfing.

"Candy, it's something friends usually eat at sleepovers, and carbonated drinks too!" Drova exclaimed, clearing her longer, white hair out of her face as she nearly somersaulted off the couch to go and check. They could always go down to the vending machine for something in the kitchen, but that'd be inconvenient. "You better have candy!" She chuckled and went to go and check. It was a mock threat, and the prospect of a friendly wrestling match was possible if there was none.

"I have no idea if I have any candy. What will you do if I don't have any?" Octavian asked, curious if Drova was just being silly or not. HE had difficulty telling at times with Drova, and it didn't help that Drova seemed to be acting differently due to being a girl. He watched Drova over the back of the couch, wondering if she would actually find any candy. Octavian couldn't remember having any, so she likely would not. HE also didn't know if they would be able to find candy anywhere in the building either.

"Well they sound like you are very fortunate to have them as your rulers. There are many who miss out on such fortune," Giovenith was, of course, thinking of all of her friends who had had to endure tyranny and mistreatment throughout the earlier parts of their lives. They were safe now, somewhat, most of the time, here in Bielefeld, but such scars rarely ever faded. "Although they seem to float in an odd in-between for your consideration. Are they your version of gods or something?"

He didn't say it out loud, it would disturb the truce, but Willow didn't see how one could compare the princesses to people who apparently let a war rage over fruit and affairs. Though, granted, Nightmare Moon had been simply ticked because ponies didn't feel like adapting to a nocturnal sleeping pattern....

Arthur made his way back to his apartment, only getting lost in Insidious' once or twice. On getting back, he took a shower to wash away the blood that still clung to him. After grabbing one of his many identical tweed suits and taking a handful of daily painkillers, he then visited the guestroom, making sure to put his sunglasses back on first.

"Rise and shine Stephen, it's about time you got up." Arthur said drawing open the curtains to the rain. He went over and prodded the sleepy man in the orange jumpsuit that lay on top of the bed that formerly belonged to Fortu. Koontz rolled over and asked for fifteen more minutes.

"Fine, I'll send you breakfast once you decide to rouse." Arthur said and promptly gripped the bed from the side.

With a grunt and a heave, Arthur lifted the bed sideways rolling Koontz to the floor. Much to the displeasure of the scientist and test subject.

"Good you're up. Now let me buy you breakfast and explain a few things." Arthur said as he dropped the bed.

Meanwhile, Fortu was pretty much in the same spot.

A few seconds later, Drova realized she couldn't find aby candy in the kitchenette. She unfurled her wings and soared across the room towards Octavian on the couch, prepared to tackle him with a playful smile on her face.

"What'll happen if you don't have candy? This!"

She was on a perfect trajectory to hit him.

Octavian blinked, wondering what Drova was doing flying around like that. Then he noticed her trajectory, and his eyes widened a bit. This was probably going to hurt a bit. But seeing as Drova was much lighter than the prince, it probably wouldn't be too painful. But Octavian had basically no time to get out of the way, and as such, Drova knocked him over onto his back to where he was covering much of the area if the couch.

Octavian coughed, and glared a bit at his friend. The tackle had knocked the wind out if him, as Drova had impacted him right in the chest. ".... Dammant, Drova. What was that tackle for?"

"Wrestling, duh!" Drova chuckled, letting loose. It wasn't really because she was a girl, it was just Drova unwinding with a friend.

"You had no candy, so this is what you get!"

"We'll, so far you've only tackled me and sat on me. Not quite wrestling yet, really." Octavian shrugged, looking up at his friend from the couch. "And I said I had no candy. We'd have to head out into the city if you wanted any. I do have other foods though." Octavian was still being quit oblivious, it seemed.

"Good evening Dear, you look nice." Tieria purred with a smile. "I.I feel like that I owe you an apology for earlier. I may have come across the wrong way. I have had a lot on my plate lately and you have taken a back seat to everything else. That is wrong. I'm sorry...I thought that maybe, even though I was busy that we could still socialize, unfortunately, I came across as only using you to get a job done. All that I wanted was to share a time with you." Poor guy had no idea that Kei was about to break up with him yet again. It was too bad, he had just realized what he was doing wrong. Then again, he was meant to be alone. It was sad but true, even if he didn't know it, every relationship he would ever be in is already doomed to failure. There was no way around it.

Anew grinned. "I'm a goddess from Urran" that had been her cover anyway. She had been told to impersonate an Urranese but the goddess part really stroked her ego.

"It sounds a little bit like apotheosis to me," Giovenith climbed carefully up onto the counter again to put away the dishes she had washed, gently placing them on top of others. "Not harsh or obsessive enough to be a cult of personality, though."

"It's not like we run around screeching their names at the top of our lungs and blood-sacrificing our first born foals to them," commented Willow with usual cutting-edge sarcasm, propping up his head on the table with his hoof. "They've been around for as long as any living pony can remember, they are the leaders, and they have some of the strongest magic we know of. Considering the troubles they've managed to lead the country through over the centuries, I'm quite sure we're not mistaken to put as much reverence into them as we do."

"Troubles?" Giovenith honestly didn't imagine that a world full of ponies had all that much to complain enough, so she secretly figured it was most likely something like a drought.

Yoshi nodded "S-sorry Jacob" he said, throwing his ponytail off of his shoulder. He really wanted to get his spike back soon. He was a little bit hungry too to be honest. He could really go for some octopus karaage or some kamo nanban

"You're being quite the stick in the mud right now, unwind, man!" Drova chuckled. It was a fun time, she figured, to wrestle with friends. Yuna and her would always do it as smaller children, but now? She hadn't been able to do so in a very long time.

--

Kei sighed happily. Tieria was such a dear, but unfortunately, their time as a couple was coming to an end. And Kei'd need to end it in the best way possible.

"Tieria . . . We can enjoy this dinner tonight." She started. "As friends. If you can agree, it's over between us. I did some soul searching, heh, if I had one." She joked. "But seriously. We don't fit together at all, we both know that. You don't know if you'll find the perfect one, and neither do I. But it's not us." She finished.

"So, let us enjoy eachother's company as friends from now on, instead of lovers. Because we're both only in love with the thought of love, and not eachother."

Tieria lowered his eyes and they searched the table. "Hmm, as much as I do not want to admit it, you are right." he looked back up at her and rested his chin on his hand and his elbow on the table. "You need someone who can be there for you. You deserve better than an Innovater. But let's not dwell on that. The food is getting cold." he chuckled. He too was in love with the idea of being in love and it took three relationships for him to figure it out. But this time, there was no heartbreak.

"You're right, Tieria. I don't deserve an Innovator. You are much too good for a goddess such as myself." Kei sighed and started serving herself the food. It was still a nice time, and there was no denying that Tieria was a good friend to her. "You deserve better, and better you will find."

--

Rylli smiled and then bowed respectfully to the Innovator. A goddess from Urran? Did Yoshi know of this? Ah well, she could maybe introduce them at some point!

"Oh come now, I do not want to argue but I was the one that ignored YOU." Tieria said and began serving himself as well. He hoped that he would find love one day. Katya was nice, but she was taken by TWO lovers, besides, he got a feeling that they wouldn't click anyway.

Anew smiled. "It's fine dear. Strange, strange that you do not address me with contempt." Of course she knew about what had happened between the two nations. The Innovaters had heard the news with alarm. They needed the two powers to be at peace with one another, or at least not fighting for now. It was all part of their plan.

"Eh, I'd rather not argue over such a nice dinner, man." Kei said, using words that she'd use to address a friend. Because they could totally still be great friends. "By the way, where'd you learn to cook like this?, Tie?" She asked, savoring the taste of the food that she'd been given by her ex-boyfriend. Huh, her lovers were always quite unique, weren't they?

On a lone dropship, departing off the new and only Epsilon Class warship Hand of Malevolence sat Levi with his last clone of himself followed up by two more dropships. The warship was in orbit around Jupiter. Levi took the helm on narrowing the intro.

"War.. What is war? Well according to the dictionary, a state or period of fighting between countries or groups, a situation in which people or groups compete with or fight against each other, or an organized effort by a government or other large organization to stop or defeat something that is viewed as dangerous or bad.
I say otherwise. War is the coal used to fire the hearts of mankind, used to pass time, and used to gain personal goals; a fuel used to drive the train of destruction. For man is an adaptable, unconquerable. However, as man came to tame everything in the universe, I cannot tame itself, therefore, through time, it will destroy itself.

In the year 2181, eleven weeks from this Earth date, the Empire came under attack by the U.E.T.C, a long rival to the Empire that had a great war 50 years ago, ending in a bitter armistice between the two super powers. The last war left the empire in ruins; divided not only across the galaxy, but on Gliese 581g. However, after two weeks of restoration, the Empire striked back with a full on galactic blitz with the loyal nations reuniting with his empire to take the fight to the Confederacy.

Six weeks and 3 days later the Empire was victorious, however, it came at a high cost. Billions of lives were lost, and a final ultimatum was made by the Supreme General of the U.E.T.C when the Empire reached Terra (Earth). That ultimatum was a planet wide nuclear holocaust. Though the orbital defenses were able to take out the nukes, they missed one. That one was in the area of the Emperor and my clone, who was in the Mech suit at the time. Luckily Thriller survived, but barely. His armor was destroyed, and 3/4 of his body received 3rd degree burns. Yet when in healing, he was assassinated while recovering in his healing pod when the breathing tube was disconnected and he drowned.

Now we are here to bring back the news of bad, to tell the sad fate of a man who planned for good, and was killed for it. And we are back to resume our lives the best we can."

Urran wrote:"Oh..that..i-it's just my species. The complex proteins found in red meat are toxic to us." he explained in his soft, gentle voice. Yoshi was a bit amused by Ray's statement. It was kind of hard to prepare bugs and have them not look like bugs. It's not like you could skin them. The again, in Urran food often looked it they did when it was alive. He loved eating whole stewed fish with only the intestines removed. Urranese saw intestines as unclean and it was one of the few parts of an animal that they didn't eat.

Of course, the somewhat lasting pause in the conversation that Jacob took advantage of was caused by Ray making a somewhat odd face at the mention of Yoshi's "species". To this point, he'd assumed that he'd just been talking to another human being. And while the traditional Bielefeld rules of strangeness applied, he still felt somewhat odd about the mention.

Of course, the immediate response was to Jacob. "....O-Of course we can walk and talk. It's sort of what we've been doing, hasn't it?", Ray asked, despite the fact that he had stopped dead in his tracks. He immediately began moving again towards the elevators and continued. "But if you're getting hungry, then why are we exploring the city? Shouldn't we eat first then? Unless you want to make yourself practically starving down the line."

And then, he turned back to Yoshi and brought of the question. "....Sooooo. Your 'species'? What's this about?"

"Um" Yoshi blushed a bit. "I-I thought it was obvious by my eye color. I-I'm not human. I'm an Urran. Homo Urus. We share about 98% of our DNA with humans though." he probably wasn't the best example around. Blue and green eyes were common in humans but not practically glowing like Yoshi's were. And Yoshi's black hair was also common among humans, not like the blue of his mother's or the purple of his dad's.

"Well come on in then. I think my husband might be with our children, but I'm usually always open to talk with someone." Rylli smiled, blushing a bit at the mention of Bran. The circumstances of last night had led to some pretty interesting events. She nonetheless led her into the bomb-shelter and into the living room.

"So, tell me a bit about yourself, howbouts?"

"Don't worry, even if you had poisoned it, I'd be fine." Kei grinned and kept spooning food into her mouth with glee. It didn't really affect her other than taste. Unless she wanted to have a few extra pounds to throw around, but Kei thought her current form, the one she'd had for a long time, was perfect for her.
