The building of the Thailand canal continues. We are about a third of the way there, but we are facing several issues with disease and mountainous terrain. Progress is expected to slow as we deal with these obstacles.

Industry has risen approximately 15% in the Empire since the industrial project began now with the capital and industrial base the Ruivan Empire announces it's first 5 year plan to bring it's resource production up the following reforms are to be implemented at once.

heavy industry funding will see a 25% percent increase of funding with the goal of being able to produce Steel, Iron, Things like that for this to work we will be investing in mines and other resource producing areas as well as factories to refine and produce our finished goods, following this increase we will set a goal on chemical production for a target of 15% increase which will allow us to better make our materials.

after our heavy industry emphasis has reached it's goals and quotas we will begin investing in goods and services for the general populace allowing for an increased economy and more capital revenue which will then be reinvested back into heavy industry for additional output so on and so fourth this system will continue for the duration of the five year plan with the final year we will check overall production to see if it was successful.

No. From day 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, etc five times, 9 to 10, we have a total of nine periods of a day between the start of this RP and the current time (plus or minus an hour or two). That means that it has been 18 months, and it will be 1938 in three OOC days, plus or minus a few IC hours.

Day 10 - Day 1 = 9 Days = 18 IC Months.
