Introduction & History

The Most Christian Bresdennian Realm(BR) or Le Royaume le plus Chrétien de Bresdennian in French also known as The Realm or the BR, for short. The Realm has a rich history dating back to the 8th century. It is an economically, military, and politically powerhouse. The Realm is bordered by several Bresdennian possesions and Nuridia to the South. The eastern borders are coastlines of the Bresdennian Sea. The BR is a very developed empire, possessing a large economy. The BR has been consistently ranked one of the wealthiest empires

in the region. The Realm is home to an extensive diplomatic corp. The Bresdennian Realm is the founding/home nation of Le Royal Bresdennian Conglomérat, Inc. The International Red Cross & Peace Corps of Nationstates, Inc., The International Education League, and The International World Mall.

The Bresdennian Realm empire consists of 4 countries, 3 major states and several domestic and foreign territories, each with a capital. The BR's incorporates the Kingdoms of Bresdenn, Varionae, Antionique and the Bresdennique Islands, often called Bresdennique for short. The BR's possessions include Marj, Saryland, Virgonia, Cherokeeland, Carolina Minor and The Dionne Islands in the Bresdennian Sea. The Bresdennian Realm is home to nearly 5 billion people, with a combined area of over 39 million sq.ft.

The earliest remnants of the inhabitants of Bresdenn and the surrounding areas called themselves the "Jaalilani". The Jaalilani were the overlords of the areas tribes of the Bresdenu, the Minsai, the Pato-Leni and a small tribe of people called the Kalcunnas. The Jaalilani inhabited the Northeast to the Southeast coast of present day Bresdenn. The Jaalilani had an empire lasting nearly 11,000 years prior to any foreign invasions. The Jaalilani were in contact with the Romans for centuries as peaceful trading partners in the region. After Rome stop paying tribute and violated the Jaalilani sovereign rights in the early years of Emperor Heraclius, and war was declared. The First Jaalilani-Romano War (611-613) resulted in Romans paying retribution and 2 Roman settlements were taken. The Romans enraged over past transgressions and the Second Jaalilani-Romano War(617-622) was well on the way. The result of the war led to a deadlock battle as no force was superior. The Jaalilani Emperor, Oniah Jaali, took this time to fortify his realm, train and equip soldiers for the inevitable Third Jaalilani-Romano War. Emissaries were sent to try to establish a peace treaty to the Roman Emperor, but they were detained and later killed. This incited the Emperor Oniah Jaali and he commenced in war. 30,000 Romans were slaughtered in the briefest of the wars. Roman retreated and Emperor Oniah Jaali was able to hold back the Romans for another 46 years. After the death of the great Emperor Oniah Jaali, Rome sought to take advantage of that and the War of Jijieuse waged on. The Jaalilani people raged war with Roman General Cornelius Bresdenicus, the conqueror of the regional western petty city-states. Roman forces overwhelmed the Jaalilani and Jaalilan fell into Roman hands. Jaalilan was renamed Bresdennia in honor of the Roman General Bresdennicus. Bresdenn Proper, the major country and namesake of the Realm, was for centuries a puppet state of the conquering French and their king Charles the Bald, grandson of Charlemagne, since 862, after the brief independent rule. The Duchy of Bresdennia, was a independent sovereign duchy founded in 707 after The Expulsion of the Romans by the Bresdenu and Minsai Tribes. In 1221, Bresdenn won it's independence in The Glorious Beginnings War led by Prince Xavier Caple, a cousin to the french king. In early Fall of 1221, Prince Xavier was cowned King of Bresdennia. After many years of prosperity, Bresdenn has continously grown to annex many surrounding countries and oversea territories. The Bresdennian Realm, itself was not created until after the marriage of King Orvin I of Bresdennia & The Bresdennique Islands and Queen Corstania of Varionae. The royal couple's marriage produced King Christian X, his brother,King Alexandero I of The Bresdennian Realm, VII of Bresdenn,and Princess Aliza, Princess of The Bresdennique Islands, three very important Bresdennian figures. The Unification of The Realms Act of 1437 which brought Bresdenn, Varionae and The Bresdennique Islands under the personal union of King Christian X and was named The Realms of Greater Bresdenn. Under the direction of General Charles- Renee' Boudain, Bresdenn was successful in The Fourteen Year War against The Torvin people of Antionique. The Torvin King, Anakxa abdicated and on September 24, 1489, King Alexandero I & VII was proclaimed Lord of Antionique. Parliament in 1537 petitioned King Brian- Louis II to include the Lordship of Antionique in to the Realms for administrative and fiscal reasons. Following reform, King Christian XIII instituted the popular Reform of the Government of The Bresdennian Realm Act of 1789 and a new constitution The Great Constitution of The Bresdennian- French People, which increased the participation of citizen in government. The Government still operates under that Act and the Great Constitution.

The Bresdennian Realm is home to nearly 5 billion people. The people are of the BR are diverse and racially mixed. Most Bresdennians,

physically look similar to Ethopians or Mixed Raced African Americans. They have a range of hazel, green and brown eye color, sandy brown hair, light to dark olive skin. A majority of Bresdennians are of African, Cherokee, Sui & Cheyenne American Indian and French- European ancestry. Citizens of the Realm range from new born to Jerome St.Pierre's age of 118, the oldest citizen of the BR. They can expect to live an average of 81.3 years and the BR's birth rate is 1 every 6 minutes.

Bresdennian Kingdoms, Natives and Racial Make-Up

Bresdenn

The Bresdennian Kingdom of Bresdenn, according to official history, Bresdennia was founded in 707 A.D. after the War of Jijieusi, which the former state of Jaalilan fell to Rome. The Royal Family seat in the Kingdom of Bresdenn is The Rose Palace in Saint Corlo, its capital. The French took possession of the area and in 1221, Bresdennia split from the French Crown. The heir apparent, the Crown Prince(ss), is the Prince(ss) of Bresdenn by law. The Kingdom of Bresdenn premier's archbishopric is the Archbishopric of Saint Corlo, which is held simultaneously with the Prelateship. The predominant religions of the Kingdom is 87% Bresdennian Baptist, 7% Catholic, 5% Protestant, 1% Other. The National Animal is the Bresdennian Dragon, an animal still found today, is similar to the Komodo Dragon. The National Motto for Bresdenn is Pour Dieu, Pour Bresdenn, Pour Humanité, which translates to For God, For Bresdenn, For Mankind.

Bresdenn, formerly known as Bresdennia by their Roman occupiers, has several native tribes. The demonymn for the people of present-day Bresdenn and the Realm is known as Bresdennians. The Ancient Warrior Tribe of the Jaalilani are the native to Bresdennian Coast and were the overlords of the Bresdenu, the Minsai and the Pato-Leni. The Bresdenu inhabited The Rinto Highlands in central and northern Bresdenn while the Minsai tribe are native to the jungles and forest of Southern Bresdenn. Ancient Bresdennians are of African and Egyptian descent. Many have Roman decent and present day variants of Pok-Pow are still spoken today.

The Bresdennique Islands

The Bresdennian Kingdom of Bresdennique was founded in 922 but several sources disagree. The most common demonymn is simply Bresdennians but to differentiate from the mainlaind Bresdennian they use Bresdenniquian. The Offical Seat and Residence of the Sovereign in Bresdennique is Saint Micheal's Castle in Ashton just outside the Capital City of Avion. The Prince(ss) of Bresdennique is normally the second child of the Sovereign. The Kingdoms' Premier Archbishop of the Bresdennian Baptist Church is the Archbishop of Avion. The prominent religions are 80% Bresdennian Baptist, 14% Protestant, 5% Catholic, 1% Other. The National Animal is the Blue Tipped Swan. The National Motto is pour Dieu que nous servons, which mean for God we serve.

The Bresdennique Islands is the native home of The Pato-Leni People. The genetically close people to the Bresdenu tribe is said to have settled in the Bresdennique Islands over 20,000 years ago, according to geneticist and historians. These inhabitants are known to resemble mainland Bresdennians. They paid tribute to their overlords, The Jaalilani. They are mixed with the Cherokee Native Americans who sought refugee in the early 1700's and 1800's. HM's late Grandfather is a descendent and Chieftain of the Cherokee tribe. The term Bresokee is often used to determine racial make up.

Varionae

The Bresdennian Kingdom of Varionae was founded in 1129 and was annexed in 1304 by the Kingdom of Bresdenn. The demonymn is Varionese but Vario-Bresdennian is often used and politically correct. The Capital City of Saris is the largest city in the country of Varionae and the Official Royal Residence, Zodorlee House just outside Saris. The Prince(ss) of Varionae is normally the 3 child of the Sovereign or may be bestowed to a senior Royal Family member. The premier Archbishop is the Archbishop of Saris, which is held simultaneously by the Prelate. The major religion are 47% Bresdennian Baptist,28% Catholic, 20%Protestant, 5% Other. The National Animal is the Lion. The National Motto is la justice, la liberté, la majesté, which translates to Justice, Liberty, Majesty.

Antionique

The Bresdennian Kingdom of Antionique was founded in 1077 annexed in 1489 by the Bresdennian Crown. The demonymn of Antionque's citizens is Antionians or Antio-Bresdennians. Antionia's, the former name of Antionque, capital is the ancient city of Nasbar. The Official Royal Residence is the Calsey Palace in Nasbar. The premier Archbishop is the Archbishop of Nasbar. The major religions are 47% Bresdennian Baptist, 36% Catholic, 14% Protestant, 2%Other. The National Animal is the Brown Bear. The National Motto is second to none.

Antionique is the native home of the Torvins tribe. The Torvin People are renowned for their strength and height. The natural terrain of the woodsy, hilly countryside is the traditional home of the people. The people are famed for their hunting and craftsman skills. The African, European and Torvian mix is the majority make up of the people.

The Bresdennian Realm's Culture & Languages
The Official Languages are Bresdennian French, French and English. The Bresdennian French language is derived from the Romantic language of French and the ancient tongue of the Bresdenu Tribe. In some areas the native language of the Varionese, tribes of The Minsai, The Pato-Leni, The Ancient Tribe of the Bresdenu, and The Torvin may be spoken. Bresdennian French and English are taught in school by law. According to the Ministry of Education(MoE), a total of 97.2% of the population is literate. The MoE mandates that each student be fluent in 2 languages other than Bresdennian French, English and French. The Bresdennian Realm being diverse in its nature is home to an influx of lifestyles, cultures and exotics. These all being an indulgence of the rich and famous. Religion Within the Realm
In the Bresdennian Realm, most citizens are of the Christian Faith. The Bresdennian Rite of the Baptist Church is by far the major denomination of Christianity. The following is next major denominations; African American Methodist Episcopal, Roman Catholic, Methodist, Episcopalian, Church of God In Christ and Reformed Catholics.

The faith is governed and regulated by The Holy Bresdennian Baptist Church, which an overwhelmingly majority of the citizens belong to. Founded in the early years of the middle of the 1600s after the split from the Catholic Church, the church has been very influential. The BR is a tolerant nation and also have religious groups such as Jews, Muslims,Hindu & Buddhists. The next major religion in the Realm is Islam/Muslims followed by Judaism and then Buddhism. About 1.5% citizens of the Realm call themselves atheists.

Government Structure, Politics & Courts

HM's Government

The Bresdennian Government is headed by His Majesty, The Sovereign, who serves as Head of State & Government. The Privy Council, is the senior most council in which the senior and appointed members of the government advise and work with the Sovereign. The Privy Council is made up of 5 branches of government; the Legislative Committee known as the United Parliament, the Administrative Committee known as the Cabinet of Ministers, the Religious & Spirituality Committee, the Judicial Committee , and the Executive Committee.

The Judicial branch is the branch charged with interpreting, protecting and the enforcement of Bresdennian law. The Ministry of Justice is headed by the Minister of Justice and the Chief Supreme Justice. The Legislative branch is the responsible for the formation of laws and inspection, audits and counsel of government. The United Parliament is a bicameral house which makes the Legislative branch. The Chamber of Peers is lead by the Lord Speaker of the Chamber of Peers and The People's Assembly is led by the President of the People's Assembly. The Executive branch is the Executive Office of the Sovereign(EOS) which is responsible for the supportive staff, aristocracy affairs and departments under HM's direct control as well as the Royal College of Advisors. The Administrative branch is the branch that the nation's ministries and departments are included. The Secretariat is the head of the Administrative Branch. The Religious branch of the government is majority led by the Prelate of the Holy Bresdennian Baptist Church in the stead of the Sovereign, which directs the National Religion and Spirituality Affairs.

Parliament

The United Parliament of the Bresdennian Realm,the official name of the Bresdennian parliament, creates the legislation and other duties given by the Great Constitution. The United Parliament is bicameral, made up of Peers and Representatives of every nation in the Bresdennian Realm. The current Parliament's first session was in the Winter/Fall Session of 1789. The nobility, being law bound to counsel the sovereign and retaining much prestige took seniority to the commoner members. In 1791,The Parliament was split into two houses. The Chamber of Peers serves as the upper house. Prince Michael Sabastian de Caple served as the first Lord Speaker. The People's Assembly was created as the lower. Mr.Calvin Corbaine, a rich merchant from Southern Bresdenn, was elected the first President.

-The Parliamentary Administrative Office
The Parliamentary Administrative Office is the office that is directly responsible for the direct support of the United Parliament. The PAO records and files bills, laws, patents, contracts, and historically important document and events via the Parliamentary Archival Office and the Registrar of Bills & Laws. This office supports both houses, The Chamber of Peers and The People's Assembly, with it clerks, aides and resources. The PAO is headed by the Clerk of the United Parliament who is responsible for the administration and resource management. The Clerk directly deals with the contracts, resources, housekeeping and ground management and other needs of the Parliament. The Clerk works with all officers of each house of parliament as well as the Sovereign's Liaison to Parliament and the Royal College of Advisors. The Clerk is assisted by several officers in the PAO. The Clerk's senior most assistant is the Director of Operations/Administration Clerk. He/She is responsible for task and duties delegated by the Clerk as well as the day to day operation of the PAO, the Parliament Building & grounds and parliamentary office buildings and branches. The PAO is split administratively under the Clerk and Administration Clerk. The Parliamentary Research Office and The Parliamentary Archival Office, with the Parliamentary Archival Office(AOP) operating almost independently. The Parliamentary Archival Office is led by the Secretariat/Director. The Secretariat is responsible for the office administration, printing duties, the operation of the Parliamentary Library & Exhibit as well as duties of a Librarian Administrator. The Registrar of Bills and Laws is an unique position, reporting to multiple officers. The Registrar is the officer responsible for the clerical editing, assigning Bill and Law Archival Codes, typing and preparing official document and presentation to the Sovereign for signing in Parliament Session. Bresdennian Law mandates that all Bills that come before the Sovereign must be prepared and signed by the Registrar, signed by the President of the People's Assembly and by the Lord Speaker. The Parliamentary Research Office(PRO) is the branch of the PAO that is responsible for the research of any matter for the use of Parliamentary members to better support, not support, gain a stance, or prepare legislation and oversights. The Research Office will gather information on a topic for their need. The PRO is led by the Director. The last major officer of the PAO is the Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer is charged with the fiscal responsibility of the Parliament. The CFO is directly responsible for fiscal contracts, parliamentary account management, procurement and reimbursements dealing with approved transactions and the payment of services. The CFO has the legal use of all the Bresdennian government's resources to recover payments owed to parliament.

The Legislative Process
The Legislative System is a bit different in the realm from other countries such as the U.S. The Chamber of Peer, which is the upper house of the United Parliament of the Bresdennian Realm, cannot introduce laws such as the US Senate. The Chamber uses Propositions. Propositions are the Chamber's way of suggesting implementations and other Stances to the People's Assembly to debate, form into Stances and returned to approved by the Chamber. The People's Assembly by law is the only house of the United Parliament that can introduce Stances. Stances are legislation that are being drafted, committee reviewed and in process from both houses. The Chamber of Peers has retained a special power called "pas avec le soutien de l'aîné", meaning not with the backing of the elder which allows them to block a Stance by not gaining Sponsors in the Chamber. Bresdennian Law mandates that each bill that comes before the Sovereign's approval must be sponsored by both houses of the United Parliament. Stances regarding budgets, expenses of the government and parliament and other administrative fees are de jure sponsored by both the Lord Speaker and the Lord Secretary in the Chamber and the President and Master of the Roll in the People's Assembly. Any Stance that has not gained any supporters of either house is called a dead mans stance. After approval or veto from the Chamber of Peers the People's Assembly may override with 3/4 majority. If the Stance is approved it is written into a Bill. Bills, which are more formally called Resolution of Stance, are legislation, petitions and other announcements that are debated, reviewed and voted that are ready for the approval of the Sovereign to become law. A Bill must have originated as a Stance by law to ensure both houses have had the opportunity to review, advise,support, augment, debate and augment a proposed law. A Sovereign may veto any bill. In the case of a Sovereign's Veto a special session of the United Parliament is called. The veto may be override if 2/3 of the United Parliament consents. Executive Will of the Sovereign is when the Sovereign directly implements a law. The law is valid without the approval of the United Parliament for 120 days, after that time it can be vetoed or approved permanently.

-Chamber of Peers

The Chamber of Peers(CoP) is unique body. The CoP has been in session prior to the signing of The Great Constitution. The nobles of the Realm by birthright and law have the duty to counsel their sovereign. The chamber has 137 seats for Lord Temporals and 12 Lord Spirituals and can be raised at the approval of the Sovereign. There are 3 elected positions in the Chamber; the Lord Speaker, the Lord Secretary and the Lord Marshal. The Prelate of the Holy Bresdennian Church serves as Chief Counselor of State for Religion and is not elected by the body. The Lord Spirituals are members of the Chamber and serve as Counselors of the Sovereign's Conscience by tradition and law. The Lord Spirituals are not elected by the people and may serve as Lord Secretaries and Lord Marshals or any other position with the exception of Lord Speaker. Since the founding of the The Holy Bresdennian Baptist Church, seats have been reserved for the 12 senior most Archbishops and Bishops.

They have authority over the religious factors of the state.Their position today is becoming more less advisory and gaining political sway. Any noble may potentially serve, as a right of a titled noble but can only serve at the request of the Sovereign or by nomination of the Chamber's Nominations & Dismissal Committee . The Chamber of Peers has the right to consult, advise, modify legislation of The People's Assembly before it appears before The Sovereign. If this occurs the Assembly must ratify stance for re- approval. The Chamber of Peers approves The Secretariat's cabinet appointments before The Sovereign officially grants it. In addition, The United Parliament approves the Chief Supreme Justice and Supreme Justices of The Realm. Laws can be not introduced in the Chamber but what is called propositioned. Propositions are the Chamber's way of suggesting implementations and other Stances to the People's Assembly to debate, form and returned to approved by the Chamber. The Chamber forms committees and sub-committees, and balances the power of the people, nobles,executives, military and judiciary.

In The People's Assembly(PA) there are currently over 170 Political Districts. Each district elects 2 able persons to be Representatives. Every major, capital or royal city with over 500,000 residents also has a representative. Based on population, additional candidates will be allowed run. The Bureau of Elections & Protocol determines which districts will have additional representation according to laws and population. The current numbers of seats are 322 but was recently increased to 357 for the next session. The number of seats are regulated by law and can be raised by the Sovereign. the Master of the Roll & the Sergeant-at-Arms. The President is elected by the PA, normally a member of the major party. The Minority Leader is elected from the 2 parties with the least majority. The President in return appoints the Master of the Roll(MoTR) and the Sergeant at Arms(Sgt.aA). Representatives create legislation, form committees and sub-committees, check the executives branches action based on the legality and constitution, approve Deputies of each ministry.

Politics, Elections & Terms

The Bureau of Elections & Protocols along with the Parliament make and regulate the rules and processes for elections. There are three groups of people who are elected which are the Secretariat, District & Administrative Judges and Representatives in the People's Assembly. There BR being comprised of multiple countries have regions, districts,counties and cities to govern efficiently and effectively. There are 6 main regions; Northern BR, Southern BR, Eastern BR,Western BR, Commonwealth Territories East, and Commonwealth Territories West, used to determine location, which are broken into subregions like Northwest Bresdenn - West Antionique in the Western BR Region, for accurate location, court and military districts.The regions are divided into districts named after the cluster of counties or ancient names such as Quiore-Rawaun-Yevor District, for elections. Each district is again divided into counties and cities, with each county having a county/city council. Well known metropolitan cities in the BR include the Realm's Capital, St. Corlo in Bresdenn, the home of some of the wealthiest citizen, Tolson Hills in Bresdenn, Rubyland City in Varionae, and the resort town of Berusalem Ville to name a few. The territories of the BR are governed by their respective Governors and the Executive of the Commonwealth Territories.

The Secretariat Elections in the Bresdennian Realm are held every 5 years by the citizens and nobility. Secretariats can not serve more than 2 terms. The Secretariat shall posses and be a citizen of the Bresdennian Realm of atleast 32 years of age, and resident of the Bresdennian Realm for a minimum of 9 years prior to office. The Secretariat shall serve for five years or at the pleasure of the Sovereign. In the case of resignation, dismissal, death, or incompetence a special election will be held in The People's Assembly. A nominee will be chosen from each the Sovereign and the Lord Minority. The Secretariat's Ministerial appointees are not subject to elections, but terms are marked by the PM elections.

Parliament members may not all be elected, but there are requirements. Peers in the Chamber of Peers must be a peer of The Realm or representative of the Church, 30 years of age minimum, good and upstanding member of society, possess a land title or have recognition of The Sovereign. On the other hand, Representatives in the People's Assembly serve for 4 years for an undetermined amount of terms. Representatives must be 27 years or older, able and sound minded, live in the district the represent for a minimum of 7 years and must not be a member of titled nobility.

Secretariat Elections

If a candidate intends to run for the Office of Secretariat with a party, He/She must complete form Intent to Run for Party Candidate- ELE-1000 to their respective Party Headquarters at minimum, 2 years/(24) months before Secretariat Elections.

After winning an endorsement election from their respective party, Candidates may campaign with funds from private investors up to a max of 250,000

All Candidates(Independent & Party Affiliate) must complete and submit Intent to Run for Secretariat Form-ELE-1001 to the Office of Elections & Protocols within 60 days after winning Party endorsement.

If a Candidate meets the qualifications for office, Campaign Fund Package Forms- ELE-1020, ELE-1021, ELE-1022 must be completed within 90 days after approval. These forms are the forms that regulate and record campaign funds, management and any request for government funds.

Full Campaigning Operations may begin as soon as Intent Papers are approved, normally within 5-7 business days of filing.

After a year of campaigning, an open ballot election is held and a candidate is announced the winner.

As tradition, The Sovereign gives the new Secretariat his permission and a ceremonial Secretariat slash.

Parliamentary Elections

If a candidate intends to run for a Parliamentary Seat with a party, He/She must complete form Intent to Run for Party Candidate- ELE-1310 to their respective Party Headquarters and District Office at minimum, a year a six months before Parliamentary Elections.

Within each party, elections are held. Candidates that win their party's endorsement are allowed to campaign partially with a max amount of funds of 100,000.

All Candidates(Independent & Party Affiliate) must complete and submit Intent to Run for Parliament Form-ELE-227 to the Office of Elections & Protocols within 60 days after winning Party endorsement.

If a Candidate meets the qualifications for office, Campaign Fund Package Forms- ELE-233, ELE-237, ELE-239 must be completed within 90 days after approval. These forms are the forms that regulate and record campaign funds, management and any request for government funds.

Full Campaigning Operations may begin as soon as Intent Papers are approved, normally within 5-7 business days of filing.

After a year of campaigning, an open ballot election is held and candidates from each district are announced the winner.

New Members of Parliament are sworn in during the Opening Session of Parliament.

*Note- The amount of Candidates from each district varies according to population, so many districts have multiple representatives and party affiliations.

Lower Court Elections-District Administrative Judges

Judges that already sit on the bench may run for District Administrative Judge, Any judge who wishes to run must submit form ELE-115DC do so before a year of Lower Court Elections to The Office of Elections & Protocols- Clerk of Judicial Affairs.

Judges are NOT ALLOWED to campaign. Judges must submit form Declaration of Stance-ELE-220DCS A Declaration of Stance is issued 1 year before voting via mail and again 6 & 3 months before voting via mail.

Judges win the position in a two part voting session. The judges elections is held during the Secretariat Elections. The people elections as it is known amongst the judges, is when the citizens choose by popular vote. The second part is the "first among equals" election in which the judges of that respective court(civil, criminal & domestic ) vote. The candidate with the majority wins.

In any case where the popular vote and the judges vote do not equal, the percentage of majority of each the session will be combined. Whoever has the highest percentage wins the office.

Courts
The Courts of the Bresdennian Realm are a complex but efficient system managed by the Supreme Justices and The Ministry of Justice.The Minister of Justice(MoJ) is the main administrator dealing with fiscal and administrative duties, although shared with the Lord Chief Supreme Justice(CSJ). The CSJ mainly checks the head of each court division, checks the legality of MoJ's actions and interprets the law while the MoJ manages the offices, programs and personnel.

There are 5 Courts in the Court System, which all decisions may be appealed to the Supreme Court. Supreme Court is charged with the interpretation of all category of laws; overturn decisions of any judge of any court. The Supreme Court has the final and supreme authority on the interpretation and judgement of laws. No jury will ever be used. The Supreme Court shall have authority to hear cases of Executive crimes and abuses. The Bench of the Supreme Court shall consist of 13 regular Justices with a Justice-at-Large, serving for a term of 4 years from the Appellate Courts. The Supreme Court wears red and black robes with white collars. The Supreme Court is headed by the Lord Chief Supreme Justice. The Appellate Court reviews, corrects and modifies decisions of the Criminal, Domestic, and Civil courts according to law and The Great Constitution. Judges wear black robes with white collars. The Appellate Court is led by the Lord President of the Appellate Court. There are currently 227 Appellate Judges appointed by the Sovereign on advice of the Secretariat that work within 24 Circuits. Each Circuit/District is led by the Administrative Judge. The Criminal Courts are the courts that hear first instant crimes cases and the guilty are tried and prosecuted; juries may be used according to defendants choice. Criminal Court Judges wear black robes. The Criminal Court currently has 56 Districts and 783 Judges. The Criminal Court is led by the Lord President of the Criminal Court. Each Circuit/District is led by the Administrative Judge. The Civil Courts hears the first instant cases where legal disputes are handled by civilians and suits under 25,000 BBs. Juries are known to be used in certain select instances. Civil Court Judges wear black robes. There are 56 Districts, comparable to the Criminal Court, with 651 Judges. Criminal and Civil Courts are normally housed in the same courthouse. The Civil Courts are led by the Lord President of the Civil Court. Each Circuit/District is led by the Administrative Judge. The Domestic Affairs Court handles cases of child custody, divorce, inheritance, child emancipation, taxation issues, bankruptcy and other domestic matters. It was formerly known as HM's Special Court. Domestic Court Judges wear black robes. The Domestic Court is divided into 52 Districts with 512 Judges currently serving. The Domestic Court is led by the Lord President of the Domestic Court. Each Circuit/District is led by the Administrative Judge. The Military Courts is headed by the Justice General of the Military Courts. The Military Court is divided into Divisions led by the Administrative Justice, which hears the cases by military personnel in active duty- domestic or abroad. Military Court Judges wear black robes with white collars. The Military Court Division of Criminal Affairs hears cases of crimes committed by active duty personnel or civilians dealing with the Armed Forces Services and Contractors against Bresdennian and International Law. The Military Court Division of Appeals hears appellate cases. In the event of further appeals, appeals are brought before the Supreme Court.

The Monarchy and Nobility

The Bresdennian Realm is ruled by the current monarch King Brian IV Paul. His Majesty's ultimately manages all areas of Bresdennian Society, by tradition.

The present government was formed in 1789, in the form of a Monarchy with a prime ministerial and parliamentary system. The Royal Family have always governed the affairs of the Realm.The government is traditionally based off the Great Constitution. To alleviate and better manage such affairs the Sovereign's government is divided into categories and each headed by an executive. The Government Branch is headed by the elected Secretariat. The secretariat is responsible for governmental ministers and government matters and inspections through the Office of the Secretariat(OS). Karla Peterson is the appointed executive charged with social, religious, and nobility affairs. She heads the Sovereign's support staff and works through The Executive Office of The Sovereign(EOS). Lord Chief Supreme Justice William George Adolphus is the appointed executive of the Judicial Branch for life. He and the Supreme Justices are responsible for the interpretation and protection of Bresdennian Law. The Parliament, making up the Legislative Branch, is comprised of 2 houses each has its own leaders. The Chamber of Peers is led by the Lord Speaker and the People's Assembly is led by the President. When joint sessions are called, the Lord Speaker presides. The last branch is the Religious Branch which is managed by the Prelate of the Holy Bresdennian Baptist Church in the person of Archbishop Nathan Rivers, who also works closely to EOS.

Since the split from the French crown, the Monarch of The Realm has come from a line of the House of Caple, anglicize for the name Capel .After several successful marriages, the house absored the possessions of the House of Tucker-Curley-Winfeild. Queen Ruby Lee of Bresdenn married King Willie Manuel de The Cherokee, the current King's grandparents, thus created the present House of Caple-Tucker-Curley-Winfeild-Wilson. This union brought in the duchies of Cherokeeland, West Baltimore and the lands of Carolina Minor and Marj into the house. King Brian IV received the throne from his grandmother, not through his parents. Given this, After HM King Brian Paul's accession to the throne, through letters patent the Royal Family's surname was changed to Caple-Wilson-Davis to honor his father's ancestry the House of Davis, the Princes of Wylie. This only applies to the children of Princess C.Renee' and Prince Wayne Anthony, the Kings parents. The complete list of the Crown Jewels of the Bresdennian Realm has a total of 237 pieces of jewelry, precious stones, diadems, furniture, tiaras and crowns.

One of the most famous pieces of the collection is The Ring of Perpetual Sovereignty also known as the Sovereign's Ring. The ring is 127kt Bresdennian Blue Sapphire in a twisted white gold and gold setting and band. The most expensive piece is The Crown of the Realms also known as King Christian X's Crown. The crown was in 1437 for his coronation made of 125 precious stones from diamonds, sapphires, canary diamonds, pearls, and emeralds. It has 4 crosses representing the four countries and the Sapphire of Bresdenn, which is the largest Bresdennian Blue Sapphire ever found, in the center. It has the Pearl Cross on top.

The Crown of the Realms

There are several other famous pieces. The Sword of King Xavier I is a simple gold sword with a Bresdennian Blue Sapphire encrusted in diamonds at the tip of the handle made by Cartier Paul during the reign of King Xavier.The Thrones of the Varionese the old thrones used by the Kings and Queens of Varionae and was favored by earlier Bresdennian kings for its grandeur and comfort. The King's Throne is the largest of the two. It is made of Varionese Cherry Oak and accented by red velvet cushions. In the center is the Diamond of Mercy, a large 10kt diamond entombed in a gold casing. The chair sits on 4 large pearls. The Queen's Throne is slightly smaller made with all the same material and design with no diamond in the center. The Rose Orb is an ancient part of the crown jewels. It is a thick glass ball with The Rose of St. Mary Red Sapphire entombed, crusted with diamonds and the French Cross on top in white gold, the orb itself was created in the 15th century.

St Mary was an early founder of The Holy Bresdennian Church. She is remembered for being a martyr and confidant to the Royal Family of the time. This staff was given by the Holy Bresdennian Baptist Church to the Sovereign as a sign of God's authority and the faith of the nation and the Sovereign. The Nobility

The Nobility is very much intertwined in the culture of the Realm. This ancient class have always counseled their Sovereign, protected and governed the affairs of the BR. Nobility in the Bresdennian Realm is unique. The nobility is divided into 5 classes in order of precedence. The senior most is les noblesse royal, nobles of royal blood or a former sovereign, legitimate people who are at least 3 pedigrees to the sovereign this includes great-great,great and grandparents,parents, aunts, uncles, siblings, nephews, nieces and 1 cousins and their spouses.The next senior most class is les noblesse de le terre meaning nobles of the land in french, the nobles who possess a title attached to fief and are passed hereditary.

les noblesse de lettres nobles who's titles are conferred from the Sovereign, may be attached to the land and may with previous permission be hereditary. les noblesse d'honneur meaning nobles of honor- those who's title is not attached to a fief and the title is confirmed only for life.The least senior in precedence is les noblesse chevaleresque who are knights/dames of orders but are not peers and may not sit in the Chamber.The are now, since the late 1700's, not nobles.

The Nobility possess certain privileges and enjoyments other citizens do not. They dont pay a tax on income from their fief, they may sit in the Chamber of Peers, they may legally posses titles and other perks.The Civil List is comprised every fiscal year and changes in funds and placement are made by the sovereign and the Superintendent of TM's Finance & Civil List. The Civil List is the list of people who are granted payment from the Crown either for services, royal/ noble support or merit. nobles of the Bresdennian Realm are stipend from the Crown in respect to their fief.

The Ministry of Commerce, Labor & Economics manages the economy and economic operations nationally. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade manages the foreign efforts of trade and foreign special markets. The Ministry of Finance & HM's Treasury manages the receipts, records, and management of the funds. The Realm's tourism industry is ran by the Ministry of State's department of Tourism, Culture, Media & Sports via The Executive Board of the Tourism Commission.

In 2011, the BR had a total of 49.6 million visitor that stayed longer than 24 hours. The Realm is home to (22) World Heritage and Regional Heritage Sites. The Rose Palace of Bresdenn, Straulor Monument, The International Mall, and The Myers Museum of Art & Culture are all apart of that list. There are many historic towns that receive a lot of tourism such as Corléans (pronounced Kor/lay/oun) and The Duchy of Sorrelyn(pronounced Sor/rah/lin). The resort towns along the coast are among the most visited areas of the Realm. The BR accepts a median of 216,325 legal immigrants a year. The Realm is known as an asylum for refugees from many regions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade's Department of Immigration notes that 376,197 student visas were issued in 2013.

The Bresdennian Realm is located on a large continent similar to Europe or Africa.

Mt. Suroe mountain range in North Bresdenn.

The Realm's major country, Bresdenn, is bordered by Antionique, a possession of the Realm on the Northeast; The Bresdennique Islands are located in The Bresdennian Sea southwest of the Bresdennian mainland; Varionae, another possesion bordered by The Nation of Urelia in the west.The Bresdennian Realm has many diverse terrain and climates. The Northern part Bresdenn and neighboring Antionique have a variety of mountain ranges and tend to be snowy and/or cold. The highest peak in the BR is Mt. Suroe in that area. There majority of Varionae is littered with forestry and woods along with farming land. Southern Saryland, a territory of the Realm, has numerous small deserts that support a variety of desert wild life.

The Bresdennique Islands are warm and tropical like Jamaica or the Caribbeans. The Realm is home to an endless list of natural resources. Minerals and Metals like Copper, Aluminum, Beryl, Bronzite,Gold, Steel, Tin, Silver, and Bronze can be found in abundance. We have a rich amounts of timberwood, natural gases, petrol, crude oil and water via several springs, seas, lakes and streams like Aspen Falls Springs, The Bresdennian Sea and Wrayler National Lake.

The Bresdennian Realm can call home to a diversity of animals. The National Animal is an Bresdennian Dragon, which has roamed the Bresdennian Mainland for 20 million years. The Realm has other notable animals such as The Bresdennian Dove and The Blue- Tipped Swan.

Preamble:
We the Inhabitants of The Most Christian Bresdennian Realm, its Territories, Colonies and States, in Order to form a more effective government establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, curtail Royal and noble abuses and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Most Christian Bresdennian Realm.

Article I
The Sovereign & the Executive Committee

Section 1

All executive powers shall be herein vested in the Sovereign and exercised through HM's Privy Council. All of government shall be formed into committees of HM's Privy Council. The Executive Committee shall be the said head of HM's Privy Council.

Section 2

The Executive Committee, consisting of only the Sovereign of the Most Christian Bresdennian Realm, who shall be concurrently the Monarch of the Imperial Family, shall be herein vested with the responsibility and executive of government as a whole.

Section 3

The Sovereign, as sole member of the Executive Committee, shall concurrently serve traditionally, legally and ritually as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces; as the Fount of Justice; as the Keeper and Preserver of Government and the Root of Authority.

shall express all authority in the Bresdennian Realm, its territories, colonies and states and the affairs thereof including and not limiting the sole right to declare and end war; to call to session of the Joint Parliament; to check and correct government of this Realm; to regulate Commerce with foreign Nations and coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; to grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water and to reject or dismiss the elected Secretariat. The Sovereign at will may delegate affairs and duties in defeat of neglect.

The Sovereign, although the Keeper of Government, may not at any expressed time suppress the rights of man unless under treason and executive offenses; shall not interfere with the election of any public official of this Realm; may not preside over case before the courts albeit serving as the Fount of Justice.

Article II
The Secretariat & the Administrative Committee

Section 1

All administrative Powers neglected and/or delegated by the Sovereign is herein vested in the Administrative Committee of HM's Privy Council. The Administrative Committee, consisting of government ministers, aides and directors members shall be limited at the Sovereign's preference in numbers and be qualified of station. All ministries, directives and joint government activities shall report to the Administrative Committee. The Secretariat of the Bresdennian Realm as Head of HM's Government and Chair the Administrative Committee.

No Person shall be the Secretariat who shall not have attained to the Age of 32 Years, and been a natural born Citizen of the Bresdennian Realm, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that which is outside the Bresdennian Realm, its territories, its colonies and its states in which he shall be chosen. In the case of resignation, dismissal, death, or incompetence a special election will be held in The People's Assembly.

Section 2

The Secretariat shall be responsible and entrusted to lawfully posses the right and authority to assist and advise in the governing of the Bresdennian Realm, to preside, appoint and dismiss the Cabinet of Ministers, and to advise and counsel the Sovereign and Parliament on affairs of government.

The Secretariat shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the Bresdennian Realm.

Article III
the United Parliament of the Bresdennian Realm

Section 1

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in the Legislative Committee of the Bresdennian Realm, which shall consist of a Chamber of Peers serving as the upper house and a People's Assembly serving as the junior, jointly known and operating as the United Parliament of the Bresdennian Realm. The Legislative Committee shall be headed by the Lord Speaker, who shall concurrently serve as Speaker of the Chamber of Peers.

Powers vested jointly in the United Parliament of the Bresdennian Realm shall include any responsibility neglected by the Executive and Administrative Committees of HM Privy Council; the right to assess, approve or reject the central government’s expenditure and income revenues; entitled to instigate into a specific issue, without reference or interference of the government; to inquiry a minister or government agent to account and question; entitled and privileged to include freedom of speech, freedom from arrest in civil action, exemption from jury duty, exemption from appearing as a witness and the enjoyment of freedom from obstruction, interference, intimidation and molestation; enjoy the privilege and right to discipline government agents and operations, right to institute inquiries, call witnesses, demand papers and report evidence; and to sponsors each Resolution of Stance also known as a bill, that comes before the Sovereign's approval.

The United Parliament, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Citizens of two thirds of the several States, Territories, and Colonies, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Parliament.

The United Parliament must convene at minimum of 2 sessions a year. Other joint sessions of parliament may be called at the approval of the Lord Speaker.

The Lord Speaker, serving as head of the United Parliament, shall express the authority to represent and serve as the Spokesperson for the Parliament; to call a special session to elect a President of the People's Assembly in case of no clear winner; to determine who is to speak when two individuals rise at the same time; to rule on points of order; to discipline members who violate the rules of the Parliament; the Lord Speaker shall possess the authority to break ties in Joint Sessions of Parliament; and to facilitate all oaths of office of executive officials of the Parliament.

Section 2

The Chamber of Peers shall be composed of 137 Noble Members and 12 Archbishops chosen by the Sovereign, shall have the Qualifications requisite of any other member of nobility and clergy of the Bresdennian Realm.

No Person shall be a Peer in Chamber who shall not have attained to the Age of 30 Years, and been in possession a land and/or ancient title and who shall not, when appointed, be an Inhabitant outside of the Bresdennian Realm, its territories, colonies or state in the term of 9 years prior to office.

The actual Enumeration shall be made within 4 Years after the first Meeting of the Chamber of Peers of the Bresdennian Realm, and within every subsequent Term of 6 Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Chamber of Peers shall be limited at the express will of the Sovereign but not numbering more than half of the People's Assembly members. When vacancies happen in the Chamber of Peers due to health, death or resign, the Executive Authority of the Nominations Committee thereof shall issue Writs of Nomination to the Sovereign to fill such Vacancies.

The Chamber of Peers shall choose their Officers, other than the Appointment of Lord Speaker by the Sovereign in which they shall offer a candidate.

The Chamber of Peers shall not have the power to introduce Stances, but may Proposition the junior house.

The Chamber of Peers shall express at will, the Power of Veto to any Stance from the People's Assembly or to deny Sponsorship the Chamber, ending legislative process of that Stance.

Section 3

The Lord Speaker, serving as head of the Chamber, shall express the authority and responsibility over the affairs of the Chamber; preside over the Sessions of the Chamber or appoint a delegate; to call the Chamber to order and dismissal; to determine who is to speak when two individuals rise at the same time; to rule on points of order; to discipline members who violate the rules of the Chamber; the Lord Speaker of the Chamber is to formally put the question before a vote; to announce the result of any vote; and to make certain announcements to the Chamber.

Section 4

The People's Assembly shall be composed of 357 non-noble Members chosen every second Year by the People of each the Bresdennian Realm, its territories, colonies and states, and shall have the Qualifications requisite for members of this chamber. The members limits are capped at the express will of the Sovereign with effective and accounted representation of the people.

No Person shall be an Assemblyman who shall not have attained to the Age of 27 Years, and been 10 Years a Citizen of the Bresdennian Realm, its territories, colonies and states, and who shall be, when elected, an Inhabitant of that region and/or district in which he shall be chosen of at minimum of 7 Years.

Assembly Members and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the whole of the Bresdennian Realm which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of citizens within the district. The actual Enumeration shall be made within 2 Years after the first Meeting of the People's Assembly of the Bresdennian Realm, and within every subsequent Term of 4 Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Assembly Members shall accommodate member Regions with at Least one Assembly Member.

When vacancies happen in the People's Assembly from any region, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.

The People's Assembly shall choose their President and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Forming Stances, beginning the legislative process.

The People's Assembly may override with 3/4 majority any rejected bill from the Chamber of Peers with 4 Sponsors from the Assembly with the additional required Chamber Sponsors.

Section 5
The President of the Assembly, serving as head of the junior house in addition to duties of any other representative, shall express the authority to serve as the Spokesperson for the Assembly; to call to order session of this house; and to direct, delegate and oversee affairs of the house.

Article IV
Ministries & Ministers

Section 1

Ministries shall be defined by this charter to be the important and/or specialize organization with broad scope or responsible for the activities for the sum of smaller bureaus. Ministries of the government of the Bresdennian Realm shall be head by a Minister, appointed by the Secretariat. Ministries maybe created with the approval of The United Parliament on behalf of the Sovereign.

To govern accordingly, the Government of the Bresdennian Realm must accommodate for a ministry for defensive measures; establish a treasury for fiscal enterprises; a ministry for matters of state and ministry to ensure justice and matters of judiciary.

Section 2

Ministers of the Bresdennian Realm shall be responsible for, possess and embody authority over the affairs of the Ministry of their profile. The Minister, concurrently serving on the Administrative Committee of HM's Privy Council, shall serve as the Principal Advisor and Deputy of the Secretariat and the Sovereign on all affairs of their profile.

The Minister shall serve at the pleasure of the Sovereign on advice of the Secretariat or for the period equivalent in term to the term of the Secretariat, with no term limit.

Article V
Courts and the Judiciary

Section 1

The judicial Power of the Bresdennian Realm, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Sovereign on the advice of Parliament may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the Bresdennian Realm shall be a Party;—to Controversies between two or more member States;— between a State, Territory or Colony and Citizens of another State, Territory, or Colony—between Citizens claiming Lands under Grants, and between a State, Territory, or Colony or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Parliament shall make.

The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the district where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, Territory or Colony the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Parliament may by Law have directed.

The Supreme Court of the Bresdennian Realm shall consist of the Lord Chief Supreme Justice and 12 Associate Justices, one of whom shall be on a termed appointment. Members of the Court, with the exception of the termed associate, shall not be subjugated to terms and all justices serve at the pleasure of the Sovereign, or until death, resignation, or impeachment by two thirds of Parliament.

The Lord Chief Supreme Justice shall serve as head of the judiciary and administrator of the court systems. The Lord Chief Supreme Justice shall be first among equals, serving as Administrator and Spokesman for the Supreme Court and the Court system as a whole.

Who We Are

The Ministry of National Security(MoNS) is the newest ministry of HM's Privy Council. MoNS is the combined entity of the former Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Intelligence. In 2014, the need to revert to a singular and more efficient intelligence force was recognized and The National Security & Effectiveness Act was passed. The current Ministry of National Security is based at The Honeycomb just outside the nation's capital. There are 4 branches of the military with over 4.03 million combined forces under their command. The branches are the Imperial Bresdennian Army, the Imperial Bresdennian Air Force, the Imperial Bresdennian Navy, and the Imperial Bresdennian Special Forces. The Commandant General heads the Armed Forces and is supported by the various branch Secretaries, normally a retired officer of that branch and a Chief of Staff who is always an active officer. The MoNS employs a civilian population of an estimated over 1.06 people including civilian staff of the military. Civilian personnel varies from field of study, medical personnel, consultations, business and contractors, researchers, inventors, educators and other personnel. The MoNS operations equates to the largest portion of the budget and is the largest ministry of the government.

The Bresdennian Cross of Valor

The are several awards and merits given to military personnel. The Highest Military Award of The Bresdennian Realm is The Bresdennian Imperial Cross of Valor. The Valor Medal or Cross of Valor as it is called, is only given to the most prestigious soldiers who have performed extraordinary courage and bravery during wartime operations. This award may be given posthumously. It has been given a total of 69 times in the past 300 some odd years. The Zulu Warrior Medallion is awarded to wounded and deceased soldiers for bravery, POWs and abundant courage. The more notable and thirdly most prestigious medal is The Medal of Merit & Honor, given to personnel who have gone above and beyond their duties, shown exemplary leadership and devotion to our military causes, during any operation.Members of the National Intelligence Service are highlighted for their dedicated service. The NSI gives various awards such as the Dossier Report Citation, JH Brownier Award for Outstanding Service and the Sovereign's Award. The MoNS also awards civilian members of the military and intelligence service. Civilians receive The Civilian Medal of Service, The Civilian Award for Science, Technology & Medicine, The Civilian Intelligence Award and The Intelligence Citation for Outstanding Service.

The Sovereign is the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Bresdennian Combined Forces by law and he gives most of his duties to be carried out by the Minster of National Security(Min.NS). The Min.NS manages the overall operations, fiscal matters, direction and policy of the ministry. The Chief Deputy Minister is the Minister's principal deputy for administrative and the Commandant General is the deputy for military affairs. There are several deputy ministers that help the Min.NS carry out his duties. The Ministry of National Security manages the oversights of the military and intelligence entities.

Minister Bellamy is a retired army officer, politician, educator and activist. Mr. Bellamy is from Avion, Bresdennique. He received his Bachelor's and Master's of Business Management from Avion University and the Bresdennian University. He went to Officer's School for the Bresdennian Army and continued until reaching the rank of Colonel. After almost 20 years in the military, he was elected to the People's Assembly, where he served one term. He is married to Celeste Bellamy. They are the parents of 3 children .

Dep. Min. Williams was a career military woman. She retired from the Royal Special Forces branch as a Lt. General. She has a degree in Project Management form the Bresdennian Military Academy. While enlisted in the Special Forces, she served in several ranging positions as Special Advisor to the Secretary of the Special Forces, Interim Inspector General, Commanding Officer, Mercenary Combined Forces Command(HMCFC) and Chief Logistical Officer in the Feild Office of the Operations Command Office. She is currently married to fellow military man, Col. Michael Williams.

Who We Are

The Ministry of State is a vital part of the Bresdennian government. It is the oldest department in the Cabinet. Before the Reformation of government, The Ministry of State was ran by the High Chancellor. The first known High Chancellor was Howard George Montgomery, 1st Duke of Oveross. The Ministry of State, also known as the State Ministry, is headquartered in The Bresdennian State Building in the National Capital of St. Corlo. The State Building is located near the Rose Palace of Bresdenn and the The United Parliament Building.

What We Do

The Ministry has a wide array of duties and charges. The ministry is charged with the development and maintenance of the interior; the management of public utilities, amenities and resources; provide and manage public services; supervision of local governments; monitor and provide health safety regulations and administrations; assisting and supporting the Government Administrative Office/Office of the Secretariat in administering the realm; and all other duties and concerns dealing with the interior, census & statistics, foreign possessions of The Realm, public services, culture and sports. The Ministry of Justice is a newer cabinet ministry. The Judicial Affairs of the Realm was under jurisdiction of the now defunct High Chancellor of the State Ministry. In 1872, Jean-Dominique Rennes, Count of Westone served as the first Minister of Justice. The Justice Ministry is jointly ran by the Minister of Justice(MoJ) and the Chief Supreme Justice. The current administration is housed at The Great Justice Building on Capital Street known as Government Row.

What We Do

The Ministry of Justice is the ministry that deal with justice, courts and other related issues. Since 1872, the ministry's duties have greatly increased from the court system of the Realm. The ministry is charged to provide justice for the victimized, punishment of the guilty, the preservation of rights and morals; summoning and protection of citizens and witnesses; civil, criminal, domestic and government issues that cannot be resolved without mediation; parole, probation and incarceration issues; and all other issues related to justice and interpretation of laws. William George Adolphus, J.D., M.ICL

LCSJ Adolphus was an Associate Supreme Justice of the Supreme Court, Former President of the Court of Appeals, District Administrative Judge for the 28th District Court of Appeals, Legal Assistant to the President of the Court of Criminal Affairs and former Prosecutor in Antionique. He graduated in 1963 from the Tyler Law School in Fynt, Antionique, BR, as Valedictorian. He received his Juris Doctorate from Bresdennian University's Acosta School of Law. He later completed courses at Camden College, Marywell University and University of Maryland's School of Law in the United States. LCSJ Adolphus has a Master's in International Law and Cooperative Law Practices form University of Antionique. He argued and won the high profile case against serial killer Huey Franz in The Royal Government of The Bresdennian Realm vs Huey Louis Franz. He was appointed to the Court of Appeals in 1971. He and Mrs. Adolphus have recently donated 255,000 Bresdennian Bills to the Saris Children's Hospital and Orphanage. The Bresdennian Court System & Officials

There are 5 Courts in the Court System, which all decisions may be appealed to the Supreme Court. Supreme Court is charged with the interpretation of all category of laws; overturn decisions of any judge of any court. The Supreme Court has the final and supreme authority on the interpretation and judgment of laws. No jury will ever be used. The Supreme Court shall have authority to hear cases of Executive crimes and abuses. The Bench of the Supreme Court shall consist of 13 regular Justices with a Justice-at-Large, serving for a term of 4 years from the Appellate Courts. The Supreme Court wears red robes with white collars. The Supreme Court is headed by the Lord Chief Supreme Justice. The Appellate Court reviews, corrects and modifies decisions of the Criminal, Domestic, and Civil courts according to law and The Great Constitution. Judges wear black and red robes with white collars. The Appellate Court is led by the Lord President of the Appellate Court. There are currently 227 Appellate Judges appointed by the Sovereign on advice of the Secretariat that work within 24 Circuits. Each Circuit/District is led by the Administrative Judge. The Criminal Courts are the courts that hear first instant crimes cases and the guilty are tried and prosecuted; juries may be used according to defendants choice. Criminal Court Judges wear black robes. The Criminal Court currently has 56 Districts and 783 Judges. The Criminal Court is led by the Lord President of the Criminal Court. Each Circuit/District is led by the Administrative Judge. The Civil Courts hears the first instant cases where legal disputes are handled by civilians and suits under 25,000 BBs. Juries are known to be used in certain select instances. Civil Court Judges wear black robes. There are 56 Districts, comparable to the Criminal Court, with 651 Judges. Criminal and Civil Courts are normally housed in the same courthouse. The Civil Courts are led by the Lord President of the Civil Court. Each Circuit/District is led by the Administrative Judge. The Domestic Affairs Court handles cases of child custody, divorce, inheritance, child emancipation, taxation issues, bankruptcy and other domestic matters. It was formerly known as HM's Special Court. Domestic Court Judges wear black robes. The Domestic Court is divided into 52 Districts with 512 Judges currently serving. The Domestic Court is led by the Lord President of the Domestic Court. Each Circuit/District is led by the Administrative Judge. The Military Courts is headed by the Justice General of the Military Courts. The Military Court is divided into Divisions led by the Administrative Justice, which hears the cases by military personnel in active duty- domestic or abroad. Military Court Judges wear black robes with white collars. The Military Court Division of Criminal Affairs hears cases of crimes committed by active duty personnel or civilians dealing with the Armed Forces Services and Contractors against Bresdennian and International Law. The Military Court Division of Appeals hears appellate cases. In the event of further appeals, appeals are brought before the Supreme Court.

Who We Are

The Ministry of the Environment, Science & Technology is the newest ministry, just added in 2015 to the government. The ministry operates at one of the government complexes until the construction of the headquarters can be completed. Currently employing a diverse workforce spanning many nationalities, religions, lifestyles and cultures all in the pursuit of a healthier environment and the betterment of the world through science and technology.

What We Do

MEST, as commonly known, is responsible for the evaluation, care, development, zoning and regulation of the environment; maintain, monitor, and support Bresdennian ecosystems, wildlife, plants and habitats; the government's arm for science affairs, scientific research, policy and best practices and technical advancement and support. We nurture the agricultural, scientific and technical fields; MEST is accountable for food production, farming, hunting and fishing. Dr. Louvre is an physicist, researcher and inventor. He is from the Camden area of the Bresdennique Islands. He is a graduate of Bresdennian University with a Bachelor's in Advanced Sciences. He received his Master's of Physics from the University College of Sciences. In 1976, he received his Doctorate in Technical Studies. He was a Principal Investigator for an EnvironTech and later Director of Projects. He was named the Cramer Physicist of the Year for his theoretical works. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Bresdennian University. He is an Adjunct Professor at Sorrell Academy of Science. Dr. Louvre has been named Inventor of the Year in 1999 by TimeBresdenn and is the owner of 17 patents. He is married to Dr. Vanessa Graham Louvre. They are the parents of 5.

Corina Mara is from St. Corlo, Bresdenn. She is a graduate of University of Brazil with a Bachelors of International Business. She returned to the Bresdennian Realm in 1982, where she worked at BresCom as a Regional Director. Mrs. Mara went to the University of Avion where she obtained her dual degree, a Juris Doctorate and a MBA. She later worked as Vice President of Finance and later COO of Saint Laurent Industries. She briefly worked as an Corporate Attorney until returning to business operations. She served as Interim President at Khemet Enterprises. She currently serves on several Corporate Board of Directors. She has written a book entitled Progression of Co-Opt Activities in the Financial World. She is married to Cairo de Mara. She has three daughters.

Carlen Savannah , Ph.D, D.BM,D.Sc.
Dr. Savannah is a world renowned scientist, theorist, educator an inventor. Dr. Savannah recieved his Bachelors and Masters form the Bresdennian Institute of Technology(BRIT). He graduated second in his class for his bachelors and valedictorian for his Masters. He recieved his Doctorate in Physics in 1968 from the University of Luxoria under the tutelage of the famed Physicist Dr. D.Everett Harvey. He later recieved his second Doctorate in Biomechanics and Microtechnology in 1976. He is the the author of 9 books and other published works. He has worked for Homeland Pharmaceuticals, Gwenth Research Group, Inc. and Dievers Co. as Principal Researcher, Director and Vice President. He served as Executive Director & Publisher of Science Today! He served as a Board Member on several colleges and corporations. He has 27 patents and is tenured at the prestigious Khemet University of Science. He is married to Ruby-Caroline Savannah. They are the parents of 3.

Dep. Min. Carey has worked in the environment and agricultural sector a majority of his career. He has a Master's in Agricultural Sciences for Rutgers Agricultural Sciences Academy at the University of Broder. He was an Analyst, Surveyor, Supervisor and later Assistant to the Director General in the Office of Agricultural Affairs. He is married to Lila Anthony. They have triplets.

Who We Are

The Ministry of Education was formerly known as Schools & Education Section of the Ministry of State. In 1921,

Prime Minister Gordon with the backing of the Crown created and raised The Ministry of Education to cabinet status. This was in part to make students of the Realm more competitive internationally and increase productivity in the economy. Prime Minister Gordon appointed George Evelyn as the First Minister of Education. Minister Gordon was very instrumental in the development and revamping of the education system. In part to his policies and endeavors the public school system of the Bresdennian Realm have been consistently ranked among the most well financed and effective. The BR is home to multiple Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence and award winning colleges.

The Bresdennian Education System is unique. Schooling from Alpha to Omega is mandatory and free until college. Alpha grade is comparable to pre Kindergarten with ages of 3 to 4. Primary grade is comparable to 1st and 2nd grade. 3rd grade is Apprentice grade and from then on grades are known as 4th to 13th grade. Alpha through 6th grade is known as Primary School. Secondary Schools are from 7th through 11th grade. Finishing School is like High School in the US but with changes and starts with the 12th grade.13th grade which is a 5 month course that tests language- Bresdennian French, English &

French, math skills, reading & writing skills and religion- Bresdennian Baptist ideologies and Omega grade is like a finishing school. A student choose a major a does prep work and learns social graces, culture and government studies. Students graduating from Finishing School obtain an Associate's Degree. Because of such extensive schooling, Colleges & Universities award Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate Degrees. In the BR, it takes 1 year additionally to gain a bachelor's degree if you were a Bresdennian student. 2 years for a Master's degree and 3 years for a Doctorate to be earned.

The school year in the Bresdennian Realm is 10 months long. There is a winter break and summer break which are both 25 days long roughly a month. Schools are closed on all religious & national holidays. The Ministry of Education mandates that all students be fluent in at least 4 languages including all the official languages of Bresdennian French, English & French and be fluent in a language of their choosing.

What We Do

The Ministry of Education is responsible for the Bresdennian Public School Systems and all Public School Systems of countries within the empire. The Ministry provides oversight of public colleges and universities receiving government funding. We promote educational standard, consistency and career supplement. Dr. Brian Morco, D.Ed.
Dr. Morco is a career teacher, lecturer and administrator. Dr. Morco received his Bachelor's Degree in 1976 from Trinity College of Saris in Saris, Varionae, BR. He received both his Master's and Doctorate from the University of Bresdenn at Craver City. The Morco Family lived in the United States for 6 years where he was a Teacher. After returning to the BR, he became Asst. Principal at his children's Secondary-Finishing school. Dr. Morco received tenure from the College of Saint Michael in 1991, where he taught Innovative & Applied Education. In 1993, He became the Special Advisor to the Superintendent General. In 1997, He was promoted to Asst. Director in the Bureau of Alternatives Studies, Languages & Arts. In 2000, After the death of colleague and Friend Dr. E.C.D. Franklin he became the Director General of that Bureau. Before accepting the post of Interim Minister of Education, he was Director-General of the Bureau of Academic Enrichment & Specialized Curriculum. He is married to Donna Anticosti Morco since 1979, they have 6 children - Brian Jr., Robert, Carrington, Jana, Hailey and Frita.

Dr. Carlos Diagas-Rodriquez, D.Ed.
Dep. Min. Rodriquez is the son of immigrants from Barcelona, Spain. He has 11 siblings and all college graduates. Carlos received a scholarship for Universite' Vollee in West Corbaine. He received his masters in Education. He worked in the Bresdennian School Systems, the Varionese School System and worked for the private school, Lycee Pétain. After teaching, Dr. Rodriquez received his Doctorate in Education Administration. He worked for the Office of Curriculum Development, Office of Primary Education Standards & Compliance and the Office of Management & Human Resources in various positions. Dr. Rodriquez served as Interim Inspector General in 2008-2010. He is married to Dr. Arnette Rodriguez, a pharmacist. They have 4 children, Pablo, Miguel, Carlito and Annabella.

Dep. Min. Goins is the hails from a family of public servants. He is the brother to philanthropist and musician Trevor Gordon. His parents are Richard Maxwell and Carlotta Goins, a judge and local politician. Given his parents influence he was allowed to go to the exclusive Bujold Private School for Boys. At the Gerver University, he studied General Education. In 1973, he received his doctorate degree in Education. He has worked in the Education field his entire career, beginning as a teacher. Dr. Goins served as former Superintendent General. Dr. Maxwell Goins is married to Loretta Goins, they are the parents of Nakisha and Jeeter.

Dr. Everett Matson, Ph.D
Dep. Min. Matson was the former President of the University of Bresdenn College Systems. He was responsible for the overall success of the campuses in the system as well as the campuses of The University of Bresdenn to include Tolson Hills, Craver City, St. Corlo & Darby-Randal. He is an alumni of Carter Private University where he received his Doctorate in Higher Education Administration. Dr. Matson serves on the Board of Trustees at his namesake, the new Matson- Kreiger Institute. He is married to Patricia Gamma Matson, they have 4 sons Everett, Morgan, Micah and Torrence and 2 daughers Maria-Patricia and Louisa.

Who We Are

The Ministry of Finance & HM's Treasury was formerly known as HM's Purse. During the reform of 1789, the ministry was revamped and separated the Royal Finances from the State Finances. The Ministry is housed in the Capital at the Bresdennian Treasury Building.

What We Do

HM Treasury is the government’s economic and finance ministry, maintaining control over public spending, setting the direction of the BR’s economic policy and manages all other fiscal matters of state. The ministry has total jurisdiction over revenue collection, fiscal audits, printing and management of money and coins, prevention of monetary counterfeits, bookkeeping and fiscal recording, safeguarding Bresdennian credit and finance, coordination of budgets and certain efforts in the event of preventing state bankruptcy.

The Executive Office of the Sovereign(EOS) is the supportive staff and departments under HM's direct control. EOS is led by HM's Executive Secretary Karla Peterson.

EOS's Conference Room

The EOS perform a variety of duties for the Sovereign. EOS manage nobility affairs and petitions, the domestic support of the Royal Family, the maintenance of Royal estates and collection of rents, the serves as the advisors of the Sovereign's conscience. Executive Secretary Karla Peterson is a 32 years old, intelligent woman. She is a member of the ancient Peterson Family of Northern Bresdenn, BR. Countess Santi is a junior member of a branch of the House of Dastian. She was appointed to the RCA in March of 2008. She has previously worked as an School Administrator until her brother's passing in which she became the Countess of Simone. She is married with 3 children. She is responsible for voicing the opinions and advice of the College, keep the Sovereign informed of affairs, provide research and information, leading the RCA and other duties given by the Sovereign and the Private Secretary. The Office of the Secretariat was formed in 2013 by an Edict from the Crown which abolished the Prime Minister office. The Government Administrative Office is Headquartered at the Secretariat House, which was known as the Prime Minister's Lodge, but operate from satellite offices. The current Secretariat as of Elections 2013 is Evangeline Marie Carter. She is the nation's first female Secretariat and would be the third female Prime Minister before the discontinuation of the office.

What We Do

The Government Administrative Office responsibility is to ensure the effective running of government. We are also the corporate headquarters for government and directly responsible for the support of both the Secretariat and the Deputy Secretariat. She worked in the private sector for 15 years as the Assistant Director of Global Cooperation for a multinational lobbyist firm called WeCare, Inc. After leaving WeCare, Inc., she began working for the Ministry of State's Office of Minority Affairs and rose to Deputy Director for Social Equality & Diversity. She left that position to become the Assistant Director of the Bureau of Foreign Policy, Sanctions & Military Affairs both in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade. In 1992, she made an unsuccessful bid for the People's Assembly but served 1 term in 1997-02. Mrs. Carter was appointed Acting Consul to Lower Cordesia in 2002 until 2006. In 2011, She made the announcement of her running for Secretariat. She won the 2013 Secretariat Elections against IPP Candidate, Luis-Celine Celle with 67% of the votes. John Carmichael is a career businessman, politician and lawyer. He went to the Warren University of Standmont in Bresdenn and graduate suma cum laude with a Master's in Corporate Law & Practices. He interned in the Office of HM's Personal Attorney in 1974. He was a junior partner at West, James & Grey, the nation's 4th Largest Private Law Firm. He entered the People's Assembly representing District 18 in 1984-89. He later served as Deputy Minister of State for the Interior & General Services under Prime Minister Paul Dobeson(1995-2000). He was Prime Minister from 2008-2013 and served as the nation's first Secretariat (2012-2013). He and Mrs. Carmichael own the Chimmy Monga Restaurant in Tolson Minor in Bresdenn, John's Lounge & Winery, Mestin Inn in Yonger, Antionique. He married lawyer, Angela Clarissa Toussaint, in 1976.
