So south Rothinzil is land-locked, therefore there are no islands and no sea nearby.

I am assuming that Gulf countries (the invaders) have a shoreline, otherwise this'll end up being awkward. I am also assuming that both countries share a border, because otherwise you'd have to fight inside another country, and thats probably not the best thing for both nations.

From what i talked with S.R the flighting would probably take place around its colonies in the pacific.Or he would put up another map.I will see what he would do as S.R only shares a border with Rothinzil and The seeker of power that are states you do not want to go to war with.

I had a feeling I was too high, and yes I was aware that if I cut the engines I would start falling. Thats the POINT, my pilots are trained to cut engines when approaching targets, so that IR missiles can't get a lock.

I don't automatically know that SR has colonies, or anything like that. Nothing is on his factbook like that.

Colonial islands.thats what i know.So there are 2 ways for this to continue.Either he makes a retcon of his map and includes an ocean access or we only fight around the colonies.If he loses everything then prety much he has lost the war.
It is only my OOC opinion.

Also due to the op of the IC tread complete ignorance and not posting i intend to reopen the RP with some basic rulles and aplications.This is just a tread in order to try and win another war.Everything that happened in here would have happened.There will be a map and proper orbats and so on.

That's not going to help your pilots, and in fact will hurt them. Just shutting the engine off doesn't make something immune to a heat seeking missile - try putting you hand on the hood of a car that had been run for hours then shut off only five minutes before. Now imagine if the car engine were actually a bank of jet engines, each of which creates hundreds of times more thrust than the car engine.

Plus, without engines the B-2 would go into an uncontrolled descent and, guaranteed, crash. There's no recovering from that in an aircraft with minimal control surfaces, that literally depends on its engines to keep it in stable flight.

All you really have to do is change the altitude and delete the part about the engines. Odds are, unless there was a jet fighter right there, there wouldn't be anything capable of launching a heat seeking missile in range anyway.

Thank you but I had my carrier force along with my amphibious assaullt ships send way during that war. At that time I also had 20 carriers, 2 command cruisers and 70 Stahnese amphibious assault ships.
