In Arabiak there is no law against flag burning(Arabiak flag) but odds are that citizens outraged at this will definetly assault the flag burners and they will not be stopped till things get out of hand. Burning other nation flags is legal unless flag is of a nation which Arabiak has an embassy in.

Legally, it's a Class A Misdemeanor which is just short of a legal felony. You can get yourself in quite a bit of trouble that way, earning yourself some probation, national service (community service), etc. However, socially it's also quite a condemned practice, especially in the western regions of the homeland such as in the capital (Curriopolis) and in Oceania where the Nationalist Party holds popular strongholds.

Burning a flag in a protest is possibly one of the most enraging things someone could do and it's a fast-paced guaranteed way of getting your ass handed to you by the Military Police. Although being un-Nationalistic or un-Patriotic isn't illegal, the practice of burning the Greater Americanian flag is viewed as certainly stepping over the line.

It is illegal to burn own national flag in Great Flag, but burning of other nation flag is completely legal. If any one is found burning the national flag any where in the country or even in the colony, they should be prepared for following results:-
1. Paying $1,000 billions.
2. Working 24/7 without any food, clothes, or wages. (it will be most dangerous job)
3. Drinking urine (cos no water is given for a month or so)
4. Getting bitten repeatedly.
5. Hanging by hands in public place for 1 week.
6. Burning alive with all his/her family members.

The HURD has no laws against flag burning, as long, of course as you don't harm anyone and don't burn the property of another person.

Absoloutely legal in Hindopia. But if you harm anyone else or any property that is not your own then you will be punished. There are advisements for flag burning, issued by the government, as to the safest procedure but they are simply guides. No one really follows them.

It's not the fabric that is the cause of concern. The burning of a flag is an act of defiance and treason against the state and should be punished properly. Though that is a little extreme.

Reminds me of that Pen and Teller trick they did where they burned the flag not out of disrespect but out of the fact the constitution allows such an act and how we have more rights than some other countries.

Well our citizens burn flags all the time. And houses.... And people.... we just love our right to protest. Burning flags of corrupt and capitalist nations is encouraged, and burning the flag of Spetsnazastan is commonly seen whenever anyone is unhappy. Luckily we have a very ideal nation or we would have burnt to the ground already.
