Dear sir,
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Keith Mulcahy, and I am contacting you in my capacity as CEO of Maltropia's leading civilian shipwrights' firm, Maritime Imperial. I wish to extend my warm and cordial regards for your previous communication with our firm.

I wish to address your request for the establishment of 7 shipyards within your respected nation. I must initially inform you that no more than three of these are likely to be developed as actual shipbuilding facilities in the near future, whereas the remainder will be predominantly ship maintenance and repair due to the current low rate of demand in your nation. Naturally we expect this to increase with time, and over the next 5 years will continue to evaluate the economic aspects of expanding production within the previously requested shipyards.

In summary, I have approved your shipyard application, and you may expect Maritime Imperial's officials to arrive within your nation in the near future to determine specific locations. All these facilities should be in operation within the next 24 months if work proceeds according to our usual schedule. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions. I look forward to a prosperous partnership.
Regards,
Keith Mulcahy,
Chief Executive Officer

Dear madam,
My name is Keith Mulcahy, and I am contacting you in my capacity as CEO of Maltropia's leading civilian shipwrights' firm, Maritime Imperial. I wish to extend my warm and cordial regards for your previous communication with our firm, and express my sincere gratitude for your custom.

I wish firstly to address your request for the establishment of 3 shipyards within your respected nation, at Harperstown and Port Royal. I am delighted to be able to assure you that, despite the relatively low level of demand for our products in your nation at this moment, your request for a comparatively small number of shipyards means that all of these are will be developed as actual shipbuilding facilities, providing us with both a solid base in your nation and you with a reliable source of employment. Naturally we expect demand to increase further with time as our reputation builds in your nation, and over the next 5 years will continue to evaluate the economic aspects of expanding production and/or the number of shipyards.

Secondly, as regards your request to purchase 45 Agrippa-class harbour tugs, 53 Osprey-class deap sea trawlers and 1 Argalium-class nuclear icebreaker and marine research vessel from Maritime Imperial, following discussion with the directorate, it has been decided that your application is to be accepted in its entirety. Production of the specified vessels will begin immediately throughout our international shipyards, and you may expect the arrival of your order, in its entirety, within sixteen months. Delivery will be accompanied by an escort of Maltropian naval vessels to negate any risk of piracy en route.

The gross price of your order comes to 635,000,000 NSD. As a soon-to-be-host nation of Maritime Imperial's shipyards, you will receive a 5% discount on this purchase, bringing the net price to 571,500,000 NSD. All shipping costs are covered courtesy of Maritime Imperial. Please deposit full payment with our banking partner, Príomhbanc Maltróipea, within 2 weeks of this date.

In summary, I have approved your application and order, and you may expect Maritime Imperial's officials to arrive within your nation in the near future to coordinate in the construction of our new shipyard. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions. I look forward to a prosperous partnership.
Regards,
Keith Mulcahy,

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Keith Mulcahy, and I am contacting you in my capacity as CEO of Maltropia's leading civilian shipwrights' firm, Maritime Imperial. I wish to extend my warm and cordial regards for your previous communication with our firm and express my sincere gratitude for your custom.

I wish to address your application to purchase fifty Osprey-class deep-sea trawlers and ten Sejanus-class container ships from Maritime Imperial. Production of the specified vessels will begin immediately throughout our international shipyards, and you may expect the arrival of your order, in its entirety, within eighteen months. All shipments will be accompanied by an escort of Maltropian naval vessels to negate any risk of piracy en route.

The net price of your order comes to 1,350,000,000 NSD. All shipping costs are covered courtesy of Maritime Imperial. Please deposit full payment with our banking partner, Príomhbanc Maltróipea, within 2 weeks of this date.

There exists in my mind no doubt whatsoever that you will be more than satisified with our vessels. I thank you for your valued custom, and look forward to hearing from you again in the near future.

Keith Mulcahy,
Chief Executive Officer

Maritime Imperial to acquire Oldport Engineering

It has been announced by leading Maltropian shipbuilding firm Maritime Imperial that negotiations with Oldport Engineering have concluded, with the latter to be fully acquired by the end of this month. Oldport, which for two hundred and sixty years had been a leading employer in the southwest, was to close down after its sixth consecutive unprofitable quarter. Fears that one of the most historic businesses of the region would cease operating were alleviated by statements issued following the negotiations, which had taken place behind closed doors.

"When we laid down our first keel, Oldport was already a major company, exporting all over northern Paradoxia," stated Maritime Imperial spokesman Eric Fitzmorris. "They were probably the biggest name in whaling, outside of Ishgar, and had a reputation for building the very best. That's what we do, too, and so we at Maritime Imperial are honoured to be able to save this historic firm."

Maritime Imperial has guaranteed that all staff at Oldport will remain in employment with them, stating that the transition will be almost unnoticeable. "Within Paradoxia," said Fitzmorris, "Oldport will remain Oldport. There's no point tampering with a brand that's so well established, as any businessman will tell you. Extraregionally, we'll take over export operations under our own trading names, since those are markets we've entered that Oldport never really could. It's my hope that being part of the Maritime Imperial family will raise Oldport to new heights of success."

Maritime Imperial hopes to have their first Oldport-brand product on the market within the next few days, releasing other vessels in accordance with their current schedules.

The Thebes-class whaler is a model acquired by Maritime Imperial after our purchase of Oldport Engineering, a market leader in both the fishing and whaling industries. The ship was first designed in 1992, the culmination of two hundred and fifty years of prior experience in the industry, and would unfortunately prove to be the last original Oldport product when a downturn in the Maltropian whaling industry led to their untimely liquidation in early 2013. We are now proud to be able to bring the Thebes to the international market rather than leave such an excellent design to be forgotten.

The Thebes measures almost 77 metres from stem to stern, making it among the largest whalers in regular production. This considerable size provides it with great advantages over competing products, most notably its on-board production and freezing facilities which allow it to stay at sea for up to three weeks. The vessel also boasts a robust cargo hold, with capacity for two hundred tonnes of processed cargo. Bringing the catch on board is facilitated by a general purpose winch crane, mounted on a 360° rotating base located amidships. This is also why the ship rides comparatively low in the water. State-of-the-art buoyancy countermeasures minimise the risk of capsizing in even the most adverse weather conditions.

On acquisition of the design from Oldport Engineering, Maritime Imperial undertook to refit the Thebes with the most modern technology available to us. An improved comm mast, radar dish and sonar array allow far greater efficiency than in any previous incarnation of the Thebes and maximise its ability to coordinate with other vessels for large-scale commercial operations.

At Maritime Imperial, we appreciate the importance of keeping transit times low to allow quotas to be reached quickly and efficiently. Therefore, the Thebes has been outfitted by an Enmar Industries DN-25 diesel engine, giving a steady and reliable source of power and providing the vessel with a top speed of 19 knots. The recommended crew size for maximum efficiency is 25, though the vessel remains operable with fewer.

Under Maltropian maritime law, we are obliged to conform with WA GAR #20, Suppress International Piracy. For this purpose, the Thebes comes equipped with two weapons lockers, one located in the wheelhouse and the other aft, for defensive purposes, to deter pirates or other attackers, such as crazed environmentalists. When produced by Oldport, the Thebes featured a machine gun mounted on its watchtower, aft. While the gun has been removed in our international export model, the tower remains to provide a viable defensive option for craft operating in dangerous waters. The standard purchase model of the Thebes comes with cutting-edge navigational equipment, including sonar and radar, and with all the paraphernalia obliged by its role in the fishing industry. Purchase cost, as standard, is 15 million NSD.

    South Sands Nuclear
South Sands Nuclear Electricity Generating Station
    Magnox Drive
    Khayr South Sands

    To whom it may concern
Currently with the rise of shipping out of the South Sands harbour, there is a need for replacement and new harbour assistance vessels to take over the job of ushering and assisting larger commercial vessels into their berths as they come into the harbour, be it the commercial traffic at the ferry port, car traffic from the Diamond Star plant where vehicle transporters load up, or the Nuclear fuel carriers that bring in vitrified high level waste flasks that are then loaded onto trains to be taken to the secure processing facility.

As such, South Sands Nuclear, the Administering organisation for South Sands Harbour have a requirement for 12 harbour assistance vessels. These vessels are to have twin screw propulsion in kort nozzles for additional efficiency and protection of the screws, have a bollard pull that exceeds 50,000kgs, Also these tugs are to have twin bow thrusters to enable the vessel to turn within its own length by means of a combination of differential thrust and bow thrusters.

    Lighting:
    Mast:
Mast lights to have 3 pairs of all round red lights with the middle set of red mastlights suplemented by an additional pair of all round white lights with an all round white light atop the mast.
3 forward facing white lights vizible to a 270 degree arcof

two orange lights situated behind the wheelhouse along with a white stern light with a 90 degree arc of vision, this must not be vizible from directly to the sides, with the arc being 45 degrees off the centerline to each side.

Red+Green navigation lights situated atop the wheelhouse

    Work lights:
High power LED lights to illuminate work area at night, along with fore deck and side decks,

All lights on the vessel are to be independently switchable to display various configurations of warning lights in order to give clear communication by vizual signal to other vessels.

Horn: Kahlenburg D3 air horns x2

    Anti-fouling paint:
Silicone based environmentally friendly materials to be used due to the environmentally sensitive area around the harbour and power station complex.

In order to provide greater manouvrability, We would preffer the propellers to be of a controllable pitch design, allowing the pitch to be reversed without the need to slow down the main engines prior to engaging reverse.

Maritime Imperial has aproximately 12 months to complete the order, with delivery of vessels being carried out in batches of 4 vessels, these vessels will be delivered directly to South Sands Harbour
