I could actually imagine tsu begin able to shoot railguns and have electromagnetic powers like the character in the anime,but with much more of a limit though,like it drains her energy massively

Railguns are massive heat producers though. I'm doubtful how it would mix with her ice elementality.

It was a small thing, and Herean basically responded with "Grumble grumble" *remakes chains and hangs all the stuff back up*, but it did happen.

The Tertian Rift appearance is going to happen when everything is quiet. It's going to be visible in the night sky, and I don't want to interrupt someone's thing with a "Oh look new pretty lights" kind of thing.

So it'll probably happen on the weekend I guess.
