I never really remember my dreams, I'll post about a few of the ones I do remember in a few though.

Same here. Though I do remember one I had a few years ago involved Jack Black in the same car as me, and we were driving way over the speed limit, on some highway that went over some steep hills.

I also remember one where I was looking out the windo of my room over a city that wasn't there IRL. A huge evacuation was taking place in the city, planes and helicopters were getting the heck out, the roads were packed, and just to add to the fun, a tornado was ripping through parts of the city. Zombies were there as well, and a Tsunami hit the city too.

I woke up right after that.

Well, what he meant was how you conducted combat. What was wrong was that you decided the outcome of the Emergency Responders instead of the OP, a clear no-no. In fact, deciding the fate of another character that's not yours in combat is just a no-no.

I know this is a bit late, but you'd be better off starting a new character than getting this guy rezzed. Even if they don't just shoot him again, or if you can keep him from being super-violent, he'll probably get locked up.

Nation Nickname: Zarkanians

Character Name (can be different than nation name): 101 (Referred to by the SCP handlers/observers as Alpha because calling someone 101 is kind of rubbish, and Alpha is slightly better).

URL to Character Picture or a few sentences about what they look like: Like most Secret Policemen, he's albino. His hair is cut short to prevent it from interfering with his helmet. His eyes are coloured purple due to the Taint in his system. He is lean. He is one of the weaker members of the Secret Police due to his specialization, but he isn't what I would call a pushover, either. He is 5'7", but appears much taller when wearing his armour due to the helmet and boots and stuff. His entire body is scarred, with most of the scarring on the left side. Part of his left ear is missing; fortunately he does most of his hearing through his helmet, so this isn't really a big deal.
His armour is black. The helmet is a rough oval, with slightly more space on the face-side, but the visor is, on the outside, just as opaque as any other part of the armour. The armour itself, excluding the visor, is made up of a durable, light-weight material found solely on Tertia; very little of it is available to outside parties. In sufficient quantities it is capable of taking a bullet and deflecting the force of small explosions, but sufficiently high-calibre bullets will still tear through the armour, and big explosions will turn the occupant into paste. The armour is designed to fit him perfectly and is molded to his form; as a result, no-one else can wear it. It just won't fit.
The armour is designed to limit full range of motion as little as possible and to be as quiet as possible. There are very few sharp edges. It was designed to aid in blending into shadows, so as such the surface of the armour, which is under normal circumstances very slightly reflective, has been coated with a substance designed by Zarkanian scientists to dull it (though in a pinch most Secret Policemen will use dirt or mud or similar hopefully unscented substances). The armour is not artistic or pretty or fashionable or anything like that; it's armour.

Character Species (nation personification, human, alien, etc): Tainted human.

Character Powers/Special Abilities (if any)"[b] Some Tainted are granted supernatural abilities, which are theirs to do with as they will--it is very rare that conditions are imposed upon them, such as those that the Vampirics suffer. Alpha has the ability to, for lack of a better word, become darkness; he, along with the Secret Police's signature armour, is the one who earned the SCP the nickname of 'evil shadows,' or just 'the shadows' among people who aren't their targets. He is capable of joining himself to any shadow nearby. If this shadow is removed by light, he will become tangible again. This process is just a little bit disorienting. He is, however, capable of moving instantly between any two points connected by at least a strand of shadow. This allows him to travel through cracks in the bottom of doors, scare the shit out of bad guys in dark rooms, etc. His armour provides him with night-vision, but without it he doesn't have any special magic darkness seeing powers. He can't manipulate shadows, either.
As a Tainted, he is also slightly better than the average human being, and by that I mean he's easily able to attain levels of fitness that regular humans would have to work quite hard to achieve. Someone who has trained for years as a weight-lifter might beat him in an arm wrestling competition, but the guy who goes down to the gym every Friday would probably get his arm broken. He also has slightly better hearing (well, in his right ear, anyway), smell, sight, etc.
As a Tainted, he is immune to all forms of energy attacks. It's worse than normal for him, because as a member of the Secret Police he's wearing armour powered by Taint, so shooting him with a laser is going to charge up his armour as well as make pretty purple light-shows.
As a member of the Secret Police, he has a suit of armour which further augments his hearing (in both ears), his sense of smell and his vision. It provides him with night-vision, a HUD (which can link up to Zervosi '07 and '14 weapons, as well as any future Zervosi weaponry). Obviously there is a headset built into the helmet; that's basic stuff. He's not completely emotionless (more on that in his backstory), but he's nearly there; he doesn't have the immunity to insanity-inducing effects that his comrades-in-arms do, but he is resistant to them. Additionally, he is insanely loyal to the Lord Emperor of Zarkanians. As a nearly emotionless husk, he finds it quite difficult to be swayed by people appealing to his humanity. If one is in a situation where Alpha is one's enemy, it's better to try to be logical. If all else fails, find a powerful gun, a room without windows, and at least four powerful light-sources. Make sure that, if one is casting a shadow, the shadow is not near enough to any entrance to the room that it could be used to enter.

[b]Character Background: 101 was, as the name suggests, the first member of the first squad of the Secret Police.* Most Secret Policemen are born without any form of emotion whatsoever, but occasionally, a few are born like normal humans, or like normal Tainted (homocidal maniacs/incredibly sensitive/other extremes of emotion). These individuals are referred to by Observers as "Criers," and by someone we'll get to later as "failed products." After the first wave, all Criers were executed upon being discovered, as the two of the first three Criers caused substantial damage to the project before being executed (at least they never made it into the population?). The observers were fully aware that not all of the Criers would turn out that way, but it was better, in their opinion and in the opinion of their superiors, not to risk it.
101 was one of the first three Criers; he was given the nickname 'Alpha' by the scientists. The other two Criers, the ones who flunked out of the program, were Beta and Charlie. Unlike the others, though, he managed to contain his emotions, and eventually almost entirely snuffed them out of existence. By the end of his training, he was nearly as emotionless as his comrades. To an outsider's eye, he was indistinguishable from the other SCP. He even managed to fool himself.
It took approximately 256 years for him to prove himself wrong. Because of his unique talents, Alpha was kept primarily on Zarkanians for use against criminal organizations and traitors. However, like many other home-stationed Secret Police, he was also used as a guard during the 'production' of future Secret Policemen. It was during the birth of the 10th wave that he encountered Jeref Derivian, a particularly callous Observer and the guy I mentioned earlier who referred to Criers as "failed products." Alpha never acknowledged to himself that this pissed him off, but from that moment onward he began searching for a reason to get Jeref. As a senior member of the SCP, he was easily able to gain access to the camera footage of Jeref's office. Over the course of several weeks, he compiled eight year's worth of information. Jeref Derivian had, on numerous occasions, failed to properly return salutes of "Follow the Rift," the national motto of Zarkanians. The first offense was a single black mark which would have earned him a fine, but the black marks piled up as Alpha searched through the databases, until eventually he had compiled enough evidence against Jeref to warrant a death penalty. Quickly and quietly, Alpha carried out the sentence.
Alpha was returning from his execution when Colonel 187, Zarkanians' the Prophet of the Lord Emperor, and the perpetrator of the Seven Days' Massacre, an event that occured before the Secret Police were even possible. Without preamble, Colonel 187 gave Alpha a choice: he could be killed, then and there, for performing an unauthorized execution, or he could serve Observation Duty on the planet the Tertian Rift had appeared over. Alpha chose observation duty.
It may appear that this duty was given as a punishment for his actions. In most cases, this assumption would be correct. Colonel 187 is not one to allow anyone, even the highest members of government, to get away with a crime, no matter how small. It's worth noting, however, that this was the first time in recorded Zarkanian history that Colonel 187 offered anyone a choice.
*Squads are composed of ten individuals; each squad-mate is given a number based on their squad and their position within it. The 3rd member of the 214th squad would be called 21403.
