Who appoints him/her, or are they elected? - Ministers are appointed by the president, but can be removed if 2/3 of the Representative House vote to remove the minister.

Is there a punishment for not taking the Census? - Yes, a $500 fine

How many people work in the Census? - Lots, but Gcensus has not provided an exact number.

Are there enumerators? - No enumerators, we have machines that do the counting and processing of mail censuses, and the computers deal with the online census.

Do the enumerators actually visit houses? - No

Do they carry a tracking device (such as GPS)? - No enumerators

What's on your census form? - {be specific}
There are 11 questions:

Do your citizens have an opinion on the Census? - No

Do you have a Census? - Yes

Is it an appointed committee, or a permanent bureaucracy? Or, is it neither? - The Federal Census is managed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Is there a head of your census committee, bureaucracy, or whatever? - The Minister of Internal Affairs

Who appoints him/her, or are they elected? -The Minister of Internal Affairs is elected by popular vote.

Where does the authorization for a census lie? - In 1748, during the reign of the Upaa Dynasty, the reigning king authorized "a study into the number of people fit for warfare". This eventually evolved into a study of the population as a whole. When the democratic, federalist government took power after the 1821 revolution, the existing pentennial census was quickly added to the new government. The first census under the new government was the Federal Census of 1823, in order to stay in tune with the previous census pattern.

Is there a punishment for not taking the Census? - No, but the government strongly encourages all residents to participate, and has made it as convenient as possible to take the census.

How many people work in the Census? - Thousands.

Are there enumerators? - Enumerators may be summoned on the request of a citizen, if he/she would like someone on hand to clarify things he/she may not understand.

Do the enumerators actually visit houses? - Yes.

Do they carry a tracking device (such as GPS)? - No, but an enumerator is typically accompanied by a local policeman to ensure his liver is not eaten with fava beans and a nice chianti.

What's on your census form? - {be specific}

Has Census data ever been misused or abused? - Yes

If so, how? - There have been at least a dozen recorded instances where a census form submitted online has been hacked and altered to humorous effect.

If not, is that because your census is a statistics item only (like in RL)? -

Do your citizens have an opinion on the Census? - Yes

If so, how many creatures enjoy it? - A special question on the 2008 Census revealed 67% of Auskralians (in this context, Auskralian refers to the populace as a whole rather than the white population of the AR) approved of the census, with 28% of the population disapproving, and 5% of the population abstaining.

Do you have a Census? - No. The closest we have the Jotnartall, which is a brief headcount held during every Great Ting to see how many showed up, although this is not the actual population, it usually ranges from a few hundred thousand, to occasionally a million when truly weighty issues need to be discussed, although these are rough guesses.

Is it an appointed committee, or a permanent bureaucracy? Or, is it neither? - Omer, the Many-Bearded, usually does the Jotnartall if he shows up to the Great Ting. He does it very quickly.

Is there a head of your census committee, bureaucracy, or whatever? - Nope.

Who appoints him/her, or are they elected? - N/A

No census here. Our tribal /clan leaders know who and where their people are and, in general, what they are doing. If the government needs to know, the clans can tell them. A census would be redundant.
