I, the undersigned representative of the Most Serene Republic, hereby and henceforth do, on behalf of my nation and its elected governing body, agree to follow and accept the terms lain out in the proscribed charter of the Global Democratic Federation.

With the time and consideration elapsed and showing positive approval, the state wishing entry within the Global Democratic Federation, and agreeing to be bound by the contract thereby, is accepted hereto this international body. All being considered, the benefit of this acceptance shall be granted, and all rights, privileges and responsibilities being contracted herewith such an act, shall be imposed proportionately upon the state of wishing its acceptance thereof.

And so forthwith, we here of the Global Democratic Federation, and of all such nations contracted into such as whole, do grant the acceptance thereof, and do with proper means of belief, hope the garner of cordial and successful relations be continued, and be further enjoyed by the state thereof, and the international body hereof to be continued and expanded.

With such in final, the Global Democratic Federation does hereby welcome the Most Serene Republic of The Master M into the inauguration of acceptance to the contracted treaty hereof, and wish the utmost plausible fulfillment of the goals these states contracted hitherto treaty, and the goals of the newly accepted state thereby.

The Federal Republic of Zeppy is known for its staunch non-interventionism and distrust of defense alliances.
