It's run by an artificial intelligence, instead of a parliament/congress, and it has the most advanced military arsenal in the world (we have handheld gauss, laser and plasma weapons, and basic energy shielding).

Special Notes about your civilization: Highly religious and with a lifespan of two centuries, though a young ault stage of barely twenty five years, the Xin'Ta'Faxi are a physically tall but frail species with powerful psychokinetic abilities. derisively compared to as 'crotechty old men', the Xin'Ta'Faxi nevertheless possess a very powerful interstellar navy and in the original 'verse from which i've imported them they were one of the four great interstellar powers and the foremost shipbuilders in the galaxy. Their favoured military strategy is orbital bombardment until an enemy world surrenders. To this end, the largest ship-type they construct is the Purgatio Luminarium, or Purging Light, Titan, designed to totally devastate enemy planets.

They earned me the moniker, 'The genocidal maniac with the planet-busting dreadnoughts'. Suprisingly, I wasn't the one who ended up blowing up half the stellar mass of the milky way though.

The first civilisation to have made contact with us was the Coalition, a Tier 1, Type VII, Galactic power, who have taken to "mentoring" us; we maintain a good relationship with the Coalition out of a mixture of fear, awe and ambition.

Only a small percent of the population is either human or a hybrid between three of the four main species that rule the nation. Most if not all of the energy produced and consumed comes from renewable energy. The Arcadonisian civilization is peaceful unless provoked and maintains a watchful eye on a small group of human inhabited nations that seek to eliminate their species. Currently debating on expanding their boundaries and influence to a planetary level should the Human/Arcadonisian relationship fail.
