Greetings Leaders of the Foreign Nations of the World,
In order to increase foreign and trade relationships with foreign nations, the Congress of the Federal Republic of Zeppy passed and the President of the Federal Republic of Zeppy gave assent to the Embassy Act, which authorizes foreign nations to set up diplomatic embassies in Zeppy.
All nations are welcome to apply, no matter of their political, social, and economic systems and schools of thought. When the applications are received by the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Zeppy, the applications will be reviewed by the President, the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and the Congressional International Relations Committees of the Federal Republic of Zeppy.
All embassies will be placed in the Federal Borough of the Municipality of the City of Gibraltar and housed in federalist-style Zepese brownstone buildings. The property in which the embassies will be located shall be considered tax-free, partially exempt from local Zepese law, and a protected territory of the foreign nations which holds the embassies there, but the property itself will be completely owned by the Federal Republic and administered by the Diplomatic Missions Bureau of the Federal Republic of Zeppy. All diplomatic officials shall be granted the right of diplomatic immunity, as authorized by the Diplomat Protection Act, unless stated otherwise.

The City of Gibraltar
The Municipality of the City of Gibraltar is the capital of the Federal Republic, and is the largest city in Zeppy, with a population of 1,963,710 in 2011. It is located in the Province of Esperanticae on the northwestern coast of the Canton of the Commonwealth of Latium, facing the Bay of Hercules and on the plateau of Zamenhof Ridge. An estimated 3.5 million people live in the Gibraltarian Metropolitan Area.
As the capital of the Federal Republic, the Federal Borough of the City of Gibraltar is the location for the seat of the Government of the Federal Republic, surrounding the beautiful Lake Gibraltar.
