Blossom turned her head to the two lovers that had tumbled out of their room. "Oh, hello, did I wake you? Oh, and Master Ray? A letter came for you."

"It's alright Kitty," Ray tussled the hair of Albert and then turned his attention to Blossom. "Master Ray, huh? And a letter?"

"Maybe its the uh..... things.... You ordered." Albert asked, his face turning red. He realized that he was only wearing shorts, which made him blush even more. He stood up, and extended a hand towards Ray.

"Shouldn't you guys just be happy that the government wants your help? Don't be cheap, guys. I bet they can pay you, but must you really ask for it? Torii, you're a communist, we help others out of pride, not the promise of money." Bran said and sighed.

"I don't want the money, either.", Torii said. "I wait to out it towards my own causes. I have my reasons for this."

Yoshi poured himself a bowl of soup and began eating. He had his tablet and laptop out and was working on his project. he remembered that he hadn't interview Rylli, but she must be sleeping. He hadn't seen her at all today.

A long pink straw began lowering itself toward the bowl of soup. It seemed to come from over Yoshi's head and directly behind him.

Ray eyed the writing and slapped his face, his tail circling around to his front in order to hide some of the skin being left shown by his undergarments.

Blossom was not looking at this point. She was adding some more spices to the stew. She wondered what little animal she would be having for dinner tonight.

Mr. Banks stood up. "Let us know what you think about this. Talk it over with your neighbors. See if it's something beneficial. We'll gladly look over any proposal you wish to submit."

The other two Ministers stood and followed Banks from the room. The clerk left with them.

Yuri ran towards the main lab. "stay away from me!" she ordered to the robot.

"Administering sedatives." Nurse-bot repeated as it slowly followed. The lab was littered with various equipment in what used to be a sterile room, now had grease and bloodstains on dull white walls and floors. Nevvie worked in the corner maintaining some equipment, she hadn't noticed Yuri's presence yet. The Raptor hybrid had a dirty lab coat and welding goggles on as she repaired circuits on complicated machinery.

"what's in the letter, Ray?" Albert asked, leaning his head against his boyfriend's shoulder. "Is it important?"

"...O-Oh, it's just the order receipt. With a little something else," Ray sighed in a defeated manner. "'Dear Ray: I know that you have certain needs, but please do not use the government priority mail system for delivering panties. It gets in the way of other important things. Sincerely, Simon, your supervisor. P.S. The investigation into Subject Glistening Silver is still ongoing.'"

Bran simply sat there, waiting for the meeting to end as of now, figuring he was done speaking.

Minerva giggled. She'd been suppressing them for some time now. "Well, at least we're not being deported," she said as she dug an elbow into Bran's ribs. "What's more important is what they didn't say... the wording was interesting. Come on, then. Ride back with Klaus and me. We'll stop for diapers on the way and then have a bull session in the communal dining room."

Jacob sighed, and began heading out of the building. "Well, that was an interesting meeting, wasn't it?" He asked to the group, not speaking to anyone in particular. Sig followed along behind him, since he had nothing better to do at the time.

Luce paced slowly out of the meeting room, hands in his pockets and deep in thought. He'd been stationed in the city primarily to observe, not take sides in anything else. The prospect of doing so made him proceed with caution, and he'd have to get Dora and Chrys' opinion.

Or actually, just Dora's opinion. Chrys would jump at the chance.

He almost walked into Jacob, but caught himself at the last minute.

The sisters said nothing. Torii got up and stormed off in anger. Katya was more reserved, slowly standing up and fixing her clothes. She glanced sideways at Bran and the Chaos gods, not particularly pleased, but said nothing, and walked away calmly.

The Minsters had left and Minerva decided the meeting was indeed over. She looked over at Luce, Jacob and Sig. "You three want to join us in the communal dining room? Although, now that I'm thinking of it, a drink at the Wilting Succubus would be better. Less chance of interruptions."

She looked back at Bran to get his opinion.

Volturius wedged himself into the group with Tipper tucked under his wing. The events had gone... fairly well. Mercenary work was fine, so long as he wasn't paid with worthless money that would be useless outside of this civilization. He'd much rather receive artifacts as payment- he'd quite enjoy getting a power sword or a possessed bolter as month's payment.

"I wouldn't mind heading over as well. I doubt this city can have a pub worse than the 'Nid. Your Hosts serve anything that can get past my gene-seed organs. Damn things rob me of the kick from alcohol."

Volturius then turned to Tipper, gently poking her belly with the clawed tip of a wing.

"You however are not drinking anything potent."
