RECOGNIZING Hippiedom as a peace-loving region home to many nations over the year since its founding in 2005,

CONCERNED by the recent invasion of Hippiedom by the hostile region of The Black Hawks on September 22nd, 2012,

NOTING that the occupation of Hippiedom has been reinforced by The Black Riders, The Land of Kings and Emperors, and The New Inquisition,

RECALLING that similar circumstances, with a various number of these same organizations, has prompted liberations before; such as Liberate Free Thought (SC#14), Liberate Region of reunited muslim states (SC#88), Liberate Christmas (SC#95) and Liberate Catholic (SC#80), among others,

DISTRESSED that on September 25th, 2012, a password was imposed by the occupation force, preventing access to Hippiedom, violating native rights, threatening the destruction of the region, and denying residents the ability to call for assistance in saving their home,

AWARE that the invasion utilized a sleeper nation, allowing the raiders to password the region with relative ease,

DEEPLY DISTRAUGHT by potential further damage that could be done to the region under The Black Hawks occupation,

BELIEVING that every region deserves the opportunity for sovereignty over administration and freedom of movement,

STRIVING to prevent the foreign-imposed transformation of Hippiedom into a "trophy-region",

AFFIRMING the residents, including the native former delegate proposing this resolution, desire to free their homeland from these aggressive invaders,

HEREBY liberates the region of Hippiedom.

Commend Lamoni

A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.

Description: The Security Council,

Acknowledging that the Free Republic of Lamoni is a nation that was founded with the goal of providing a formerly enslaved people a chance to live in freedom under an honorable government and to protect the aforementioned people from any dangers that they may face;

Recognizing that Lamoni has sponsored and steadfastly supported initiatives to combat human trafficking, tyranny, environmental degradation and pollution, while also promoting and aiding nations that serve the causes of liberty and justice;

Applauding the Lamonian government for sponsoring the creation of the Bacterial Oil Organization, a world famous energy distribution group that is renowned for being environmentally-friendly and for working towards reducing humanity's carbon footprint;

Approving of the Lamonian condemnation of the Blackhelm Confederacy, a nation that was condemned by the Security Council's 59th resolution, and the Lamonian government’s steadfast efforts to prosecute war against Confederate piracy, wars of aggression, human rights violations, wanton invasions of peaceful states, and plundering of foreign resources;

Observing that Andrew Stinson, the current President of the Free Republic, decisively signed the renowned anti-slavery Castlegate Declaration in an effort to liberate slaves from their oppressors;

Recalling that Lamoni played a vital role in the war to liberate Greater tezdrian, another nation that was condemned by the Security Council (via Security Council Resolution #20, "Condemn Greater Tezdrian"), and that Lamoni and its ally Lyras were responsible for freeing the slaves of Tezdrian;

Noting that the Lamonian-Ixanian Arms Company, which was founded in Lamoni and operated by the Lamonian government, has supplied countless free peoples with means of defending themselves from the tyranny of foreign aggression and subjugation while refraining from selling weaponry to violent and oppressive states;

Praising the resolve displayed by the Free Republic when it has time and again demonstrated its sterling reputation of remaining unbowed, undaunted, and unbroken when it suffered forced migration, foreign aggression, and nuclear attack;

Further recognizing Lamonian efforts to serve the causes of justice, freedom, peace, and the betterment of the human race in spite of such perils;

Extolling the Lamonian state’s present continuation of these policies, its history of garnering the support of its neighbors in the civilized world, and its superb leadership in global efforts to achieve them;

Believing that a nation with such a applaudable, longstanding record of such a nature is deserving of commendation;

Hereby Commends Lamoni.

Repeal "Commend The Quote Of The Day"

Argument: The Security Council,

RECOGNIZING that The Quote of the Day (TQOTD) failed to deliver the "quotes of wisdom" in the days leading to the fall of the nation,

POINTING OUT that many nations travel to regions to leave congratulations and greetings, and that TQOTD was not unique in these activities,

COGNIZANT that as a member of The Featured Region Followers, TQOTD now holds, in essence, two commendations for the same activities,

ACKNOWLEDGING that TQOTD wrote very minimalistic greetings, and that many messages left by TQOTD contained the same, copied content with a minor salutation,

CONCERNED by the refusal of TQOTD to visit featured regions the nation did not personally agree with ideologically, contrary to what is stated in the Commendation in question,

NOTING that The Quote of the Day does not perform any unique or special world-changing activities, nor do the actions of The Quote of the Day affect the world or the World Assembly at large, in antithesis to the commonly-held belief of this council,

FURTHER NOTING that TQOTD no longer exists as a nation, and wishing to remove a Commendation from a nation that no longer exists,

ENDEAVORING to strike down the redundancies presented in the SC#45 as well as blatant factual inaccuracies in the original proposal in favor of SC#93,

HEREBY REPEALS Commend The Quote of the Day.

APPLAUDING the Security Council's assistance of Hippiedom in their time of need,

REALIZING the liberation now prevents the native delegate of Hippiedom from password protecting the region for regional security,

AFFIRMING the residents desire and right to self determination in keeping their region safe,

RECALLING similar circumstances of natives seeking a Liberation Repeal having regained control of their homeland such as; Repeal Liberate Catholic (SC#82), Repeal Liberate The United Kingdom of Britain (SC#90), and Repeal Liberate Benevolent Capitalism (SC#92), among others,

BELIEVING the ability to password protect the region should be returned to the native community,

Condemn Ralkovia

Description: The Security Council,

ACKNOWLEDGING Ralkovia as a nation that continuously throughout its history has conducted itself in a manner contradictory to the principles of interregional peace and goodwill between nations, upon which the World Assembly was founded, as well as acting in a fashion detrimental to the advancement of civic and democratic liberties for all Nations and Peoples.

RECOGNIZING Ralkovia as a country that operates a system of extermination camps which conducts genocide on undesirable groups in Ralkovia through the following, and many other, measures, with the intent of creating a uniform homogenous society mindlessly devoted to the monstrous policies of Ralkovia:

The systematic roundup of and deportation of all political dissidents, ethnic, religious, sexual minorities, physically or mentally disabled people and all other groups considered offensive by the Ralkovian government, hereafter collectively referred to as undesirables, to extermination camps.

The elimination of all undesirables deemed unfit to work, thereby meaning children below twelve years of age, the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women and the sick, for immediate extermination upon arrival.

The enslavement of all undesirables deemed fit to work, and subsequent overworking the undesirables to an early death while subjecting them to deliberate maltreatment, in the form of torture and withholding basic necessities such as food, medicine, water and so forth.

The prioritized pursuit of escapees, including adopted children, conducted by Ralkovian Death Guards to prevent any return of undesirables to Ralkovian society.

OBSERVING that Ralkovia has no respect for the sovereignty of foreign states, and regularly launches unjust military action against foreign states over petty issues.

ABHORING the routine utilization of forced mass conscription of Ralkovian civilians by the Ralkovian Armed Force for use as cannon fodder in the numerous wars of aggression unjustly waged by Ralkovia

DISGUSTED by the policies of indoctrination on the Ralkovian people to be desensitized to the cruelty of the Ralkovian government and accept the crimes of their state.

NOTING that Ralkovia is an active slaver state, having enslaved 800 million people while regularly engaging in the international slave trade and subjecting its enslaved populace to inhumane sufferings and humiliations at the hand of the Ralkovian elite.

FURTHER declaring Joshua Raskov II, Emperor of Ralkovia, a vile dictator suffering an antisocial personality disorder inspiring him to mindless cruelty and brutality, whose governance has as its sole purpose his own gratification through the suffering of others, since he usurped the throne from his sister, before having her raped and eventually murdered.

INSISTING that such abominable acts as those committed by Ralkovia call for a strongly worded condemnation by the Security Council;

Hereby Condemns Ralkovia.

NOTING, the region's high population has been achieved through 'puppet flooding' nations into the region.

DISAPPOINTED, that regions committed to either recruiting new nations to their own region or welcoming new nations that join the Pacifics have been pushed down population rankings due to the actions of said region.

BELIEVING that the sheer number of puppet states negatively affects the world and can hamper other nations attempting to travel with speed.

THEREFORE, punishing the region that has committed the above offence the most as a note that the Security Council disagrees with these actions.

Argument: The Security Council,

Recognizing the purpose of liberation resolutions to free regions from passwords that have been unwilling imposed upon or deemed unnecessary by the native communities within the regions concerning the liberation resolution;

Noting Security Council resolution number eighty-five was written to free Nationalist Union from the extremist left wing forces of Antifa;

Disappointed in how Nationalist Union fell to Antifa regardless of the liberation resolution to free the native community from the tyrannical administration established by the invading forces and the systematic dismantling of the community within the region;

Observing Antifa was successful in ascertaining its own administrative control over the region since April 10th, 2012 and replacing the original native community, which the liberation was written to protect, with members who's loyalty lays with that of the original invading force rendering the original purpose of the liberation obsolete;

Disillusioned in the conveyance the liberation resolution brings to the laughable and inept nature of a highly unskilled organization’s triumph that does not merit such attention;

Thankful that remnants of Nationalist Union's original native community have escaped the clutches of the Antifa forces by setting up residences within Union of Nationalists;

Further Recognizing the term native to be subjective to the individual or group of individuals that share in the same aspiration to advocate the barney that perhaps the current inhabiting company, which replaced the original dwellers, could be acknowledged to some extent as natives, which advocate the removal of this liberation;

Believing Security Council resolution number eight-five, at the current state, serves no purpose and should be repealed for the specified reasons above as well as cleanse the Security Council of despondent resolutions which could just serve as trophies for those that stand in opposition of the Security Council's mission to spread interregional peace and goodwill;

Reminds the World Assembly that all WA member states should follow these Resolutions, for they protect their citizens and way of government,

Deplores the fact that Hippostania has violated GA RES. #2, Section 3 by refusing to ‘refrain from unrequested intervention in the internal or external economic, political, religious, and social affairs of any other NationState’ by overthrowing a democratically elected government in Longfort and participating in the conquest of Falsea,

Strongly Condemns Hippostania for further violating GA resolutions #27, #30, #43 and #174 by most notably and infamously passing and recently renewing the Subversive and Dangerous Ideologies and Activities Restriction Act, which outlaws leftist political parties, threatens the formation of unions, and infringes the right of citizens to petition, all of which violate the previously stated resolutions,

Further Deplores that the Hippostanian Army violated GA RES. #27 by authorizing troops to violently attack protesters in a foreign country,

Further Deplores the fact that Hippostania has violated GA RES. #9, Articles 3 – 6, 8, 12 and 13 through the construction of the Anzère Correctional Detention Facility, which is used to round up people who seem ‘hostile to the Hippostanian government and punish them for political misdemeanors, such as promoting communism, socialism, anarchism or promoting “anit-Hippostanian propoganda”’

ALARMED that the invader takeover has led to the displacement of at least 10 natives from their rightful abode, including but not limited to Agima, Imearia, Landuode, New zealand and australia, Slit, Sundanesia, Negim, South Spratly Islands, Tupa, and Kalo,

CONCERNED that the remaining natives could share the same fate,

NOTING that the invaders shows no willingness to end the siege, with the increasing likeliness of turning South Pacific into a permanent colony to add to the ranks of existing regions already destroyed by The Black Hawks,

Liberate NAZI EUROPE

Acknowledging some ideologues within the world can be detrimental to the international community as a whole and should be perceived with antipathy as the practies followed by such ideologues target individuals and or ethnic groups throughout the ecosphere with tremendous animosity;

Recognizing the typical use of liberation proposals, which classically are pitches to free a native community from an unwarranted password imposed by a Delegate with aspirations of tyrannical obliteration of said community, to help illustrate the intentions of this unconventional proposition;

Beseeching the international community to take steps in the hindering of detrimental ideologues followed by regional communites such as Nazi Europe by voting in favor of this proposition that will permit readied militaries of international coalitions, which pursue the spreading of interregional peace and goodwill via force in the case of this proposition, admittance in the region;

Observing no existents of a regional army maintained by Nazi Europe that could serve as a threat to interregional peace, however, this focus is merely to help outline the unconventional intentions of this liberation;

Perceiving the community within Nazi Europe to be dwindling, and, in an undetermined period of time, will decay into oblivion, permitting the establishment of a new administration that may or may not shadow the same ideologies and objectives charted by the current administration of the region;

Believing in the capability of the mentioned readied militaries to prevent the establishment of a new administration that would shadow the same detrimental ideologies pursued by the current government of Nazi Europe;

Noting the region to already be condemned by Security Council Resolution #37 for atrocious acts of hostility and intolerance, not just towards members of the international community, but to those who find themselves subject to the governance by the nations within Nazi Europe;

Frightened that such a stronghold dedicated to abhorrence could, if not doing so already, corrupt entire communities to purpose the same ideologues followed by that of Nazi Europe;

Requesting the international community to recognize the symbolism in this proposal, and to stand united against ideologies that just serve to hinder interregional peace, goodwill, and prosperity;

Recognizing Krulltopia as the current World Assembly Delegate of The Pacific and Emperor of the New Pacific Order (NPO), the governing body of The Pacific;

Noting that Krulltopia has reigned in The Pacific for well over three years after being appointed to the position of Delegate by the previous Emperor of the New Pacific Order, Moo-Cows with Guns;

Further Noting that, over the course of those three plus years, Krulltopia has worked tirelessly and meticulously with only the aid of a few, very close allies to maintain the flawless security and stability of The Pacific, while promoting the safety of the other Pacific regions;

Acknowledging, as an example of the aforementioned dedication to regional security, Krulltopia’s exposure of former Balder Delegate, Luxembourg, when the nation was found to have infiltrated and gained control of assets owned by Balder’s former Vice Delegate Fotar, and planned to use these stolen assets to assume complete control of Balder’s forums, usurp and cripple the nation of Fotar, and forcibly take control of the entire region of Balder;

Understanding that this exposure of Luxembourg’s corruption allowed the nation’s scheme to be halted preemptively before any significant damage could be done to Balder and to the nation of Fotar;

Further Recognizing Krulltopia as the first Pacific Delegate to ban the obsolete and disruptive practice of Regional Message Board (RMB) advertising, a decision which encouraged other Pacific governments to follow suit, resulting in encouraged international interaction within the Pacific regions;

Observing that Krulltopia has been an active member of The Pacific’s community and government for over eight years, working tirelessly to advance The Pacific in every aspect found in lines with regional culture and tradition;

Further Acknowledging the strong stands The Pacific has taken against regions that follow hateful ideologies, such as The Greater German Reich, under Krulltopia’s leadership;

Believing Krulltopia has performed spectacularly in the position of NPO Emperor and Delegate of The Pacific, preserving The Pacific as a bastion of stability, expanding the tight-knit NPO community, and rebuilding many of the formerly cherished features of the region’s government such as the Pacific Army, Pacific News Network, and the Peoples’ Congress;

Conceding that, while regional autocracies and meritocracies are not popular outside The Pacific, this system, which is now faithfully maintained and honoured by Krulltopia, has lasted in the region since antiquity, and is accepted and supported by all loyal and devoted denizens;"

Distressed that Aglrinia violates womens rights in declaring that all married women must get their husband’s permission if they wish to have a job, they must live wherever the husband wishes to reside, and they must forfeit all jointly held assets upon divorce from her husband.

Appalled that the punishment for a convict marrying after 2010 is the execution of the convict and his entire family.

Concerned that any person flying a flag higher than a Aglrinian flag will be treated as an invading army and dealt with accordingly.

Recognizing Luxembourg is a dependent territory of Aglrinia.

Observing that Luxembourg has been found guilty by The Commonwealth Society of entering the region and assuming positions of responsibility while Aglrinia was banned, disrupting the internal politics of the region.

Disturbed that Luxembourg acting in its role as Interim Delegate of Balder forced a takeover the region.

Recognizing that the Empire managed to wrestle the inactive Pacific giant into a stranglehold and that breaking this power required an extensive amount of effort from the regions local and legitimate stewards,

Understanding that, prior to the invasion of The East Pacific, the nation known as A Slanted Black Stripe did not participate in the regional government of The East Pacific and that the invasion and subsequent actions of the Empire stirred A Slanted Black Stripe (ASBS) into action,

Noting that the Empire arbitrarily ejected over 100 nations from The East Pacific out of spite and noting that many of these were WA member nations loyal to the legitimate government of the region or simply disinterested, a grievous abuse of the powers of the delegate,

Realizes that said ejections stirred ASBS into action and, with the help of a few prominent members (Kandarin, who gave advice on influence, and 1 Infinite Loop who game advice on the type of campaign needed to remove the Empire from power) of The East Pacific government, started an unendorsement campaign along with Dannistaan, a trusted member of The East Pacific, to rid the empire from power,

Further Recognizes that the main reason that ASBS's unendorsement campaign worked was due to its honest and straightforward message, whilst the Empire's primary means of combating the campaign was through deception, a tactic their members (such as “Lord Rahl”, AKA “Biyah”, who helped organize a number of phony and failed “liberation” attempts of The East Pacific) were very familiar with,

Further Observing that the Empire, after being severely damaged by the resistance it met from loyal TEP locals such as ASBS, resigned December 21, 2008 and that on December 24, 2008 ASBS was elected delegate of The East Pacific alongside vice-delegate Dannistaan,

Admiring the diligence of ASBS as not only interim delegate of The East Pacific, a position which ordinarily requires the dedication of much attention and work, but as the key nation responsible for rebuilding and reforming the legitimate government of The East Pacific (the Confederacy which still thrives today) after the Empire's coup,

Further recognizing the nation of Gest was one of the co-founders when The Black Riders were refounded by General Halcones, ultimately assisting the growth and redevelopment of The Black Riders into the strong region it has since become;

Noting that The Black Riders, under orders from Gest, have also assisted other significant raiding regions in their destruction of smaller regions, including, but not limited to, the recent capture of Sapphire by The Black Hawks;

Believing that it is by no means a small feat to repeatedly sack and destroy regions of varying sizes, especially ones that put up little in the way of resistance and that many regions both large and small have eventually crumbled as a direct consequences of the actions of Gest, ultimately failing to ever recover from the damage caused as a result;

Aware that aside from regions sacked by direct orders from Gest, Gest has also directly participated in the successful recent sacking of Coffee House, Death Star and Orion, all of which are struggling to recover from the damage inflicted upon them;

Further aware of the sheer brutality and destruction Gest inflicts on captured regions demonstrated by the capture of Planet X whereby Gest oversaw the forced closure of close to 1000 diplomatic embassies held by the region at that time;

Convinced that as one of the highest ranking members of The Black Riders, Gest poses a considerable threat to international stability and regional security alike;

While further believing that the nations of this Assembly have a right to be forewarned of this nation and that it would be lacking of the Security Council not to give Gest the international black mark it deserves;
